Highly recommend! I had extensive soot damage from a bad boiler. Every surface, wall, furniture had to be cleaned. The Bristol Servpro crew was great! I felt very comfortable having them in my home especially given how much of my things they had to handle. When they were done I could literally breathe easier knowing the soot residue was gone. Recommend 100% for sure!

SERVPRO Project Manager, Rodney Collins, appraised the work I need on the shed area of our garage. He was professional and personable and gave me what I felt was a fair price. The two guys (wish I could remember their names) that came over to do the work were on time, professional, completed the job on time and did a great job! I was very impressed with this company and would use them again and would highly recommend them!!

Recently had an disaster with water and a second floor bathroom....words cannot describe what the feeling of walking into your first floor kitchen and being rained on...I was very fortunate to get a fast response from Servpro and the Project Manager, Rock. I think his first job was calming me down! The process and steps were clearly articulated to me on day one and as the job progressed. The expectations were set and followed-up on. The work was done in a quick and efficient manner and the workers were extremely careful(and do these guys work!). Rock was extremely diligent and caring about our well being during all that happened..I cant say enough good things about him and Servpro.

I called because my mom had stage 4 cancer and needed help with a handicap ramp as she could barely walk and didnt know no where to turn . The Violante and Cote family stepped right up the next day and built it at no charge. What an amazing family run business. God bless Eric,Dan,Terry,Steve and so many more. My mom passed in February and she was so thankful for what servpro and nutmeg restoration did for her in her final days. I would highly reccomend this family owned business of 45 years to everyone. My family recently went through a horrific and traumatizing experience. Our home caught on fire, due to electrical issues. Everyone made it out safely but our home was a different story. We contacted Servpro of Bristol, right away their team was friendly and so anxious to get us the help we needed. They sent a project manager out that same day and got crews working on our home immediately. We would recommend their services to anyone! Professional, family oriented, and extremely knowledgeable! After our family suffered a house fire in January 2020, SERVPRO came to the rescue! Our project lead, Rodney (Rock) assisted us through the entire insurance and repair process. He returned all of my calls very timely (and I had a lot of questions) and he followed up on all of the next steps that he said he would. He connected me with each vendor SERVPRO uses, for each step in the process and he reassured me over and over that all was going to be okay.When the pandemic hit in March 2020, most of the progress on our home repairs slowed down. But I could always count on Rock to be honest with me, let me know how things had changed and shifted and once again, he kept us in the loop of the ongoing progress.We have now been back in our home since the end of June and Rock STILL calls to be sure that everything is going well.Thank you SERVPRO for the wonderful job that you all did, coordinating everything, taking care of us and bringing us back home.

My basement flooded this summer and Servpro came out right away. They walked me through the process and dried everything up even more quickly than I anticipated. The crew worked with my schedule and were very professional. I hope this never happens again, but if it does I know exactly who to call.

Servpro sent Rock Collins, a servpro project manager, to my house on the weekend to investigate a possible leak. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, he was honest and very helpful. His professionalism was incredible and I would recommend Servpro for any job.

I had a pipe burst in my home at the end of January of this year. SERVPRO came and took care of the water damage to the floors and I had another company fix the drywall issues. SERVPRO taped the drain tubes from the machines to my hardwood floors and ruined the varnish on them. They attempted to fix the varnish the first time after multiple months of trying to get them to fix the floors because the project manager didn’t want to fix them. I had to reach out to the project manager Jessica numerous times because she consistently tried to ignore the damage even though I reported the damage immediately and even mentioned concern to the technicians when they were here taping it down. After a few months when they finally fixed them they weren’t done correctly and they had to send another company to fix the floors. The floors got fixed on Monday. Today is Thursday and they reached out via text requesting the second half of payment and I responded immediately asking them to send me an invoice to submit final payment . The owner Eric showed up at my door demanding payment asking for a check on the spot. Meanwhile my wife is home and we have a preemie newborn and he was screaming in the background. She was trying to nurse him and had to stop because he decided to show up unannounced. They were very unprofessional and I did pay the final amount after letting them know how unprofessional and disrespectful they were. I will never use this company and highly do NOT recommend them. It took 7 months for them to finish fixing the damage that was not only from the pipe bursting but also from their lack of common sense. The owner of the company also used another company that he has partial ownership in to initially fix the floors to limit the cost which still had to be redone.

I called to have someone come give me an estimate for cleaning the basement of a house. I was told they would take my number and call me when they were less busy. That was a month ago. I guess they don’t need or want my business. Not a good way to do business or get customers. Not sure they even should 1 star since the woman I spoke with on the phone was unpleasant.

Not very consistent or thorough . I expected more from this very well advertised Company.Not at all satisfied, maybe business is doing so well the idea of actually doing an excellent job and adhering to customers concerns are not integrated.. or needed. Did not clean up well! If I have to call you because there are wet molded ceiling materials that need to be removed .. not a good look.. my and my family’s safety was not first on their list..Would not hire again...

Servpro came out to our Dental Office in October on a Saturday and did an OUTSTANDING job. Cleaned our ducts and vents without leaving any residue anywhere. Great customer service and affordable price! Our air quaility is noticeably better and our patients and staff are happy. I highly recommend this company to all my friends and family and also co-workers.

They told me my rug was wet. They werent there to check the rug, which wasnt wet for 3 weeks. They told me the wood floor was wet which was never wet. I sent them away.
