I love shopping at Dollar Tree as Im a single older woman who has to get the most for every dollar I spend. My family and I entered the store Sunday evening 5/30/2021 to grab needed supplies for my granddaughters week at camp. After a few minutes we were informed shop was closing and make final selections. We finished getting our things and headed to check out. 2 women in front of us went to one register were informed by Ronda her register was closed. So, we moved to different register. Ronda, informed us we couldnt purchase our things because she needed to be out of store by 8:30, it was maybe 5 after 8. I then replied that I was sure Dollar Tree wouldnt be happy with her turning away paying customers in line to pay. She rolled her eyes and I had no clue. She then said she had just turned to work after a hip injury. I replied I didnt care, no reason to be rude. While her coworker, Scott checked us out, my granddaughters wanted to wait in car, she started yelling at them for opening door to leave. After we had checked out, we went to Walmart to finish our shipping. We drove back by and at 8:50pm, Ronda was still inside store. I will go somewhere else whenever that woman is there.

Very clean and organized. Entire family went. I usually go to get a few things, but it is the must go to place for my family.

The old woman who runs this store is bad news. Egotistical, two-faced. The kind of person that rude things come out of her mouth without her knowing any better. Shes lived in my county for around 40 years. She will try to talk you like she has this big perfect life, really shes just slowly screwed over or insulted everyone. She cant even work in our town because everyone knows her.

I enjoy saving on Name Brand items, which would cost me, at least, double the price at other stores.

I visited the Dollar Tree at 2409 W Kenosha in Broken Arrow, OK. As I was shopping, I overheard a cordial and polite gentleman interacting with the customers. When I approached the counter, Dillon continued in what, I would assume, is his normal demeanor. I visit a Dollar Tree practically every week, but I have never encountered a man who was as gracious as he. I dont know if its a testament to his parents, to Dollar Trees training, or to both. Kudos to Dillon!! I nominate him for Training Manager.

My kids loves to go there to spend their hard earned dollars and buy stuff. The line can be too long so sometimes you have to wait a really long time before you check out, especially around the holidays. I love that there are some holiday stuff available for a dollar.

I went in on saturday and i bought two purple yo-yo’s. the guy that helped me is named drue, he was so nice. there was a giant line, he helped half of them before someone came and helped the poor guy. he probably doesn’t remember me but i had a great conversation with him in the time span of two minutes. this dude was very very nice and i appreciate how hard he worked. give him a pat on the back from me :p

Called for a question and all I got was “no” then she just hung up. Rude as hell I wasn’t finished speaking with her at all.

I dont have problem with the employees but I have problem with the store who is asking for a dollar gift toy for children and all stores for that matter. First of all people who are charitable will give, to places where they give, no need to ask and bug people on the spot and on top of that, these companies are going to get tax return on my behalf, this is double profit for them, 1 from getting the sell from me and 2nd for the donation from me, every store need to stop asking people for money as if they want to make you feel guilty on the spot. If they want, they can post a sign, if you like to donate, do it while check out.

Of all the Dollar Trees Ive been to, this one is always well-stocked, organized, and incredibly clean. The cashiers are always extremely friendly and eager to help.

Very busy, often not stocked well, often long lines and either very slow or not enough employees, sitting here now at 9:24AM. Place opens at 9AM. It isnt open. No manager or assistant mngr here. One employee here with no keys. I come here when i need to pick up something like paper plates or gift bags, otherwise I go to almost any other Dollar Traa because the rest are usually cleaner and better stocked with more and better items.

No longer a good store. .loved this store until today. i literally spend $100s at this store every month, i have never had an issue with the employees they have always been willing to make my visits fun.Every 1st of the month (for the last 2 + years) i go in and get my office supplues for my job . Its a company chk i make it for $30 and the rest i pay with cash. Never had any problem even after they updated their system in may .Today i go in go to the register the girl rings me up but shes new n dont know how to run a chk so she calls this ignorant stuckup retainer wearing jackass AMILLIA over to show her. Well long story short AMILLIA PROCEEDED TO TELL ME I WAS A LIAR ABOUT COMING IN EVERY MONTH for my supplies I asked her to please call the manager of supervisor they can tell you at which she replied I am the store Manager. Im going to make sure this Amillia chick (whom ive never seen before tonight) gets all the recognition she deserves for not having a clue of what being a store manager is about.

This negative review is only due to one thing, THE SERVICE.. me and my mom often shop at dollar stores, as she likes to get a few things, that are cheaper here then in walmart. My mom is a very religious lady and she tends to wear a head scarf, for her own religious reasons, sometimes i find people staring and looking but it does not bother her so i keep my mind off of it as well.. but on our last visit to this dollar tree, we encountered the most ridiculously racist store manager.. she had the nerve to go on about how we dont belong in Her country and that we should go back to where we come from on our camels. I have never been more upset not just at someones behavior but to be a STORE MANAGER and be allowed to talk that way to someone. it just blows my mind, We were told to leave because they could refuse service to anyone they wish. I called the store to make a complaint to the store manager and it turned out to be the same lady. I for one am NEVER giving my business to such an establishment. And i suggest you dont either.
