I can’t even describe my disappointment. Been going here for years. There’s a new girl at the counter who needs an attitude adjustment and much better training. Called to make an appointment and was told $248. When I arrived she had no idea what she was doing, other customers waiting for her as well. Then she tells me $334. Confused, I asked her what tires I’m getting and she kept telling me she doesn’t know. I stated the price went up $100 and I want to know what I’m getting before paying. She tells me there’s other charges like Mount/balance/valves/ etc....WHY DIDNT YOU TELL ME THIS WHEN I CALLED TO GET THE PRICE AND HOW DO YOU NOT KNOW WHAT TIRES IM GETTING UNTIL THEY ARRIVE??? I walked out as she gave me more attitude and a snarky sigh. You just lost a return, fleet customer because of her.

I have visited this site on two occasions. The first occasion, Billy provided me with phenomenal guidance and helped me figure out my tire situation. Today, once again Billy proved again to be extremely helpful and committed to the customer. My situation was handled in a timely and efficient manner and I am glad to have given my business to this location.

I must say I will always get my tires and rims from here .They always go above and beyond for me, even as far as changing my rims and reordering new ones when I wasn’t satisfied with the ones I originally ordered .They just wanted me to leave happy .. I cant complain on the quality of the work. However, the only way to get a decent price from Town Fair tire is to haggle. If youre pleasant to them and sound agreeable they will try to rip you off. I hate having to haggle. Next time Ill take my business elsewhere.

I cannot adequately express in words how impressed I was by the service, professionalism and courtesy I received today at Town Fair of Bristol. The store was pristine, i was greeting with a smile and promptly taken to look at the tire needing repair by Billy. Although they had just sold the last 4 tires matching the tire I needed replaced Manager Angel assured me his driver was returning shortly and could get the tire at another store and have my car ready for pickup before close at 6 pm. Instead I received a call at 3pm informing me my car was ready for pick-up 3 hours early. They far surpassed my expectations. 💯 I highly recommend using them for all your tire needs!

I rarely see the benefits that are thrown at you to get you to buy things. Bought tires here and have had to use the free flat repair THREE times now. Its actually 6 bucks for some random fee, but totally worth it giving my bad luck in running over nails.

I was very impressed with the service at town fair tire in Bristol. All staff is nice but Jahyda stood out in particular with me. She was very thorough in finding a solution to my issue. She even went as far as using her personal phone number in order to ensure that she had the correct item, and of course I felt comfortable sending the photo to her. She made sure to get the correct info and yet again contact me to let me know the ending results!! She’s a keeper and has great customer service

Im beyond pleased with this locations costumer service. Angel had been working with me to start my commercial account for my growing, mobile business, and Im glad I chose the Bristol location. Ive visited other Town Fair locations, and I have never been met with such a great team of coworkers—this location is by far the best. I set up my appointment over the phone late on Friday with Angel, and the following business day, I was greeted with a smile. TERRIBLE customer service. Went to Town UNFAIR tires to have my Brand New tires put on my truck and they refused to mount them because I didnt let them sell me the tires . I purchased them online for a major price difference And didnt let them over charge on the tires . They could have still made money on mounting, Balancing and a frontend alignment.. .. Stay Away from town UNFAR TIRE ....

I had a flat tire last night and did not have the special wheel lock nut to take the tire off. Moe loaned us some from his store in the hopes that it would help. Unfortunately it was not the right one. However, he was able to take me in the next morning and get 4 new tires at the best deal that we found. Moe was most accommodating, friendly and made sure that I was out in time for my appointment. Thank you so much for your professionalism and efficiency.

New Millennium Auto Dealership buys all our new tires and alignments with the Bristol CT location. Mark is excellent knowledgeable Manager. Angel, Greg, Jennifer have excellent customer service skills. They are very patient in helping customers find the best tires at the most competitive prices. The guys in the back are the ones who get things done quickly and operate like a well oiled machine.

Great experience, drove over a chunk of metal on my way to work this morning. They replaced my first tire and then made accommodations to help me get the remaining 3 tires replaced that day. With the new tires I got an alignment. These guys take their time and do quality work. I will be recommending to others and returning in the future

Jahyda was great! Needed a wheel lock for my recently purchased used vehicle and she came out and figured out what lock I needed and got it to me on the first try! Great service, I will definitely go back for future tire needs!!

I was at Advance auto across the plaza buying fix a flat for my tire that had a nail in it and the guy behind the counter told me to save my 8 dollars for a product that doesn’t work and go to town fair tire (which was luckily very close by) and that they do permanent repairs for 6 dollars! I was elated that I got right in by an incredibly pleasant staff. The waiting room was very well put together and the wait time was embellished, I was out in under 30 minutes! Town fair rocks!

I walked in thinking I’d have to spend a significant amount of money on a new set of winter tires. I wasn’t sure if my old set would fit the new car I got this year. Mark was honest, kind and helpful right from the beginning. At this time of year, being able to save some money in any situation is always a positive moment. When I scheduled my appointment, I was actually able to arrive earlier and Mark was now very accommodating. I just had a flat tire turning into ShopRite and came to the shop I had bought a tire from them about 2 months ago and they were closing and the man was saying that they had four of the cars they were not able to do the repair and he told me to take it out back and they would put air in the tire when the guy was putting air in a tire he found where the problem was he said that he would fix it so I went up front to ask the guy in the guy talked to him and he said that he would stay late to fix the tire and thank God for these people because I dont have AAA and its a new car and he fixed the tire for me. There are some good people in this world thank you Brian for fixing my tire.

Was so impressed with the professionalism and quality of service! Jennifer and Angel both had outstanding customer service. We were far from home with a tire blowout and that went above and beyond to get us back on the road and had ordered a new tire at the Town Fair near us. Town Fair Tire was amazing when I found myself stuck with a flat tire after rolling over a screw. I had somewhere to be and Mark immediately stepped up to help me out. He was unable to plug it because of the location of the puncture, but Mark found a solution and quickly sent me on my way so that I could pick up my kids. I am so grateful that he helped me solve the problem and took care of it so quickly. In a situation that no one wants to find themselves in, Mark and the rest of the team made it painless.

I came in today because of a screw in my tire. Warmly greeted by Angel. He explained the process and fees to me which was way less than I anticipated. The service was super speedy. The waiting area was clean and I loved that I was able to watch them work on my tire on the monitor. Great service, (Bristol, Ct) Ryan, Greg and Angel were so helpful & friendly. Prompt and courteous; Ryan came out to my car looked at my tires and what I thought, was I needed all 4. Ryan assured me my tires were still in good condition but 1 rear one, and showed me the issue. Communication to me was excellent.They could of very easily sold me 4, but he assured me I only needed 1. Also had an alignment done. Very trustworthy and best of all I want taken advantage of!! My to go to place from here n and highly recommended.

Theyre great at fixing tires...but also at stealing your sunglasses. I had a $400 dollar pair of Tom Fords in my center counsel...which are gone. The interesting part is I watched the guy do it. He was inside my car and I was watching on the screen from the waiting room and I was thinking why is this guy in my car but just shrugged it off. Well the glasses are gone. While I would say go there to have your tires repaired/replaced....make sure you dont leave any valuables in your vehicle.

Went to get a tire repair, and a worker mentioned that the recent business that provided an oil change didn’t rotate my tires. He had said they would do the rotation for me. The job which was handled quickly came out as no charge. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Ive been going to Town Fair Tire for years. I buy new cars every 4 to 5 years. Your prices are very good opposed to the dealer prices and wouldnt think about going anywhere else. All your help is very knowledgeable and courteous from your sales people, to your service department which is run by gentleman named Brian. Hes been there for a long time and its good having someone who knows your cars as well as your needs.

Had a flat tire which was able to be fixed with lifetime free flat repair. Called and they gave me an appointment right away, everything was done within an hour of me calling and at no cost. Staff are very professional.

Great place! Theyll give you a heads up about a potential problem other places overlook. They wont push you to replace a tire when they can fix the flat. Angel and other gentleman(named Rick maybe?) have great attitudes! They are very helpful.

So I came in because of a flat and I knew I had some damage on my rims but didnt think they were so horrific until our service guy took down the Rims and showed us the cracks causing all these leaks in our actual tires.The staff was definitely friendly very talkative very easy going and explained everything price points payment plans as well as different options cheaper options and gave us details on all of our questions! Greg was amazing he hooked us up with discounts he definitely went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best service and the best options I ended up changing all 4 tires getting for new rims and couldnt be happier and couldnt find a better cheaper service in town if I wanted to.Thanks guys!

I unfortunately had my car dropped off with two flats which sucked mostly because this happened right before my vacation. Not only was Mark very kind and extremely helpful but also informed me of a payment plan they do if I didn’t want to pay all at once.Huge thank you to Bryan the supervisor who went above and beyond with doing a little extra more to help ME save time and money. Angel is a wonderful sale person. Sold me 4 tires with an alignment for a wonderful price. He said it would take about an hour and a half and it took about an hour! Out of all the store I called he beat that price. Really cares about his customers. Thank you again angel!

I had gone to Town Fair tire in Bristol to get an alignment but they couldnt do the alignment because the both tie rods had to be repaired.I told them I work 7 days a week and didnt know when I could bring the car back to do the alignment. The gentleman said no problem and to bring it back when you can, I know who you are. Well things got hectic for me with my wife getting cancer and moving to another place that it took me some time to go get the repair done and come back for the alignment. I finally went back for the alignment and I spoke to a different associate. He told me he had to charge me for another alignment .I talked to Angel the manager and he said I only had 30 days to come back for the alignment. I asked him where it said 30 days and he said on the invoice .I asked him to show me on the invoice where it stated that and he wouldnt . He said to me if I didnt want to pay for another alignment that he had nothing left to discuss with me and walked away and purposely avoided me. To me it felt like he was telling me to pay or get out . It wasnt pleased at all how he treated the situation. I called customer service and they took care of the alignment service. Customer service told me that something like 30 or 90 days is the time you have to get the repair done.Well which is it 30 or 90 because no where, even on the website, does it say any time frame. All it states is that it the alignment will be done free of charge when you fix the repair. I see a lot of praise for Angel the manager but I was insulted .I think he was at fault how he handled his duties. This is not the first time I had issues with Town fair . I just let it slide, but this time I will never go back there without an apology from Angel.
