Anytime I have a return from Amazon I bring it here. Super close to my house and generally never in there no more than 5 minutes. Most of the time I can leave my car running, but its a ups store sometimes the line is crazy but still doesnt take long to get through it.
These folks are fantastic! Chris saved my life by helping me track down a receipt. He went above and beyond to help me. I only go to this store for the excellent service!
Most clerks are nice including the girl and the slimmer guy but theres a taller bigger built guy that always makes the visit so uncomfortable he comes off as rude without even trying hes so short with me and just has thus rude look on his face I usually try to not to check out with him but when Ive waited long enough and I have to check out with him it makes never want to go back there 😭😭😭 just left today and he literally threw my package as u was walking away 🤦🏽♀️
Just dropped off 3 items that I needed to return. This is only the 2nd time for me to return something to Amazon. Again, I hadnt exactly followed the instructions🤔. However, Robert took what I had, he had to package up 2 of the items for me, processed all of it, and bam.... he was done!!! I observed Roberts customer service skills while he was helping the guy in front of me too.
Its a UPS store, so theres not a whole lot to say. Friendly and helpful, but the employee that helped me wasnt wearing a mask at all.
Friendly but expensive if you dont have a business account.
The most unprofessional place I have ever been in, especially from an employee named Sebastian, I will never use this place again it was embarrassing and a waste of time, Shame on this office for keeping people like this .
Horrible service I dont know why this big corporations hire this kind of people here .
Only been there once but staff was friendly and I was in and out. Maybe one day the post office will take notes and improve
All employees have been super kind to me except Kathy. She was so rude to me. She was very short with me about my package and the questions I had, she just simply didnt care about me as her customer. This is not good customer service for UPS. I wont be returning to this store.
The clerks were talking covid conspiracies with a customer. First and last visit to this location. The behavior is not professional.
Nice staff but super slow service due to only one employee being present almost every time I go there.
After several attempts to have an important document notarized and faxed . I finally give up and will pay to go elsewhere.1st attempt the fax was too light to read .2nd attempt the seal was not in the right place.Now this third time I will have to try at a different place because he spelled my name wrong even with me offering my drivers license and it being printed on the top of the form.It was correct on the original form that had the seal it the wrong place.I am super frustrated with this experience!

CSA Aaron said one thing, does another. I have a wheelchair needed to be boxed. Aaron says he will create a box in the back. Theres another box to go with the chair. Next day i get a call from Aaron. His box maker cant make the box. Part is out on machine. WC wont ship till Monday. Make a box in the back ? Oh ! I mis~spoke. No....you lied to me. Thanks. Oh but other box HAS shipped. So.......were breaking up a 1 of 2, 2 of 2 shipment? Guess so. Untrustworthy, will never use this UPS store again. EVER ! (Ive been doing Ship/Rec job for 14 years. This is NOT how its supposed to work.)

If I could give this store negative stars I would. Their unprofessionalism is incredible. I was gone on my honeymoon and had two separate wedding presents (delivered on different days) rerouted to this store so they wouldnt be sitting on my porch for a week. I get the notification they were delivered to the store (one on Monday and one on Tuesday) so I assume everything is in order. When I get back from vacation I go in to pick up my boxes. I arrive at the store at 5:30pm and am helped by a guy named Jordan (who signed for the package on Tuesday). After looking for a few minutes he proceeds to tell me he cant find either package and that they only signed for the packages, but didnt take possession of them. The funny thing is the tracking data clearly states the package is in UPS Access Point possession which means it is at the store. I question him on how this makes sense. One does not simply sign for a package and not take possession of it. It also boggles my mind as to how one loses two packages delivered on two different days. The level of organization at this store is laughable. There are just stacks of random boxes everywhere with no clear organization. After a few minutes it was obvious I was not going to get my packages. He tells me I have to file a claim with UPS which is all well and good if I actually knew what the wedding presents were in the boxes as I have to give UPS a description and monetary value. I go home and decide to call first thing in the morning the next day and see if a more knowledgeable day shift employee could help me. I call at 8:00am and Jordan answers the phone. Immediately knowing he couldnt help I asked for someone else in the store, but he said he was alone until noon. At this point I gave up and my wife decided to try her luck. She goes in after work and talks to a woman named Alesa (who signed for the package on Monday). She said they sign for all the packages for the day as one lot and do not sign for them individually. She directs my wife to the UPS hub (even though it was scanned into this UPS store) and says it probably got left on the truck. When my wife gets to the UPS hub she talks to a very helpful woman who stated that this store should not be signing for the packages as one lot. They should be signing for each one individually. The woman at the hub spent 15 minutes looking for our packages, but they were never sent back to the hub. So now here we are. Missing hundreds of dollars worth of wedding presents and have no way of getting reimbursed for them. I will never use this sorry excuse for a store ever again.
I just walked out. I waited ten minutes and the clerk did not even acknowledge my existence or give an ETA.
I dont go here anymore. i quit going when they wanted to charge me $1.50 to receive an email from me. I now go to the other shipping company, who also has office printing equipment. Im very tired of feeling ripped off when leaving the UPS Store. The other shipping company doesnt do that.
Alesa was very helpful and professional. I needed help with notarizing documents, making copies, scanning and emailing the documents, and shipping the originals to me. I will gladly use them again anytime I can.
Staff is polite and the store more often than not meets my shipping needs
