Bill is an old school, honest business man. I called with questions about a car that broke down on me, and immediately I could hear I was speaking with a professional. Later that day, the car fired back up and was zipping around town just fine. He still took the time to run a diagnostic test and check under my hood. After no codes were found and nothing visually appeared wrong, I left without owing Bill a penny. This kind of garage is near impossible to find.
