Always greeted with a smile even while wearing a mask

Update (8/20/2020)Had a very disappointing experience today.Took their auto car wash but the dryer didnt work. This was the 2nd time I had this problem there. When I had the issue before, the staff had me go through the wash again, confirmed the dryer didnt work, and manually started the dryer. Took a while, but I came out with a clean and dry car at least. Today however, the staff didnt know how to override the dryer, so I had to wait while he ask someone else for help over the phone. After all the wait, he said he cannot even give me a rain check because I didnt have the receipt. I selected No when the car wash kiosk asked if I want a receipt. But I know they can look up the car wash sales records on their POS terminal. Nonetheless, all he did was just telling me to come back and talk to the manager tomorrow before 2PM.I assume that associate doesnt have permission to offer a better resolution, but that doesnt make me feel better when I had to waste almost 30 minutes just to get water spots all over my car.They can keep my $10. Ill keep my lesson learned: Never use their car wash!---------------------------------------------------------------Nice staff & clean store. But the pump states that they mix upto 10% of ethanol in every grade.
