I wish I could give Mondovi dental a million stars! They fit me in at the last minute on one of the worst days of my life. Everyone in the office from the very friendly receptionists to the hygienists and Dr. Sheth bent over backwards to help me and relieve my pain. I was in really rough shape and everyone there was so nice and caring and extremely understanding and gentle. Dr. Sheth is very professional, knowledgeable, kind and willing to go the extra mile. I really can’t say enough good things about her and the staff there. If you are afraid to go to the dentist (or not) I highly recommend Mondovi and Dr. Sheth. You will be in good hands and you will be well taken care of.

The staff were extremely kind and attentive. It was a clean an organized environment. I am very pleased with how they took care of my 4year old and her first dental experience.

I have been here for 15 years and finally found a great dentist. Dr. Sheth is wonderful. We are moving this week and my tooth broke about 2 weeks ago. They fit me in for an appointment, gave me a temporary cap and ordered the permanent cap. Squeezed me in again to place the permanent cap before our move. I hope I am able to find such a dentist after I move. Thank you to Dr. Sheth and her wonderful staff!!!

Thank you for being clear and consistent with explanations, and negotiating next steps and options that make sense for me. I appreciated the screening form so that I dont have to be inundated with services that I am not interested in.

I am in the middle of my Invisalign treatment and am so happy with the progress so far. I wasnt even sure if my gap would close in my front teeth but it is almost there already! Dr. Sheth is a great dentist. She made sure the treatment was the right choice for me and went to great lengths to make sure the treatment will be successful. Everyone in the office is friendly and professional.

This is the first dentist I’ve ever gone too to where I felt extremely comfortable and actually looked forward to going too haha. The front desk staff are extremely friendly and welcoming to new comers and to those who have been there a few times. The dentist and the dental assistants are very professional, honest, have great personalities, and have a very good sense of humor. They’re also quick and efficient and I’m very satisfied with the results of their work. They do their best to make sure you are comfortable and prepped for the procedures at hand.For anyone looking for a new dentist to go to I highly recommend this place! :)

On a scale of 1-10, Id recommend this office at a 20!The staff at this office is the best of any medical office Ive ever been to. Marcy its fantastic and has trained the front end staff in her vein, which is friendly, understanding, kind. All foreign to most other provider offices, who treat their customers like nuisances.My hygienist is the also the best. I think her name is Heather... she has a 10mo old baby girl. She is friendly, kind, knowledgeable, helpful. I enjoy spending 45 minutes in her chair. Who can say that about a dental cleaning!Keep up the great work.

Great staff very pleasant. Had a bad experience at Dr. DENTAL and they made me feel comfortable and welcome. They were on time and explained what they were doing. They did a great cleaning and it didnt hurt. Love this place.

Not many places would accommodate for someone with seizures--everyone was helpful and perfect. Serinda at the front desk is a gem and an irreplaceable worker! These are people that care not only about your teeth, but you as a person. That is rare.

Great place for a dentist!! The hygienist I had was very good and very personable! Seems like things have changed since they merged with Mondovi dental but Dr. Latvis is still there so thats great! He makes you feel really comfortable! Would recommend this place to anyone!

Dr. B is not only a colleague of mine, he is also my provider. I shared with him several of my x-rays, and he gave me his professional opinion, most likely saving me from an unnecessary root canal. I value his expertise and lovely chairside demeanor!

I saw Dr Behazin for the first time last week and I had a great experience with him. He has a good sense of humor which made me feel very at ease and comfortable. He thoroughly explained the procedure and was very patient with my never ending questions! It is evident he cares about his patients and has a high standard for the quality of his work. I highly recommend Dr Behazin.

The BEST dental office I have ever been to!! Can I say that Marcy in the front desk is the most pleasant and kind person????The hygenist I saw, Merita, was AWESOME. I hate going to the dentist because I am afraid of the pain I feel when they clean my teeth but she was SOOO patient and kind. They definitely hire top notch staff!!!

Only good if you get Dr. Latvis. i have been going to Latvis for 20 years and I love it. However since the change over to Mondovi, I have noticed a decline. I do NOT like Dr Bahazin. He told me I needed fillings for my cavities. I have never had a cavity before so i asked if he could explain the process of getting a filling to me. He looked at me and smirked and said You come in, we say hi to you, you sit down, then I drill your teeth and fill it. I did NOT appreciate the condescending answer AT ALL. It made me feel belittled and stupid. I have since requested that I only get Dr Latvis when I go. Once he fully retires, I will be taking my business elsewhere. DO NOT book an appointment with Bahazin unless you like being talked down to.

In 1997, my previous dentist had suggested crowning a troublesome tooth that lost fillings. I had many teeth with multiple fillings- some with so many fillings that there was no longer enough tooth left to properly anchor them. A crown on the tooth could solve this problem.The dentist said I could crown my other teeth later, as each became a problem.While mulling over the crown idea, my insurance changed and that dentist was no longer in the network. A relative recommended Dr. Latvis.Dr John Latvis (Dr Chris’s father) noticed that I had ground down all my teeth (bruxism). He said if I crowned just one tooth, it would have to be made shorter than its ideal cosmetic length in order to match the height of my remaining ground-down teeth. Eventually, as my other teeth needed crowns, I would end up with a mouthful of short teeth and a scrunched-up looking face.As an alternative, Dr John suggested that if I did all my teeth at once, all the crowns could be made long enough to restore my proper facial height. That made sense to me.Why put up with the drill-and-fill if I had a better option.So during the summer of 1998, I opted for a full set of crowns. Dr John placed me in the able hands of his son, Dr Chris. With meticulous precision, Dr Chris crafted a set of crowns that have served me nearly flawlessly for 20 years and counting.Over those 20 years-- I lost ONE crowned molar. It had an old deep pocket that developed an abscess.- I had ONE cavity. It was in the one molar that didn’t need a crown.- TWO veneers on my front teeth fell off at different times (while I was eating soft food- honest!). Dr Chris re-did each of those veneers to wrap around the tooth for a better grip. They’ve been problem-free since.20 years of pain-free teeth. No more dreaded drilling. I can eat what I want. No more ouch from biting into sour apples, drinking hot coffee or eating cold ice cream.I do take care of my teeth now, which I obviously didn’t do as a kid. As soon as I had the crowns, Dr Chris made sure I had a tooth guard to wear at night- and I do wear it. I brush and floss every day. Twice a year, I’m in for a cleaning and checkup.I smile a lot now. I hope that your experience with Dr. Latvis and his staff will be as great as mine has been.

Mondovi Management,I always get my teeth cleaned by the Dental Hygenist named Shamaila. She is very pleasant and always does a great job. My last visit was not as pleasant for me. Not because of the Hygenist. Apparently, the new owner (Mondovi) is so concerned about collecting data that the patients are subjected to listening to noisy entries into the computer program that Hygenists are required to make to track each tooth being cleaned. I think the efficiency experts that are tracking down to each tooth being cleaned as well as the time consumed by the Hygenists to do their job have forgotten the most important part of this program ...........................,....THE CUSTOMER!!! You are making this very difficult for all involved. You have reasons to get your data, but it really impacts the good relationships that long term patients have with their Dentist, Hygenists and Office Staff. Keep it up and you wont have much data to collect .... You wont have many customers to data_mine from!!Mr. Brady
