I worked at MicahTek during my high school and early college years. It was the perfect after school job with very flexible hours to meet my schedule needs. The training staff was very efficient and after one week of training I was confident in my ability to be knowledgeable on the phone with customers. The management staff was always there to help answer questions if needed. This was a great place to work and I cherish my time there. I made many lifetime friends as well. We worked with MicahTek recently on a project for our Ministry. They were fast in their communications and responses when we had questions. The Reports had a lot of information organized and filtered in various ways depending on your needs. The information we received about the calls/orders was sometimes incomplete and vague.

Our office uses Micahteks database for a variety of functions. It houses all of our donors, donations, and merchandise. Those who use it to run reports on donors would probably give four stars. Those who work in it entering new constituents, processing donations, and running weekly letters would give it three stars.The interface seems outdated. Its difficult to explain but many things, which could seemingly be a one step process, often take two. Also, it lacks some functionality when doing searches.While the staff are willing to help - so often it seems they dont know their own product and communicating with them can be difficult - but they are responsive and available.It is a good system and meets our needs. Every database is problematic in some way - and as I said, the reporting side of Micahtek - is fantastic and really delivers helpful data on donors.
