A good honest repair shop. They are always busy so its best to schedule when you can. I had a complete dual exhaust system put on my truck they did a great job I will be going back. They also do other automotive repairs as well. Like I said they are always busy especially in the morning time.

Took my 1968 Ford Country Sedan wagon to have full dual exhaust with cherry bombs installed. Install was top notch! Clean welds and while system tucked up nicely and supported very well. Excellent service for your money spent. Definitely recommend!

I was put in a bind when the muffler delete that I ordered came in and it had the incorrect flange. I showed up at Ralston’s and Tony got right to work on making the correct flange. The flange turned out perfect and it mounted up great. Super helpful service. Would highly recommend taking your vehicle here!

Had them install a flowmaster 40 series muffler on my f150. Was really surprised how quick they were were able to do this!

Horrible customer service. Staff had bad attitudes. Not helpful at all. I had to wait 10 minutes before anybody helped me. Then they told me to come back in an hour. When I came back they still werent willing to help. Will never return to this shop. I wouldnt recommend this company to anybody. What a waste of time. Me and my family will take our business else where. They dont even deserve 1 star.

They do excellent work here and prices are very good. I had them put dual exhaust on my 1986 GMC and it was less expensive than for me to buy a kit and do it myself.

They did a great job on my muffler, I dropped off the car at 9:00 am and they called me to pick it up at noon. Super quick turn around and competitive pricing too!

My 2010 sierra had a bad exhaust leak, took it to 2 different shops and they couldnt find it. Took it to Ralstons and they found it and fixed it quick. And at a great price. Very highly recommended.

I had my 1972 Firebird with Pontiac 455 engine, cross-pipe exhaust installed at Ralstons muffler shop. The work was done on Presidents Day 2018. I decided to wait while they installed my new exhaust system. That day seem to be the shops busiest day. The shop owners office manager (his daughter) was off that day. While Mike, the shop owner was busy with cars in shop bays, handling customers phone call, and walking inquiries, he maintain a pleasant demeanor throughout the whole time. Mike was patient with every customer encounter. Then there was Slim, who resembles actor Sam Elliott, was really cool. Slim weld-up the exhuast just as I requested. Slim was very good at explaining what had to be done for a successful install. Ralstons met my every expectation. Great job fellows!I highly recommend the shop to any classic car owner for mechanical work. They are fair, respectable and honest.

After months and months of trying to figure out what I wanted to do and how I wanted it to sound (deathly afraid of the dreaded drone), I finally bit the bullet and just dropped it off last Saturday. Ran around doing some errands and arrived back just in time to get the privilege of watching a master craftsman perform the work that he made look so effortless. I was completely impressed with how the entire exhaust looked when he made the final welds. When he lowered the lift and I heard the new exhaust from outside the Burb....? It sounded perfect. Actually gave me chills as he backed it out.After happily paying for his amazing services I drove away anxious to hit the highway and listen for the dreaded drone. Well.... it droned, not as bad as I had experienced in the past but droned Non the less. I know the Suburban is a difficult vehicle to stop that completely due to the cavity where the exhaust is released but still had high expectations. He explained to me that there are options to correct it if I needed to and to just let him know. I gave it a few days and didnt really suffer persay but wasnt completely happy. Decided to bring it back in this morning and well.....?EVERYTHING IS ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!!This master craftsman knew what I needed and satisfied my issues with a smile and a little time.If youre like me and fret over little things like how to get your vehicle to sound just right???Look no further than this place. You wont be disappointed. Mikes a great guy to have as a friend. The name of this place is very misleading because mufflers are a small part of what these guys are capable of doing.

They did a great and fast job on my truck. Several months later a bolt came loose. Called them, no questions, just bring it in and they would take care of it. 10 mins later Im on the road and very pleased with the service I received. No charge!

Sat in the front office for 30 minutes waiting for ANYONE to acknowledge my existence when someone finally showed up behind the counter he began chatting with some other person who was there about the rib crib and getting his dog spayed. So naturally I go stand in front of the counter thinking, maybe someone will assist me. Boy, was I dead wrong. Couldnt even get any eye contact to let me know I was noticed. Literally wasted my time driving there to be ignored. Couldnt even say bad customer service because I got none.

Great service for reasonable price

Went there to get my Catalytic converters replaced and was told they couldnt even look at my car at the moment and it would be several days before they could even think about getting to it. They didnt act like they wanted my business. Went to broken arrow muffler and radiator instead and was very happy with the service I recieved.

But for just me personally since 2003 Ralstons Muffler has done 3 inch custom Exhaust on all my vehicles everything from 2003 Ranger - 1999 z28 - 2001 z28 - 1996 F250 Powerstroke -1999 F350 Powerstroke -2003 6.0 Powerstroke - 2003 SVT Cobra - & just recently my 2008 C6 Corvette. Highly recommend. Had custom work done on my truck for dual exhaust. I brought my own mufflers and xpipe and it was no problem. The price was more than reasonable. Actually very cheap for the work and new pipe. I know a good honest shop when i see one and ralstons is it.

Took my sons car in to see about getting it straight piped. I didnt know they worked on suspensions as well. It was having issues with it from being lowered, and none of the tire shops could give me an answer as to why. Needless to say, they got it straight piped, and fixed the problem with the suspension, and at a price that was cheaper than I had figured it to be myself. These people are nothing short of awesome, they just wanted to help and make sure everything was ok. Diagnosed my problem told me the part to get and didn’t charge me a hudred dollars just to look at the codes. Suffice to say the people here are friendly and the service is first come first served. Can’t say I enjoyed my car breaking down but theses guys made it a much more palatable experience. Over the past year I have taken my car to the dealership and two other mechanics, only to be told that they weren’t sure what was exactly wrong. The only reason I ended up at Ralstons is that the last mechanic said I had a bad catalytic converter and a friend referred me. Long story short... he was wrong as well, I’ve just finished my test drive with the engine light not making an appearance... Thank you Ralstons Muffler Shop!!
