The main problem I have is when I tried to report an issue with the car. Its like her response was straight out of a corporate manual didnt say Sorry by the book answer yes we do regular maintenance the car is brand new.I knew what the problem was. Ive had it before when you slam on the brakes in a car. It indents into the pad. An it takes 10 to 100 miles of normal breaking to correct the issue. But when I called. Her answer was as if it was impossible for brand new car to have a problem. Its a rental car very few people drive them like the super safe mom that drives under the speed limit.And I couldnt get the cruise control to work just a weird set up yet to hit two buttons to make it work finally figure it out after some research but no help with that guess I couldnt believe adjust kind of deal with it yourself and no way of car could have issues response that is unbelievable if I would have got on the highway with this car and didnt know about like a death wobble you get in the steering wheel when you indent into the brakes it could have caused an accident if someone didnt know what to do in order to relieve it too much driving around to do to bring the car back I knew the problem would solve itself but unbelievable that they refuse to acknowledge the issue I cant believe a company would be that Reckless that would have cost them not only impossible to lives of people but money as well because it wouldnt be the drivers fault that the car out of death wobble but it cant because its New Right unbelievable please make sure you do a test ride around the block in the car before leaving because of course a new car can of issues dont run from here go somewhere else
I was in a fender Bender and was given a rental vehicle from our local Enterprise. They met me personally with a car at the body shop, left the car running for me so it was nice and warm. We did a quick inspection, signed the forms and I was on my way in less then 10 minutes. When I was ready to pick up my vehicle, all I had to do was leave the vehicle at the body shop for an Enterprise employee to pick up.Friendly, gracious people and amazing service as always! I found the staff of Enterprise in Bristol to be excellent. Excellent in their efficiency, courtesy, and professionalism. The location was extremely busy at both pickup and drop off, yet I was greeted promptly and was able to get on my way quickly. The car was spotless and ran like a charm. Rented a minivan to schlep my daughter and her stuff back to school. The online reservation process was painless, I got a confirming call the day before, and the van was ready to go when I arrived. Drop-off was confirmed quickly and the EZ PASS charges are now rolling in with explanations. So - solid online system, great IRL folks, and clear communication. Cant ask for more than that!
They stole my handicap parking permit and wont give it back. They did the we never saw it routine. Thiefs!!

Renting a car during a time like this is scary to say the least . You don’t know who had it before you or if it was properly cleaned .. I rented from enterprise for 2 weeks and it was a great experience I got the car as clean as it possibly could be, the staff was understanding and helped me through everything. I highly recommend!

EXTREMELY upset..... After renting for years this has been the worst experience and i will never rent from Enterprise again! Every time i rent i am specific about getting coverage (damage waiver) on the rental as i do not have my own full coverage... Just in case you never know! All of my rentals 100% reflect this! So, i reserve at BRISTOL location and when i arrive they say your rental will be more expensive because all we have is a van. I made a reservation....how is this my fault??? Then i ask for a courtesy ride so i can get to work on time.... They say we cant pick you up until 2:30 pm. The new Britain location never had a problem with picking me up on time! Anyway i get to Bristol Enterprise ....im asked about insurance. I clearly and loudly say i want to make sure i cover the rental from damage as I always do! Now the dummy has a tablet in her hand .... Im sure she can easily review my previous rentals and verify the insurance i normally get! But know instead i feel she was. Racially profiling me and just decided what i could afford was the cheapest option!!! 😡😡😡 So when i return the rental i believe someone hit it on the right side when i was parked at work and i hadnt noticed! Can you imagine my pain when they said had choosen liability only .... And now im out a lot of money right before the holidays! DISGUSTING 100% and I will make sure everyone i know knows about this location .... They could never compare to the professionalism i experienced at New BRITAIN location! EVER!!!

Very nice New vehicle. Fast service, a little to much that you dont get alot of information about the rental,but if your happy with that not a deal breaker. Be Sure to have acceptable payment ie...debit cards can be a problem.
I went to Bristol Ct store( first time in this store), customer services good 👍 except in my experience, have to return the vehicle at certain time ...i stay longer ok,What I dont see necessary was charge me for the extra days when I have a deposit that can cover the extra days, now I have to wait till the bank (actually the bank got nothing to do with the merchant holding money)let the money go because you superwoman brain wasnt thinking...But beside that everything good 👍 as always, being with this company for too many years.07/13/20 till this day enterprise keep my extra $324 in hold .A week later, completely ridiculous
If I explain the headache that these people made me go through I would write an essay but to make the story short on my first time with the this enterprise service I had the most horrible experience with them. communication between workers is horrible and communication between workers and customers is terrible. the girl who took care of me has a horrible attitude and careless about good customer service, just because I was in a desperate situation I had to take the vehicle and anyway I was late for work because of the long wait they made me wait. The vehicle was dirty and smelled terrible from the inside. I dont know what other words beside terrible or horrible describe my bad experience with them.

Renting the car was fine, we left eye glasses in the car and piss poor service trying to get them back. I left a message hours after we dropped the car off and realized it. I’ve had to call them constantly for a week for them do anyhing about it. Horrible customer service. My fiancé hasn’t been able to see for a week now. They could care less about your personal belongings.
I dont have a car.I use a local bus to get to local medical appointments and local stores which do not deliver.I rent a vehicle once a month from Enterprise Rental i Bristol, CT to get to medical appointments at UConn Medical Center in Farmington, CT.During the 24 hr rental I get to run my simple, short errands.The pricing per day is cost effective to me. I make sure that I get the available insurance choices.The pick-up and drop-off service is excellent.The vehicles are extra clean!I swear by this company over all others.

I get it, its a pandemic, but if you accept and confirm a reservation for 12 noon, warn the customer that the place will be a ghost town at 1159, and when the customer sets a new reservation, and you confirm it for Newington, maybe you could let the customer know that branch has been closed. All my previous experience with Enterprise (especially Middletown CT) have been ppsitive. Chalk it up to the Covid....
I have been using Enterprise for well over 15 years, and have always had a good experience, but I have a GREAT experience at the Bristol location. Brett was very knowledgeable, and helpful. My vacation was more enjoyable because of the service he provided to me.

We rent an SUV that fits 7 passengers to go to NYC for Saint Patrick Parade. The service was awesome. We were very impressed with the fact that we only used a lit more that half tank on gas round trip. Definitely we are using enterprise again. Thank you

I was in a collision and given an allowance from insurance of 25$/day. They reserved a vehicle for me from the local enterprise. - Bristol CT branch.The car I received was a blue nissan sentra. After driving the vehicle it was evident that smokers drove it. It had an unbearable burned tobacco odor. The odor was so strong and pungent that my co-workers caught the lingering scent that had transferred to my clothes.When making a contractual agreement typically all terms and fees are discussed and disclosed so that there are no surprises. While signing for the rental I was told the car would be 27$/day total. Upon returning the car I was slapped with additional fees and taxes and my rental ended up significantly more expensive. 33$/day.Due to the lack of courtesy and respect regarding my personal experience I will not do business with this office in the future.

I rented a one way car. It was quick and easy, however, the agent did not really take the time to explain things to me. He appeared rushed and disinterested the entire encounter. He asked me to sign some things on his tablet without explaining any of it to me.Otherwise, the process was smooth and I left with a clean, reliable car.

The car I got for my trip was just about out of gas and none of the outlets worked. Driving 12 hours without being able to charge a phone was not fun. Overall I was not particularly happy.Staff was polite.

This location was very accommodating with our last minute change (2×) in car size. Very friendly staff, vehicle was clean and perfect for our trip. Check in and return was quick and easy. If we are in need of another rental, Enterprise will be our first pick.

To begin with, the vehicle and options I reserved online was not available. They did knock off the gas return level to compensate. The Kia Sorento I was given was not what I expected. I requested another similar vehicle but was told nothing available. Although the Sorento was good size wise it was not ride wise. It drove okay but ride wise, sucked. The MOST uncomfortable vehicle I have ever driven and I drive a truck every day. In the future if I rent a vehicle from you again, I will request or demand a specific vehicle and if not available, will rent somewhere else. The rental price was responsible though.
I used a rental from you guys for a month and when I got it, it was immaculate and ran beautifully. The customer service at this location is also excellent. No complaints here.

The Enterprise staff was very helpful and compassionate as I needed a rental car due to an accident I was recently in. One service I really appreciate is that they pick you up and given my circumstances, was really appreciated.
I usually love Enterprise and have rented from them often. My step dad also worked for them as a runner before. The Bristol location were not friendly and very rude to my mother when she called inquiring information. I found the people working there not welcoming and I felt as if we were “bothering” them since we were there 15 mins from closing, I HAD a Reservation and a time I would be there.Thankfully I could return the car to any other enterprise, I chose the super nice wonderful people at the New Britian office.If needed rent from another enterprise location and skip the displeasure and rudeness of Bristol.

I have rented from enterprise my entire life ! Today is also the second time in a week I purchased a rental through them. But let me tell you today will be my LAST!I was supposed to pick up my rental car at 7:30am this morning. I arrive at 7:25am. My car got gassed up at 7:50 am ! And now I am on my way to nyc for my one week follow up after surgery . my appointment is at 10 am and I will be about 40 minutes late due to the Bristol Enterprise! Waited 35 minutes for a car to get gassed up. I’m a managaer and I would never allow service like that at my office. I would be mortified and ashamed of my office. Shame shame shame. Don’t have important ( health related) plans and rent from here!! Customers come second here!!

Staff was great.However, I received a rental that had a leaking trunk the day of a thunderstorm. I had my camera and equipment in the trunk and all of it is destroyed. This car should not be given to anyone. I am beyond disappointed. I am supposed to be renting a car for a trip in denver and I am absolutely cancelling that rental with enterprise.

I have never been insulted like that in my life ...absolutely horrible service. The rep called me disgusting ...and hung up on me. When I asked to speak to a manager the rep said that he doesnt want to speak with me ...and he is on vacation anyhow. Will never go there again.

I always go to the Bristol, but after my last visit never again, I pick a car with a 1/4 tank full, but in the paper said 1/2 full, when I ask the guy in the front desk about that, he said....good, you should give me gas, not mention the fact that I left my sunglasses and he also said he would taken if I didnt came back, what a horrible service, never again. The staff is not polite and is unpleasant.

I return the car on Saturday after hours show Monday an associate called me to explain the charges it was more then what I priced it online I explained to the associate that that wasnt correct he said he would check it out and call me back later three has passed by I called back to inquire and associate looked at the bill and quoted me a price lower than earlier but higher than the one I booked online I explained to him that the price was incorrect, he said that according to the computer I had booked insurance coverage I said I was incorrect, I said I had my receipt and I will bring it into him I asked him does he have a copy of my receipt he put me on hold and checked, he found my receipt and he saw that I was right and finally build me the correct price I just thought that the staff was unprofessional and he shouldve had the information in front of them and not have to put me through this grievance.
