The customer service there is great. But there is no place to get refreshments while your waiting. They offer plenty of mini bottled waters.😊

I called to make an appointment for a recall and ask if there are afternoon times and they insist to me that for service appointments morning is preferred so fine I make a morning appointment for 730am and they quote me that Ill be in and out no longer then half an hour and thats what the recall notice told me as well. I get there and the service person tells me its actually a 3 hour repair so now Im stuck at the dealership for way longer then I scheduled for. 3 hours pass and my car still isnt done no one comes through to update me or anything so I go to the service agent to check and they say my car should be out soon...an hour later and I finally was able to leave after 4 and a half hours. Not gonna blame the service person cause there isnt anything he can do about it, it would just be nice if expectations where set properly in the beginning.

Ocean Honda is the best dealership Ive dealt with. The service center is top notch. The customer service is excellent. The people are great.
