I was there to get a label printed for a package that was usps. The worker there said they could put the package in their mail bin and it would get picked up by the mailman in the morning. He said not to worry it will get picked up. It was priority mail so it gets scanned as it arrives at the post office. Sure enough 3 days later it never got scanned. Typically a package is scanned several times before it gets to its destination and it hasn’t been scanned once. I don’t believe it made its way to the post office. I’ll be sure to update. I am in touch w the post office and they are checking in it. Interesting though when I called about the missing package the lady on the phone said oh is this about the fishing pole? Seems like they are dealing with another missing package.
Cynthia will not look for your packages.She will sign for them, but not recall seeing them.I had wine delivered over an hour prior, she handed me the 1-800 number to call while I was standing there. Surprise surprise they confirmed it was in the store.I had to leave as she STILL didn’t try looking for it, had to escalate the issue up to a supervisor, and they finally found it in the back.Two weeks later the SAME thing happened to my husband, Cynthia was involved, and they said “well, packages are not filed away the same day we receive them” - the package had been sitting there for 4 days, signed by - Cynthia.This location needs a proper filing system for packages. Shelves A-G for example. Unknown names? Separate shelf. It’s not rocket science. Look harder Cynthia.
I paid $70 for 2 day shipping for my package to get lost for days before it even was scanned into the UPS system. Mind you, I brought the package to the UPS store so obviously they had it!! The general number for UPS was useless, they couldnt help me because they had no record of getting my package from the store. I called the store directly and the gentleman who works evenings was great!!! He took my calls, answered all my questions, and got my issue resolved. My package was delivered late so he got me a refund in full immediately. Im not impressed with the woman who took my package as she caused the issue, but the gentleman was amazing! Great customer service!!
Absolutely terrible. Package was lost back in December and I am still fighting to get my insurance payment which I paid for and it is now March. They also do not call you back so dont take their word. Very dissapointed
There is a young man who works at the UPS store in Bristol, CT. I want to give him major props. He provided the best customer service, went above and beyond to help me with both of the items I dropped off, and advised me on proper shipping methods for the 2 packages I had. He saved me a trip to Plainville. Highly recommend this location. Superior customer service and know what they are doing.
The staff that was working on 12/17/19 was incredibly rude and unprofessional. When looking up This location to call them back after being hung up on I noticed that it has terrible reviews. If you want to maintain a professional and profitable business you might want to consider new staff here or at the very least intensive retraining. I received a call from them regarding a misdirected package and instead of listening to me about the situation she decided to listen to fellow employee in the background and when I asked that she listen to me she hung up. Then I tried to call back and they did not answer the phone and when leaving a message they disconnected the call. Go to Farmington location - avoid this place!
This is to bring to the kind attention of the senior management of UPS, that I happened to visit the store a couple of days ago. Mr. Joe Ginnerty who works there happens to be very dedicated and professional employee. He stayed well beyond the working hours with me, made sure that everything was taken care of in a very professional manner.His dedication really impressed me. Besides the store closes at 7 PM. We left at 7 :35 PM that day. Not only that but he also dropped me home. He has a great work ethic and should be rewarded for his diligence & honesty.I look forward to doing business with him in the near future again.Job well done!!BestShiraz
Beware!!! Recently spent $125 for overnight service, SPECIFICALLY explained that it needed to be Saturday @10AM (hence the high price).Associate failed to specify “Saturday” delivery, therefore package defaulted to next business day status, which was Monday.We called —no one picked up the phone, we left a message and several weeks later no contact from the store.Usually decent service from this place but a major fall down on this one. Worst of all is the store management totally ignoring it.
Wow. These people, know exactly what they are doing and have great customer service attitudes. So friendly, informative and kind. Both employees were friendly, knowledgeable and kind. Joe, was quite helpful. He helped me with my package. Joe made sure, i understood the process, what he did and why. Just wish the owner of the complex, allowed more signage for this store. I have worked retail for over 9 years. This time of year, can be crazy. Especially when it comes to shipping items.
Customer service above and beyond!Today I had a package that was originally delivered to the wrong address and returned to the store by the person who had received it.... Hand delivered to me by Nancy... On her own time on her way home from work! Not only was she just a lovely woman and a joy to talk to.... But the package was medical supplies that I truly needed! This is unheard-of in todays world... Thank you Nancy and the UPS Store!
Being the second person in line with 3 employees in there... and only one assisting customers. Took me a half hour to get out of there, unreal. I’ve also come in twice in the morning when they were supposed to be open and waited an hour each time with no one to show so I finally left. Employees are mostly nice but service is awful.

Cashier (Joe?) was extremely nice and personable. He found a weak spot with how my package was taped and offered to fix it. He also gave me all the relevant information on when my package would arrive. Couldnt be happier with my experience, especially after getting the runaround at the nearby post office.

I had a variety of Pricing Options, and was IMPRESSED With How Quick The Documents Got There.. Would Definitely Recommend & Return...

Staff changed, good move. Fast drop off if you have played and printed online prior to drop off. Also can drop USPS payed parcels.

The young male clerk tonight was very friendly and courteous. However the signage is terrible- can not be seen at night. Woman in front of me was mentioning it to the owner on his way out, he just had an excuse about cost, not customer satisfaction.
Terrible! Wouldnt give me a plastic envelope for my return label and said I had to pay for a roll of tape. Doesnt make sense, so l walked out. Will ship from another store or work. Made me angry. Grrrr!
Ive gone in there twice recently and was in and out in less than 2 minutes. The kid thats working there now is an excellent employee. He deserves a raise.

Unfriendly girl working at the store, try to charge me just print it out the labels without telling me and other fees that’s not supposed to be paying for, and try to charge me 5 dollars for tape, so I just walking out right the way
Never had an issue at this location, use them for drop off/package preparation as well as ups pick up location- never a complaint / never a bad wait in store- both staff members are great!

Issue where the label they affixed must have come off (per UPS) and the franchise owners daughter doesnt take any responsibility because it was a prepaid label (ie. no revenue for her). UPS tells me I have to deal with the franchise directly.Ill be driving to Southington to ship packages even though the Bristol store is only 2 miles away. Horrible customer service at the Bristol franchise.
Left me on hold for 37 min. I finally hung up. Drove from wtby to bristol and was still on hold even with i84 traffic!

Amazing store quick and easy.
Tried to charge me for dropping off a package with a prepaid next day air label. I had to drive thirty minutes through the latest snowstorm to take it to another location.Edit: Tried again, they are still double charging customers for prepaid labels. Avoid this store at all costs!
