Thank you to everyone at Shamrock Tire & Auto Repair for fixing my tire yesterday. My truck notified me that I had an object in my tire while I was on a road trip through the State of Oklahoma. My son immediately told me we were in front of Shamrock Tire & Auto Repair. Everyone was so friendly and my tire was repaired in no time. If I lived in the Tulsa area, this tire company would be my choose.

I had an emergency with my brakes and my son had me meet him there. My brakes pretty well fell to pieces when I parked. Thankfully they were able to get me in at that very moment. Its the ONLY place we take our cars. Even if its only for an oil change!!! Best in the business!!!

They go absolutely above and beyond and don’t charge extra for the little things, amazing service and friendly workers. All around a perfect experience.

Excellent service and quick turnaround! Picked up a nail in one of my tires so brought it in to have it changed with a spare that I kept around. Was greeted as soon as I walked up and given a great deal to swap the old with the new. I would highly recommend them. Oh, and they have a cool fish tank in the lobby for anyone waiting. My daughter loved it!

Ive owned 5 different cars, and have been bringing them here for years. Ask for Kirk, hes the man! Super polite, nice to talk to. These guys give discounts for first responders and police/military. Even students! The discounts arent huge, but every little bit helps, especially when youre having car troubles. I trust these guys over any mechanic in the Tulsa/Broken Arrow area, and believe me Ive had a lot of car trouble. These guys can deal with everything from a simple fluid top off, to full on engine replacement. Cant recommend them enough! (theyre also within 20 feet of a sushi restaurant and a mcdonalds, so you can go have lunch while you wait!)

Best place to go for tires. They go above and beyond for great customer service. Installed tires over my lunch hour last week. Today Kurt figured out a way to install tires on our car tow dolly, with the car on it. It was a big rig so we parked across the street and he installed tires in the pouring rain. Okay, I have to say the ratings are warranted. I came in on the basis of reviews. I needed two rear tires mounted and balanced. The got to it right away and they are very involved with the customers. They dont push you to buy extra items you do not need, they are right to the point. Will be going back here again if I need anything.

After taking my car to Robertson Tires to get 4 new tires, I noticed that my car had been making a thumping sound and shaking. It shook harder the faster I went so I knew it had something to do with the rotation. After receiving horrible customer service at Robertson, I decided to take my car to a different shop to have them look at the issue. I walked in and talked to man named Mike and he was awesome! A mechanic checked my car and found that my front passenger wheel wasnt tightened all the way! Not only did he torque that wheel to spec, but he went ahead and checked the rest of them as well! The mechanics there also took the time to inspect my CV axles and ball joints. I felt that I actually had mechanics that knew and cared about what they were doing. I already knew I needed to replace my CV joints and they confirmed it. They gave me an invoice on how much it would cost and I honestly feel that they werent trying to pull one over on me, like Robertson did. Never once did I feel pressure to get serviced there either. Even though I am pretty mechanically inclined and I know how to replace the CV joints, I still might take it to Hercules just to give them my business! They were great!!

This is the BEST place to get you a new set of tires. I had a blow out on the side of the road. When I called Kirk said I was just locking the doors. I told him my situation and he went well out of his way to bring a floor jack out to me on the side of the road. He then removed my blown out tire and then proceeded to go back to his shop and put new tire on my rim and came back and put it on. I will be going there to buy all my tires for my three cars from now on. In todays age with people not giving AWESOME customer service. Kirk went completely over the top with coming to my rescue. He is by far deserving of getting everyone in Broken Arrow to be buying tires from him. If I could give him 10 stars as a rating I would do it for sure. Youre the man Kirk. Keep it up and I will gladly pass this on to everyone I know.

On April 22, 2018 my other half was in Tulsa broken down with no brakes and this Hercules Tire and Auto Repair shop on Monday was able to squeeze him in and get his vehicle fixed. He said they were the BEST, most courteous, knowledgeable and professional auto repair he had ever dealt with in 50 years and believe me, he does not give compliments easily! Thank you to the group of guys there that turned a bad situation into a great one!

I had my brakes repaired by these folks and they are terrrfic. In my 50 years on this earth (I am using my sons Google account, My name if Robert Hudson) I have never met a kinder more honest folks than these guys. They were was great and gave a super competitive price, best Ive found.Best of all I had shopped around getting estimates. Others told me I needed a new calipers which is $200+ . But they correctly diagnosed it not needing it even after I told them it needed it. Thank you God for folks like these.

I have bought two sets of tires from Kevin at Broken Arrows Hercules Tire store. Why? Because Kevin came in less than every other tire store I checked, and I checked a bunch. He even beat the online stores! Best of all, Kevin knows tires! I know I can go there and say, Kevin, Im looking for the best deal on a 60 thousand mile tire that will grip the road in all weather conditions, and hell tell me about all the tires they have that meet my wants and needs! Also, I have never had a better customer service experience in my life! When I told him I was a school teacher and couldnt get off until 5 or later, he had his guys come to my school and pick up my car and drop it back the same day with new tires! It happens to all of us once in a blue moon. You head to a family Christmas gathering. You start your travel on the interstate, and bam next thing you know you have a flat tire and all of the tire shops are closed. My girlfriend and I got by on the donut tire until we could bring the car in.We stopped by the Broken Arrow location and spoke with Kirk Donathan. Kirk greeted us with a big smile and an upbeat attitude. The tire we were in search of is typically a challenge to locate. Kirk took his time to make sure our business stayed with him and Hercules. He made a few phone calls and found us a tire at their 51st street location. We were directed to Jesus at that location. Jesus took care of us on the spot. The store was clean, fast and friendly.
