A week ago I called and scheduled an appappointment for August 30th. I arrived 10 minutes early to find the salon had been closed early at 2, without being notified beforehand. I live about 5 or 6 miles from this store. So I went out of my way to come here, only for it to be a huge waste of time. Im very disappointed with this experience, and its very upsetting for me because I struggle with self-care, so this appointment was a big step for me in taking care of my hair and myself. I was looking forward to this appointment, but now I feel like I wasted my time and they dont care.

I had a 1pm appointment for a color. At 1:30 stylist still not halfway finished with person ahead of me. No apology offered. I made appointment on purpose because I had another appointment at 3.if my appointment with the stylist started on time I had plenty of time.. my time is valuable and evidently your company doesnt think so. I will never come back and will tell everyone I know how poor the service was at this store.

I booked an appointment for my 90 year old mother as soon as they opened this morning. When we arrived the woman said she didn’t have us scheduled and she was over booked! When I asked why she over booked herself she said I never called and made an appointment! Will never go back! I don’t like the lier accusation!

I loved Nadeen. She was always polite and helpful. My hair is thinning and she was able to help me with a style that made it look full again. I walked in last weekend and i was told she went somewhere else. I was told they wouldnt tell me where. My daughter needed her hair trimmed and there were 2 employees there. They said it would be 45 minutes. The one lady was working her butt off while the other one sat and did nothing. There were 3 people waiting and all the other lady said was its up to her if she can do it. VERY RUDE PERSON!!!! We waited a while then left.Get more and better help!!! I wont go back. And hopefully Ill find out where Nadeen is.

Did a great job on my husbands hair cut

I had gotten what I thought was a long bob somewhere else. I came in a Nadeen showed me my hair all the mistakes the previous haircut person did. She took her time and fixed my hair and it was shorter than I wanted but I absolutely love it!

Never had a bad cut or eyebrow wax here. Although I think the wax is expensive, its still faster and easier than plucking them at home. I tend to sneeze when i do mine (Id laugh at me too, its okay) so this is much better.

Terrible customer service. I tried to buy a few hair products and stood at the register for over 10 minutes. The lady working looked straight at me and never even spoke. I finally gave up and left. I definitely won’t be going back.

Absolutely had an amazing experience with these people. I believe Marcelo cut my best friends hair and nadeen was beyond helpful. I havent ever been to a salon that treated us like family.. yall two are amazing people. ❤

Would like to discuss with district leader

First hair cut was great so decided to go back again. Only one lady working, and was doing cuts for other people. I show back up twice to check in and the last time its 10 minutes before closing and I am turned away. I get it, they want to go home but still unprofessional to turn away a customer before actually being closed. So maybe have more than one person working to cut 4 peoples hair in an hour on a busy night.

My wife has been crying for over an hour. I wasnt there but among the tears she said the hairstylist showed up an hour after she said she would (Tianna or something like that). My wife asked for a natural blonde and she took it to infinity and blonde! My wife refuses to go out in public until it gets fixed and the cherry on top, she still charged her $70! To sum up my wife just spent $70 to get her self esteem destroyed by a supposed manager

Always have my products. Really too expensive but will continue buying there until I find cheaper.
