My son and I filed our taxes here in feb. Its now june we still havent recieved them. There not interested in helping us figure out whats wrong. Just keep saying you have to be patient. Called the irs today and now there saying its under review is who knows

What can i sayShe just didnt do the jobWhen i had issues with the IRS she didnt even return my call, I thought she knew what she was doing but mu thoughts where wrong, Call on a Friday and she answer and sad i took the day of call the office, I call the office and and she told me call on Monday there is no one here to help, Just like one guy said you most be better using turbo tax .

This year it was more of a drop off and we will call you event.Normally we sit with the preparer and go item by item.

Have known these people for years they are great and are very well at what they do. Mary Jo is the best I would recommend anyone to her

I have been going to another tax service for years, early this year dealing with my taxes. I had a bad experience with the place I normally went to for my taxes. Leaving this company, I then went to Mamas Tax Service. I was a walk in and I received the royal treatment, I was in and out. I only will be dealing with Mamas Tax Service, very professional and knowlegeable !
