My name is Alex and I purchased my Ram 2020 this past summer and have had 2 service appointments. Laura Spinola was my service rep for both. The first time I was crazy over due for an oil change. She took me through maintenance scheduling and got me in and out in no time. The second time was just as smooth be it I had an appointment this time but still, very professional and I was in and out in 45 min. I have had a lot of cars and oil changes before and this was the first time someone has said well have you out quick and it actually be the truth.Thank you,Alex-

Clean and courteous staff and facilities

Brought in my 2015 Ram for its normal service and to have a wheel swapped, Laura had both thing taken care of in under 1 hr and the cost for the wheel change was way less than originally quoted. will be taking my daughters new car next!

0 help at all . Spoke with a manager and his only response was I dont know what to tell ya. Wish I knew it would be like this otherwise I wouldve never purchased a vehicle from here.
