We use Complete Lawn Care Tulsa for our leaf blowing and bagging and, for the first time, reseeding our lawn. They are always timely and prompt when answering emails and have come quickly after our requests from them to come out. After seeding our lawn last fall, the new grass has come in nicely. We did have to rake a little after seeding because the seeds were distributed unevenly in some places. After a new baby, we just cant get to all of our lawn needs, so we appreciate you guys picking up some of the slack!

We had used another lawn service for several years and were not happy with the results. My neighbors lawn looked great and she gave us the contact information for Compleye Lawn Care. They cane out the next day, gave us an estimate and have been doing our lawn for two years. I have other neighbors now asking me for information since our lawn looks so good. They have also sprayed our junipers and out big trees for bag worms and they have not come back. Very responsive to calls and questions.

I trust and appreciate these guys. I had an old water valve sticking up out of the ground that was accidentally hit by their mowers the first time they came out (It was hard to see. Could have happened to anyone). I was worried they wouldnt accept responsibility, but Complete Lawn Care sent a plumber out and let me know they would take care of everything. It ended up not being a big deal, but I really appreciated these guys doing the right thing. And plus, my lawn looks great all the time now.

While my lawn has remained green and lush, there are still some weeds that seem to not get checked/sprayed even though you follow the watering directions. The communication from the company is great and letting you know exactly when theyll be by to spray/treat.

Ive been using Complete Lawn Care for about two years now. They offer a wide arrange of services from a spring and fall cleaning for my landscaping and even spraying for weeds and pests, all at prices that beat the big chain competition. Have never had a problem getting a hold of someone to request or discuss services. Plus they handle all requests for services within days, which is great when Im strapped for time to mow my yard before guests arrive, to trim my hedges (since my wife wont let me after the electric hedger meets finger incident of 2013), and when leaf removal suddenly becomes a necessity.

I did orginally give this place a 5 star review and I am changing it to one star. They offered me a Starbucks gift card in exchange for a review as well. The service was great until they got my review and that is when they stopped even coming out. They failed to show up yesterday when I had an appointment for a tree trimming. Didn’t even bother to call. It took weeks of calling to get my yard seeded. I recently moved 2 miles down the road and brought my services with me, but I will be finding a new lawn care company. Clearly customer service is not important, they just want a bunch of positive reviews then they stop caring. I am extremely disappointed.
