Tiffany was extremely helpful and informative this morning when we were reading in snd buying our phones. Even after she had just dealt with a very rude and obnoxious couple. I would definitely recommend anyone to go into see her for there new phone.

Clean showroom, wiped down work station before we sat. salesperson was very knowledgeable of samsung product line. we decided to not upgrade at this time and was not pressured in any way. we did change numbers with no problems except for one phone that has a voice-mail block that the salesman could remove. sucks that the company doesnt give their team these permissions to make these simple changes so now I will have to deal directly with their tech department. boo corporate At&t.

We stopped in to see if they had a iphone 11 for our daughter. And walked out with it and a great plan. Nate was very nice and knowledgeable. Great experience.

I was there for 2 hours and waited just for them to tell me to leave because they were closing. The manager was very rude and obnoxious and had no mask on.

Hi,I came into the AT&T store today for assistance with 3 work cell phones and my person phone. Patty took patience with me to assist me getting all my information off my phones to google photos. I was very concerned as I retired recently and have to give back my phones. My help desk at work was unable to assist me. My mom recently passed and I didn’t want to lose photos of her. Bad service, specially by Brandon that treats people with arrogance and bad attitude. Poor Customer service skills, he should find other job! Clueless regarding international phone calls and information.

If a 10 plus was the highest thats how I would rate this location. Chris was more attentive to my needs than I ever expected! Irv assisted Chris and even helped get my phone charged while I waited. I also observed other salesmen and they were all very courteous to the customers they were assisting. Lastly I would recommend this location to ANYONE who appreciates great service!

Myself, son and daughter in law were there about a month ago, very disgusted that we were greeted at The door by the asst manager which was not wearing his mask properly, we asked him kindly to fully put it on and he just laughed at us, not to mention there was 7 other employees sitting at one table with all their masks off,,so we went on with our purchase and there was a communication problem and the manager (Jeff) said that was the best he could do, then said what do you want from. Ge still did not have a mask on properly and now staind about a foot away, we asked him kindly to back up and where his masked,,he laughed at all of us,,,we will never be back this store or every recommend them ever.
