Was recommended to get a rental from this private owner. I was in need of a rental last min & in a rush. Car was FILTHY (I still have pictures), he (Ed) had me waiting for about almost 2 hrs while he sat and spoke to others (workers). Rental was SUPPOSE to be for 7days, he owed me $10 back after payment stated he would grab it then literally distracted me until I forgotten. I called same day no time wasted left a message of the day short also $10 change. Never received a call back, called office second time no answer still. I had to get in contact with someone else in order speak with Ed. I explained briefly again the issue he explained when I get in we will work on an adjustment. When I returned the rental he complained about rain spots near the wheels (after a 2 day rain storm). Refuse to give the change owed or the day I was short. I WOULD/WONT rent or recommend to ANYONE. He’s an auto shop also who knows what else he’s ripping ppl off for?
