We had a plumber first come out to look at our drain but he could not find the outside connection and I was charged $150. I found the connection about five minutes later. I called them back and the second set of plumbers were able to snake out the clog within an hour and didnt charge me the service fee due to the mishap earlier. The plumber and his apprentice from the second set were very straightforward, efficient, and explained everything done every step of the way.

Amazing! We had a plumber come out to the house to fix a drain that has been giving us persistent clogging problems. They were fantastic. We had an emergency, and they came out around 9:30pm. They explained everything that went wrong as well as what was needed to happen to fix our pipes.

Unfortunately our sewer line connecting our house to the main sewer pipe clogged and water backed up into our basement laundry room. Roto was there in a couple of hours. The technician, Mohammed, was awesome! He was able to clear the clog and then ran a camera through the pipe....he thoroughly explained what was happening as the camera went through the pipe - Unfortunately the pipe had collapsed, causing water to gather instead of flow. They will be back in a few days to fix it. Very professional service and a fair price for what will be an entire day job. I would definitely recommend Roto Rooter!

The initial inspection occurred within 1-2 hours of our call to identify the extent of the damage and arrange for follow-up to precisely diagnose and repair the source of the leak. Got quoted at $510 to start the job (without a camera image) and clean my sewer line. I didnt even have a clog. Turns out my sewer line was clear after being inspected by densco plumbing. They explained the low level of water in the sewer line was normal and perfectly fine. Roto rooter told me the same water level was destined to be a clog backing up into my house. I had intermittent toilet clogs from what turns out to be kids using too much toilet paper we suspect. I paid $185 for a sewer line cleaning (minimal to no debree) Stick with a quality private plumber amd save your money!
