Ive used Pro Steamers for more that 10 years, and they always do an amazing job. They are professional and have integrity.
Will never use this company again. The hose they used knocked chunks of paint off of the corners of my walls and also left blue stains on the paint. I contacted them several times by email and phone. I even emailed photos of the damage. The receptionist is friendly and says she will have the owner contact me, but that never happens.. I understand accidents happen, but an ethical business would try to make this right.On another note, Im not sure how clean the carpet actually gets. I couldnt see much difference. Also, it took 30+ hours for the carpet to completely dry, with ceiling fans on high!
Awful. If i could give zero starts i would. We scheduled to have 2 bed rooms and our stairs cleaned for our lease requirements. They showed up 2 hours late. Claimed the machine wouldn’t work. Promised to come the next day between 3-5. Never showed. Won’t answer phone or return calls. DO NOT USE OR TRUST THEM. They wanted us to leave a key with them. When they weren’t even going to show up. Awful service. They were rude and just throw the hoses against the walls causing damage.
Jesse always shows up when scheduled and is great to deal with. Some of these reviews seem fishy, but Ill let you try them for yourself. We have had great results with them
This is the second time weve used Pro Steamers and am extremely happy. They are able to remove stains in the carpet that normal cleaning and scrubbing did not touch and looks awesome! Also had them steam our tile/grout and am very happy with the result, looks like new. Would recommend them to any and everyone. Taylor was very nice and professional and did a wonderful job. Thanks!
Zero stars! I purchased a Groupon with this company. They came out and fulfilled the service and offered multiple cleanings for an additional payment. Now they arent returning phone calls or e-mails when Im trying to schedule additional appointments. Their voicemail box states its full and Im unable to leave messages now. I definitely feel scammed and plan to do my best to get my money back.
I purchased a Groupon for Pro Steamers to clean my carpets and scheduled them to come to my home early July. After they cleaned my carpets I had to pay additional fees (that I was aware of) as well as, pay for a promotional offer for them to return to my home 3 additional times to clean my carpets. However, when they ran my bank card they ran it twice ($195 each!) and double billed me. Being the understanding and flexible person I am, I called Pro Steamers and informed them of the double charge and was very understanding of what happened. I was hopeful I would receive my refund soon without complications. They said they would refund it to my card and it would take a week. Unfortunately, I have had more than 5 calls in to their office and sent 3 emails. Between the calls and emails I kept getting the run-around and fingers-pointing blaming other people. It is now October and I have not received my refund. At this point, I asked for a full refund of the promotion that I purchased, but now my emails are being ignored. I am owed $304 and still have not received any further communication or hopes of my refund. I DO NOT recommend this company. I would hate to see another person in my position and not get their money back. Look elsewhere.

I called in to their answering service 4 different times on 4 different days just to trying to schedule an appointment. Every time they took my number and said they would have one of the guys call me back. I never got a call and two weeks later Im still just trying to set up an appointment. Im seriously confused why they dont want my service and why their scheduling system is so strange to begin with. The last time I called in I told him that it was my 4 time calling in and all he said was ok....well can I get your number and we will have one of the guys call you back I asked for a supervisor, an email, another phone number...he couldnt give me anything. They are trained to say that one line and nothing else, I might as well have been speaking to a machine. So I will not be calling back anymore. Dont waste your time with them

I have purchased several cleanings and have paid in advance as well. I have never been disappointed with their timeliness, communication or service.One crew member stole my medications. I called and they apologized and gave me an additional cleaning free.Aside from this one bad apple, every serviceman that has been out has done an extremely professional & conscientious job with gorgeous looking carpets when they leave!
I prepaid for services in May 2018 in order to take advantage of the special. I attempted multiple times (4+) to schedule an appointment and was either not getting an answer when called, rescheduling & not showing up or the company simply missing the appointment with no notice or explanation.The company claimed no one was home when they came out, which was untrue. Multiple emails from someone that claimed I needed to wait 30-60 days for a refund, thats funny took them no time to charge me for a service they never provided. I waited the time they stated, continuing to inquiry through email and after countless claims that my card was being refunded or no response at all, I have notified the BBB in August & they cannot get the company to respond. I prepaid for services, guess they are offering specials, not performing a service and paying their bills with my prepayment. I will NEVER do business this way again, nor will utilize or recommend this company. This has been a disappointing experience!
Jesse & Jeffrey came to our home & were extremely time effecient, informative & just incredibly nice gentlemen! They told me about some specials they had going on & we happily took advantage of the great deals they offer! As someone with 3 indoor dogs & an infant, I plan to use them frequently!
Scam, be aware.Bought carpet cleaning from Groupon Jan 2017. The guy showed up and did good job. Bought 3 future carpet cleaning for $129 plus $35 trip charge for each cleaning from him. Promised me the prepaid cleaning will never expire.Been trying to contact them for two weeks to schedule a carpet cleaning. Phone always goes straight to voicemail and no one ever called me back. Sent several emails for appointment, got one replied asking me where I heard about them and thats it!I think they blacklist my number and email. Will come back and update if anything changes.
If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased a groupon for four rooms. I scheduled an appointment from 10-1. I moved EVERYTHING out of my living room and moved small items out of my bedrooms. I waited and waited and waited. I called three times. They never showed up and never returned my calls. Now I get to try to contact them for a refund for all the additional fees and services I paid for. I hope this review will save someone else the inconvenience and frustration I have been put through by them. Save your sanity and go with a different company.
I was so disappointed with my service. The extra fee was a low blow, but I paid it anyway. After waiting over 24 hours for my carpet to dry, it is hard in some places and smells like old mop water. $33 groupon cost me almost a hundred bucks and I have to call someone else out to clean my carpet again. I wont refer them to anyone or use groupon. Im done!
I have been dealing with this company a few years now and have always been satisfied. It was pouring down raining yesterday and the technician called to let me know they were on the way but would be a few minutes late due to the weather. My carpet was cleaned exceptionally well. One advice would be to send them an email of the date you wish to have your carpet cleaned and they will respond to you their availability. I recd a response from Jesse the owner within 2 days. Hired Pro Steamers to clean carpets in a preowned van. It was a dirty job, but they were thorough and hard working. Highly recommend!
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE BY LACK OF COMMUNICATION- I have used ProSteamers for a few years and even have a service contract with them that gives me a discount for paying for a package of future cleanings. Recently, I scheduled a cleaning and was asked to prepay for the add-on service of Scotchgard application (remember, the cleaning itself was a part of the service contract). I asked why I needed to prepay because I hadnt done so in the past. I was told its because they have had a lot of cancellations. I accepted that answer and my card was charged about 2 weeks before my scheduled cleaning. The invoice stated there will be a $25 fee for cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment. The day of the cleaning I had an arrival window of 12-4. I rearranged my schedule (including my toddlers nap) so that I would be home and my house would be ready for that arrival time. I prepped the areas to be cleaned by vacuuming and rearranging furniture. At 3:00 I hadnt heard from anyone, so I called the office number to be sure they were still coming. I had to leave a voicemail. At 3:45 I received a call that they had equipment failure and were not going to be able to come and asked if I wanted to reschedule. I was understanding and told them I would set up another appointment with the office. That evening (a Monday) I emailed them to propose some times that worked for me. On Friday, I hadnt heard back so I called and left a voicemail. The following Wednesday, I called again and left a message. The Monday after that I tried another call and left a message. I emailed again that Friday and finally received a call back that afternoon. They said they could schedule it for Sunday afternoon and would consider a partial refund, but needed to check with the owner. On Sunday morning, I got a call they were on their way. I explained that I was on my way out because my scheduled time was 12-4, so they came later at the appropriate time. Before cleaning, Jesse asked if I had any questions, so I asked about the refund and he said he had already put a note in for Vanessa to take care of it on Monday. I waited a week and no refund. I called them. Of course, no return call. I emailed them and got an immediate response from Jesse asking what the refund was to be for. I explained the situation again by copying the text of the previous email expressing my frustration with the lack of communication and inconvenience of rescheduling. I have never heard back from them and still no refund has been processed more than 2 weeks later. I give up, but I thought I would give you all fair warning before dealing with this company.
Beware that company does not take checks. Expect credit card prepayment or cash at time of service. Very poor communication - payment policy not communicated properly - even though they advertise half price deals, they have large trip charges, add unwanted services, and have hidden dollar minimum requirement in order to clean. Very disappointed in service.

We have been customers with them for many years. I originally bought a groupon and was pleased enough with the service to buy a package of 3 more whole-house cleanings, which I used over the course of 2 years. I used those with no incident. Haven’t needed service for a year and a half but when I did, I went right back to prosteamers. Something has happened with their response, friendliness and service in the 18 months since my last service. They charged me for 4 rooms and two showers but were unable to do the showers and told me I’d be issued a refund. After a weeke without getting a refund I emailed with no response. So I called and got no response. So I emailed again.
Jesse was great. They cleaned the carpet, air ducts, and dryer vents all in one shot. Great price too. Everything looks and smells great.

Awful experience! After putting in all of the time and energy to move furniture off the carpet, and taking a half day off from work, they didnt even show up! TWICE. No notice, no effort to make it right. And I had already paid for the cleaning. They have completely ignored my request for a refund. Literally the worst customer service experience I have ever had with any company.
I agree with Brad from OKC. We had the same experience. We had purchased a groupon some time ago. Yesterday, we had our carpets and a sofa cleaned. Our person was courteous and did a very good job. The sofa had a lot of pet hair, and it is so much better that we will not have to replace it. We will certainly use this service again, and we even signed up for their maintenance plan.
ZERO stars. They NO-SHOWED me TWICE this week. No call, no warning, no compensation for my lost time and money. They charge customers who cancel within 48 hours for the inconvenience but have not offered to compensate me or to somehow make this right. I will NEVER use nor recommend this company to anyone.

Worse company ever! I purchased a contract to get 3 cleanings of 5 rooms, called to use 6 months after i just had the carpets cleaned, came over 1 hour late waited all morning. then the guy refused to clean the carpets and did nothing but complain, main office not helpful just got worse and hung up repeatedly. Called and left messages for owner to not hear back, so far not refund of already paid contract. The guy that came to house refused to do cleaning and when i tired to get my receipt and info he tacked me, man handled me, had to call the police and have him removed. HORRIBLE company and service. Never got anything but a nightmare from them. Called another company came out the next morning had it all done in 1 hour and told it was not dirty at all in amazing shape since i get it cleaned about every 6 months.
Dont give this company your money. I bought a $109.00 package and pro steamers did a no show. I requested my refund. A guy named Jesse is not returning my calls/ texts and ignoring my emails on the refund. I am turning them into the BBB. I am also going to check into an attorney.
I bought my original from Groupon. Talked me into buy more cleanings. Havent been able to get them to come back & clean. Not sure what recourse I have. I will be talkin to an atty. if I havent heard from them soon. I have company from out of state coming.
Jesse and Prosteamers have been great to work with. This is an awesome company that we have utilized a half dozen times for carpet cleaning and duct cleanings. I highly recommend Jesse and his team at Prosteamers!

While the guy was nice, I definitely feel ripped off. I had an expired Groupon that was good for $68 toward a 5-room cleaning. The email I received stated they are currently charging $59 for a 5-room cleaning, so I thought PERFECT, and scheduled. (PS-only have 4 rooms). It was difficult to get in touch with them, but was finally able to set an appointment and they said I could use my Groupon. Never explained that there would be additional charges. The guy was on time and polite, then when he was ready to leave stated I owed him an additional $95, and also tried to tack on more for future cleanings (thankful I didnt do that after reading these reviews)! I went back and forth with him about the Groupon and honoring the price I paid, etc. He stood his ground, I was on the verge of tears and just wanted him out of my home at this point, so I wrote the check. Will NEVER use again, DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I bought a groupon for the 4 rooms and a hall. Kevin came out and cleaned my off white older carpet and it looks wonderful! Their services are less than half the price of that other national carpet steaming company. I am having them come back to clean my HVAC registers and pre-bought another 3 cleanings. They call back the next day to check to make sure you are happy with your results.Great customer service!I am so happy I found them!

If there were a way to give less than one star I would. I bought a Groupon for this companys duct cleaning service, and they immediately tried to charge me an extra trip charge saying they couldnt service my address without adding an additional charge (even though they have an OKC office). I got them to rescind that, and scheduled a date for a cleaning. On the date we agreed upon, no one called no one showed up and I was left without the services. When I contacted the owner AGAIN on his phone, this time with a actual call rather than an email (the phone which I had been using over the space of several weeks to contact the company), I was told that he may not have been receiving the emails, but rather an ex-employee may have. And I am supposed to believe that that ex-employee was corresponding with me and scheduling for the company! I was even receiving emails from that phone on the very day in which I was calling him! I gave alternate days which they could come back and provide my service, and he refused, saying it would be AT LEAST another week. I told him that was not doable, that I had scheduled for when I was off (SEVERAL weeks in advance). He then said he would contact Groupon and tell them I didnt want the services, which is not what I said at all! And now Groupon is only offering me a credit, and if I cannot get that corrected I am screwed out of $59. That may not seem like much to a lot of people, but as a schoolteacher in the state that pays its teachers the least of all of the states, that is a lot of money! Never use this company. They have zero concern for their customers and keeping their agreements.

Anyways, I sent photos and they apologized and scheduled a reclean, to which they didnt call or show up to and now they wont return my calls. Is zero stars an option? because it should be. $200 down the drain.
I bought a Groupon #1 mistake; #2 mistake purchased another 3 cleanings at the same price as the Groupon; and now all of their numbers do not work and I cannot get ahold of them. I know carpet cleaning companies are notorious for closing and reopening the next week under a different name. I dont know about the rest of you but I can ill afford to be throwing away money on 3 cleanings I will never get. If I saw the service tech I would kick his ass (I am a 68 yr old woman) because he assured me they had been in business for many years, they arent going anywhere, etc. ALL LIES!!!! Truly con artists. If someone from that company reads this I hope they realize they are breaking one of the ten commandments -- THOU SHALL NOT STEAL!!!!!!

I had a groupon purchased for me for a 5 room carpet cleaning with this company. When I called to set up the appointment, I was able to make an appointment fairly quickly. However, a week before they were due at my home, I received a call that they lost their OKC rep, and were in the process of getting another one. They rescheduled me for 6 weeks later. When they finally came, I was pleased with the cleaning. I pre-purchased 3 more cleanings. I asked the rep at the time of service before I paid what would happen if I chose to get rid of my carpet and I have not used all treatments. They told me whatever is unused would be refunded. However, a few months later an email went out they would not be taking appointments for the rest of the year because they only service OKC on Thursdays and they are all booked. This was in September. I asked if I could have a refund of my money because if it would be such long periods and they didnt have the ability to service, I wanted my money back. Thats when they decided to tell me all sales are final and the sales rep lied. Then I emailed with the a few other times between then and December. All went unresponsive. Finally on January 3 of this year, I was able to receive a response that says they will fit me in on any Thursday. When I gave them a date, they told me they were all booked up now until the end of March and could no longer fit me in. It has now been a year almost since my previous cleaning, and still nothing other than a waiting game with them. I believe they are unprofessional and are unable to maintain or handle the work they have. I would not recommend them for future cleanings. So I do not waste my money, and they refuse refund it, I will hopefully get my 3 cleanings but at this rate, it will probably take 3 years or more.
