Had an emergency lock repair on my work trailer today. I was completely blown away how they immediately came to the rescue and did the job. And a hard job at that. The Father/Son team of Brian and Todd and 2 other guys who were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. And we all shared a few laughs together as well! I was very glad that there was a locksmith in Bristol. Im from out of town and locked myself out of my car at the beginning of long lasting thunderstorm. It didnt stop them or delay them at all. With his shoes and socks off and standing in 6 inches of rain water he manged to get my door open. Thank you so much!

I needed a high security style lock for a shared cabin and Brian was very helpful in assisting me with making the right choose for my needs. Had to call back a few times and everyone I spoke to was very pleasant and helpful. I was able to purchase over the phone and my wife picked up next day. She called me said I had to leave the a review because they were great with the kids and she was able to get in and out. Stopped in to buy a new deadbolt and door knob and have them keyed for my existing Keys.Did an excellent job while I waited. Told me my key was a little worn and if I have any problems bring it back and he will fix it.Brought it home and tried my other keys and they all work perfectly.Very reasonable as well. Highly recommend.

This is a great locksmith. Ive been dealing with them for quite a few years, probably over 20yrs, back to when they were located on Rte 13 NB side. Theyre a family run business, with high standard work ethics, full of integrity, and very fair pricing. No hidden fees like some competitors have. I highly recommend this place for any key, lock, or safe work. They do automotive lock cylinders as well.

OUTSTANDING service My keys were stolen and I needed my car rekeyed and key fobs reprogramed . I had called three other locksmiths and no response Action was the only one to return my call. I recently purchased a safe which, when it arrived, wouldnt open. It was through the safe manufacturer that I was introduced to Ken Shue and Action Safe & Lock. I couldnt have asked for a more personable and experienced technician. The combination lock was faulty and required a new lock. The result is a smooth operating safe and a happy customer.

Staff is knowledgable, friendly, and Id recommend. Needed a new ignition key. Didnt have to go to a dealer!! There were so many safes in there! Going to go back when I need the ignition tumbler fixed.
