My father-in-law died of Covid, and we had a book of his. I mailed it media mail to his daughter in Florida. Only the book - no note. It cost $3.45. Fast forward a week. I get a phone call from her asking why I did that to her. I was like, “Did what?” She said, “You mailed the book postage due. I had to pay $11 for it.” I was shocked. I brought the receipt up to show them and a picture from her of the package with no label and “postage due $10.95” written on it. The lady said, “Obviously the label fell off. It’s not our problem.” 😳 My brother-in-law retired from a high position with USPS in Wisconsin. I called him. He said at the very least our post office should refund me the $3.45. He also said my sister-in- law should go to her post office with the picture of my receipt and the package. ☹️ It’s definitely not her problem either.
I wish I could give zero stars. Inept and lazy. Ups and FedEx find my address with no issues, but the USPS cant seem to find it. Usually, when it says delivery attempted, the mailman never tried whatsoever. I will wait all day, sitting on my porch; nobody arrives, then I get a notification that delivery was attempted but they could not access my front door. i live in an apartment complex with no gates or anything. i have written Amazon many times, and told my friends and family, please do not send anything USPS, or i wont get it.
I run a small online shop, so my husband and I frequent this post office, usually multiple times per week. Service has always been quick and polite and they always take the time to do the initial scan in for packages, which I have found some post offices do not. The location is convenient and easy to find parking.
Can’t get through to anyone over the phone.
Great staff and very accommodating! Pat is great and it’s the only PO I’ll go to.
An above average post office.Competent friendly staff.Shortish wait times.Clean well stocked lobby.Easy access parking, drive through.
The -people have always treated me with respect and are cordial. I was glad to see an extra person working through a half door opening expediting customers.
Everyone was exceptionally nice and cordial and helpful; especially Pat. The line was not long.
Oh brother this place stinks 🙁
This is the absolute worst post office! Good luck trying to get someone on the phone; it rings for 5 minutes that automatically hangs up. They constantly deliver the wrong mail, and send mine to a different house. They damage packages by shoving big boxes into my mailbox. Worst customer service even though theres a plaque in the lobby stating outstanding customer service or whatever. I hate that my mail comes through this location!
This location has two very rude employees who enjoy making me look and feel stupid and love refusing to read my information. Apparently they are both named Debbi! One of them is the salt and peppered curly hair lady there are countless poor reviews about on this website. So so rude and unpleasant. I moved out here about a month ago and have been running a business using USPS boxes for years. I have a screenshot on my phone of a letter sent to all postal employees telling them to accept these packages as prepaid. I was trying to help her. She needs to lose her job and fast if she continues to think she knows everything and ignoring customers’ information. We will not be going back to this location and have reported her to the USPS headquarters. Went in to speak with the area manager today and I was told I was right all along about my packages. He is “going to have a chat with her.” Haha!
If I could give them 0 stars, I would.
I did not receive any of my mail today (7/6/20) that I showed I was supposed to in the email I get daily and I had my flag up for the first time ever and they did not pick up my mail and it needed to go out today. Postal carrier even had the nerve to turn around in my driveway - I sat and watched from my window. Pitiful! I live in Eagle Creek. I tried calling and hold time was one hour, what a joke!
One of the workers here was the most personable and friendly I have ever encountered at a USPS location. I with I remembered the young ladys name because she deserves the stars.
A little upset right now the mail person set my new mail on top of my outgoing bills that were supposed to be picked up for no reason.
Not a good location to go to. Not a friendly location
They have a post worker who is one of the rudest people I have ever met. Do not go here !!! They just want to get you to be mad. no other motivation (caring, etc.) is apparent.
The staff at this post office is super friendly, unlike other post offices Ive been at. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because it doesnt have a self weight station or a stamp machine. So if you want to buy stamps or to ship something off but you need it to be weighed for the right postage amount, you HAVE TO come during their staffed hours.Ive been to other post offices where you could do all of that yourself.
Typically very long lines and rarely do you see more than two people at the desk working with customers - even during Christmas. I have never been treated rudely, but however have witnessed some extremely rude behavior to other customers. If you need to reach them by phone, the wait is at minimum an hour. That is certainly unacceptable. I am very disappointed in this post office. Avoid if possible.
They lost our priority mail and wont let me talk to anyone directly about it. This is typical for usps.
The staff is really helpful, always keep everything in order and shelves are full.Every time Im shipping something, they tell me if they have a cheaper way to ship.
Rude people here never smile done know what they’re talking about i would 99 times out of 100 rather drive an extra few miles to go to any other location. there are a couple nice people. Try not to talk to “Debby” She has been there for years and has a stick up her butt haha I think she is lonely and Very sad. But she is not nice at all. And does not know how to do her job. Tried to charge me double for something I have mailed 20-30 times and knew my price hah
Every time I go to this location I have problems. The staff are rude, they lose my mail, they deliver packages that are suppose to be held for pickup. The postmaster at this location should have been fired a long time ago, he/she clearly could care less. These employees have too much job security and that is apparent.
If you are able to take your business somewhere else or even to a different USPS location please do so. I received a very poor attitude right from the beginning from a lady (Debbi L. C.) that kept repeating that she had been there for 24 years and that she has never done it this way. She also continued to bend my envelope over and over again and tell me i need stiffer card stock to protect it from being bent. (Thanks for bending my customers order.) A simple Sorry, unfortunately we dont do it this way. and a suggestion how to do it next time would have been nice. She decided to continually drag out the issue. I mail out a lot of stuff and i will not be going back to this location. Very poor overall experience.
Absolutely terrible! Not only did they not scan my package to be mailed but evasive of their negligence I have no lost a substantial amount of money. Never going to this location again!
There is a lady at this post office with salt and pepper hair, she is the worse worker I have see in a post office. Every single time I take a package on the post office, even the pack is ready to ship, she always weight again and tells me Im short and I have to pay more money. Than I go to other post office and no problem. I have had my business for few years, and my costumers never complained about have to pay extra, or had the pack not delivered because I paid less.Employees like her makes the customer go way. Than if you call to complain they say wit different word We dont care and the they dont know why USPS is doing bad.
Worst mail service Ive ever seen. If they see a package they just say eh not my problem and write off some made up reason for not delivering it. Get this: they left a note reporting that they could not deliver our 40lb bag of dog food because the mailbox was obstructed. In what world does that bag even go in the mailbox??? Im so sick of wasting my gas and money paying for shipping that Im not receiving.
I am in full agreement with previous reviews written about this salt-and-pepper haired lady. She has a horrible attitude and doesnt even attempt to be courteous. She always has an ugly look on her face. I dread going to this post office in fear of having her tend to me, which inevitably happens every time. Always rude, always re-weighing packages Ive already weighed and labeled, always telling me Im short and has me paying upwards $10 difference... Of course, this doesnt happen at any other post office. Looking forward to the day shes out.
I have been fighting with my mail carrier and post office for over a year now about various issues and have gotten nowhere however if more people report issues maybe something will actually be done about it so I would like to provide all the contacts I have if anyone else would like to help try and get better service for Broken Arrow.Customer Service in BA:[email protected] St. Station Manager: [email protected] Service Manager in OKC: [email protected] General in Washington DC:[email protected]
The USPS HAS AN EPIDEMIC OF LOSING PACKAGES. Im going to keep putting up these reviews as long as the USPS does not take responsibility for their actions. The rest of us have to take personal responsibility; But somehow these people dont think they have to.
Really do not enjoy being lied to about my missing package. I was first told it was delievered to the wrong house, then today was told it must have been stolen, because it was delivered to the right house. Sounds to like they are trying to pass the buck. I was even told to call the sender and tell them I never got the package.
USPS, you need to do better with the exception codes for why something wasn’t delivered. Don’t say the business was closed when it’s going to a house and it doesn’t require a signature.
This is literally the worst post office in town. Why would you say you left a notice for something that youve delivered with nobody home numerous times before? Best part is you morons didnt even leave a notice.
You can never actually call this local post office and talk to someone. And anytime you call the 800 number, its all automated and never gives you an option to talk to a real person. So frustrating
Getting extremely frustrated with whoever delivers my mail/packages.For starters, if there is a vehicle parked within fifty feet of my mailbox, the mailman refuses to deliver my mail to the mailbox. The last time I checked, there only needs to be a 15 foot clearance leading up to the mailbox, otherwise mail delivery could be refused. I have measured off where the cars park on my street, and the distance to my mailbox is much greater than 15 feet.Secondly, any time we purchase something online that is to be delivered via USPS, the mailman will drop the package in the VICINITY of our front porch, and will not knock or ring the bell or anything to let us know that something has been delivered. Often times on the weekend, we will be inside the house and not even know that we have had something delivered because we received no notification (except for those from Amazon, which are usually on a several hour delay). Point being, one of these days the mailman will deliver a package, not ring the doorbell or nothing, and before we realize that something was delivered someone will steal our package. That doesnt seem very acceptable to me.
Mail person refuses to deliver packages. Ive watched them fill the slips and place them in my box without coming to the door. Ive had boxes literally thrown into mud puddles from the door of their truck, watched one person kick my sons birthday present into wet grass, my wedding invitations were put on top of the garbage can outside. Ive requested they leave my packages on my covered front porch and now I have to hunt down my boxes. Ridiculous I should have to fight to find my mail.
Very poor post office. I have had other peoples mail put in my mailbox countless times. Ive mentioned this at the post office at least three different times, and each time I am assured they will take care of it. I can only imagine how often my mail is mis-delivered to someone else.Another time, my mail carrier was too lazy to get out of the vehicle and drop a box off at my door, so instead, she put one of those Sorry we missed you, please come and pick up your package slips in my mailbox. What is rich, is that I was home when she delivered the mail, and she absolutely did not get out of her vehicle, and didnt even attempt to deliver the package, she simply put the slip in the mailbox and drove on.Finally, almost every time Ive went into the post office, there is always a line and usually only one of three registers are staffed. Even though, there are other postal employees wandering around trying to look busy, but not actually helping the long line of customers. Very pathetic postal station.
Absolutely rude!!!!!! the lady with curly gray hair refused to wait on me because I came in literally one minute after they closed. she had someone at her counter still. they should seriously rethink letting this lady with salt and pepper hair work the counter she has horrible customer service!
The lady that works here is very rude, shes an older woman and Ive always had bad experiences with her, she is so rude. I do all my business with ups, much better customer service.
I never had any issues at this location(except to wait in line) until my husband went one day to mail certified letters. Because of the distance from his work, he got there about 20 minutes before closing time. The lady at the counter was VERY rude to him after he waited in line and was complaining that she would have to work late on Saturday because she was waiting on him. It sounds like it is probably the supervisor who hates her job and takes it out on the customers. My husband told me later that it took until closing time to fill out the forms for the letters and the whole experience stressed him out badly. We will just have to use the location on Main St or even Catoosa which is probably the same distance from our house. Its a shame that the PO has workers like this who are probably just waiting to get their retirement and dont care SMH!
Worker named Debbi was very rude to my friend today. I will not be going to this office.
This is the post office my mail comes through, but I chose to do my business with the Catoosa branch whenever I can. Ill leave it at that 😊
Typical attitude of government employees. They couldn’t care less about customer service, they know they’re going to get paid regardless of how they treat people.
If you can take your postal business somewhere else (i.e., the Main Street PO), do it. Youll be MUCH better off.
Always very happy with my mail service.
Mail never gets to our house when it is “good” stuff, jewelry or pills that have to be signed for unless we call and then suddenly they know exactly where they are located!
Clerks are pretty quick, always helpful and kind.
THEY BRING ME MAIL EVEN WHEN I DONT WANT IT
I agree with the sentiments above; the service from this post office is non-existent. Our mail lady regularly refuses to even attempt to deliver packages/mail. We had to chase her down today after she would not deliver a package while we were home! A phone call to the office did no good; the manager even went so far as to say I was making it up!
Super fast service!
Polite and fast staff for a USPS
Long lines, plus went on vacation and had mail held, but carrier wouldnt deliver it once we returned.
Wait time on the phone....50 minutes. NOPE.
There phone dont even work at all
Good service
