Crowley Auto Body did an incredible job repairing my 2016 Ford F-150 Platinum. I always go into getting this type of work done with such concern for the quality of the outcome, but I feel their team treated my truck like it was their own. They didn’t cut any corners, which is so easy to see in the quality! Easy to communicate with, worked great directly with insurance and kept me informed throughout the process. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.
Team at Crowley was able to assist us on a Friday afternoon, no appointment needed. We spent several hours and test drove more than one car but never felt rushed to their closing time or rushed to make a decision. The team was helpful in searching inventory on site, at surrounding areas and in the Jeep system to build to spec. They also helped us think through financing versus leasing with no pressure either way. We decided to move forward same day and the car was ready for us the next morning. A different person handled their specialty - showing, sales options, closing/registration, and feature familiarization. That method makes sense for them and was a warm transfer which worked fine for us. They are very concerned about customer satisfaction and have checked in multiple times since leaving with the car. I highly recommend going there for your Jeep.
SERVICE - Went in for a routine recall, oil change and tire rotation. Several days later and a few hours from home, I found a broken lug nut and all the lugs on both rear tires loose. Hand loose on the broken lug side. On the broken lug side the loose lug nuts are understandable, but not on the other which leads me to believe they were not properly tightened during the rotation.CUSTOMER SERVICE - While I was expecting an issue, this is what they did absolutely right!!! 5 Stars. When I returned from our trip I made a call first thing on Monday and within an hour they came and picked up the car and left me with a loaner. They asked only a couple questions and were very pleasant and understanding (Service Manager Mark A.), and no accusations or uncomfortable questions.While the situation should not have occurred in the first place, their response was excellent. 3 Stars is based on an average of 1 for service and 5 for customer service. With that said, I will still take my vehicle there again if and when service is needed.

I searched every local dealer for a specific Ram pick up and found one at Crowley. After a brief phone call, our salesman John walked me Thru the process and even gave me some rough numbers to value my trade. I made an appointment to test drive the truck and meet the staff. They handled everything very professionally and explained the details of the deal and the truck even staying after they closed to work they my trade in paperwork. I did buy the truck and love it. I usually have a fine experience with Crowley. Bought my Wrangler here and within a year and a half it needed to be towed in to be serviced due to a faulty battery. Thankfully, it was still under warranty and they fixed it free of charge. However, I’d expected them to be careful with my car that I paid a great deal of money for and take much pride in. It was very obvious that whoever was working on my car put their tools on my car while they were working on it and scratched it. It’s a car, not a table. I just wish they’d treated it as such.

This is where I bought my 2021 gladiator. Just brought in for my first service. Wasn’t just an oil change. They did the factory recall, did my vin window etch, which was missed at original pickup, and one of my doors didn’t close the same as the others.Made the appointment online, got e-mails and confirmed by phone the day before.Was there for like an hours and a half, everything taken care of.Great service center, only wish they were closer to my house but hey, I’ll drive for service for that.

I have no complaints with Crowley. We have purchased 3 vehicles from them. The 5 stars are for Crowley Jeep and all the people there. Now for the Chrysler Jeep I would give them a negative 10, this is why. We purchased a 2021 Jeep Gladiator 3 months ago. We have 3,500 miles on it. I was washing it in the driveway and noticed there was paint chipping off the corner of the roof. I called Mike at Crowley and he had me bring it in. He looked at it and took pictures to send to Chrysler for them to warranty it. Now mind you this is a $57,000 dollar Jeep. Chrysler denied it giving some Bullcrap reason .To sum it up, Crowley is a great dealership but Chrysler sucks.

So been watching a car on the website for a few weeks. It’s even on the Dodge.com website as on the dealers lot.Well I was told sorry, the owner of the dealership drives that car and it’s not here. I explained ok not the one I want, asked what is the lead time if I order a challenger? Told that he doubted that he could even place an order. As he only had 40 total cars on the lot for sale.Completely confirmed in my mind that this was not the dealership for me.Dodge has to fix its supply chain.Sorry but you just lost a customer and once again made me question why would I want to purchase a brand with such a weak dealership network.

I was shopping for a used Jeep Grand Cherokee and after thorough research, I decided to go with Crowley Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Bristol, CT.The staff was very attentive and professional. The facility was clean and followed covid protocol. I was greeted by the Sales Manager Jon and he seemed genuinely happy to meet me and was very polite. Then I was introduced to Gene who did some preliminary paperwork for the purpose of test driving. He also went over some of the key features of the vehicle and was also genuinely friendly and was quite passionate about his role. I decided to purchase my test drive vehicle and the process was pretty standard. I did need a service for the car after having it for two days and I can honestly say that the service department did not disappoint. Howard, the used car sales manager, was very involved in getting me in and taking care of the issue. He followed up with a phone call two days later to confirm that I was pleased with the service and repair quality. This dealership has a team that works together. I have had experience with dealerships that will have different departments blaming each other and not taking responsibility for the issue at hand, but this is not one of them.I will continue to have all my service needs performed at this dealership and will greatly consider them as my first choice when deciding on another purchase, as well as recommend them to all my associates. They definitely live up to their reputation.

I went in for an oil change, found out there was another problem with the car. They even offered to fix it. they were nice and courteous to me as well, smiles were nice too!!!
I love the car! I feel like the purchase process was very smooth. They got me in earlier for my appointment which I really appreciate. The cons was I felt like the car wasn’t cleaned to my liking. I found hair of the previous owner in several places. With Covid I just expected more in the car cleaning process. I also thought they waxed the car and was told they don’t do that anymore. The last thing was that my oil change light came on 2 days after purchase, I called and was told it was done, but I have no record of that. Now I have to figure out how to rest it and that should have been done before pick up.I live an hour and 15 minutes away so going back to dealer is not an option.
Amazing experience. After a little back and forth, Crowley grabbed the reigns and handled my issue thoroughly. I needed to get a new set of keys (w new key cylinders - totally different set) which proved to be more difficult than my patience could handle. Mike, the service manager at Crowley, handled things thoroughly and kept me updated on everything going on. Even provided a loaner when he needed to order a part at the last minute. Highly recommend.

Service was excellent. Caroline Morales was a pleasure to work with. My only complaint is the fact that the website says no appointment necessary for an oil change, but when I arrived i was original told that I needed an appointment. Caroline was very patient with me as I was getting a little upset after driving almost 45 minutes to get to your service center. She was able to move things around and was then able to service my vehicle. The website should definitely be updated, especially the service appointment section. This is the second time i have had an issue with getting an oil change without an appointment.
Will never return. I went in for an oil change. They recommended rotating my tires. After BREAKING my wheel lock tool, they instructed me to go to advance auto parts and buy a new one without all the lugs on my wheels properly tightened. After spending $50 there to get new wheel locks, I returned only to have them tell me they meant a different wheel lock kit and now couldnt get the locks off two of my tires and there was nothing else they could do. So on top of buying new wheels locks they had opened so I couldnt return, I had to pay them, and now am spending HUNDREDS of dollars at a mechanic. Why? Because it now pulls aggressively to the right as well as lurches to the right when breaking or slowing down at all. This is the most unacceptable work Ive ever seen. Id give them zero stars if I could. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY WILL BREAK YOUR VIECHLE AND BILL YOU FOR IT.

This service dealer is sooo busy. They always go above and beyond for my service needs. Last time I had a problem with my lighter. They fixed no charge. This time I had a recall on mytransmission. They fixed. My Jeep runs so smooth. They also let me sit in the sales chair area while waiting for my Jeep. The service area was full of people. I will continue to take my Jeep there due to the outstanding service

My daughter leased a 2021 Jeep Compass 5 months ago, had the transmission replaced, new radio because navigation system was freezing . After replacing the transmission the same problem is back. I need Ken Crowley because he wants to know. Our whole family isnt happy.

Went to see a truck on June 19th price was 500 more than than previous day online now 4 days later truck was marked up another 1500 and was told that was the market rate pay it because we wont honor last weeks price.... Buyer beware of switching prices and not honoring there lowest price definitely not customer friendly to do so
If I could give zero stars I would. First of all, I have had numerous issues with the service department here. I have left service appointments with my car making noises it had not been making prior to the appointment. This service department has also accidentally kept my wheel locks numerous times, and one time I was far from home and needed a tire changed but got stuck because Crowley had kept my wheel locks – for the second time. Another time I went for a routine service appointment, and the wiper inspection was “green”, which means my wipers were in perfect condition. Well, one of my wipers was very obviously ripped into two, but I had forgotten to mention that I needed new wipers at the beginning of the appointment. Goes to show they never did the inspection in the first place. Just seems like they check off all the boxes to get the car in and out of their garage.But my most recent experience was the final straw. I currently live out of state and make sure to schedule my service appointments around when I know I will be home because I have never had my car serviced anywhere but Crowley – which now I regret. I was home for the weekend and scheduled an oil change/tire rotation, and at this appointment (as they typically do), they are supposed to do a general inspection to make sure fluid levels, brakes, etc are all within normal limits. I had my oil changed and tires rotated, everything looked good during the inspection. I got in my car and went home. On my way back to my house, I noticed a scratching/grinding noise that sounded like it was coming from my rear wheels. I am not a mechanic, nor do I know much about cars, but I know when something doesn’t sound right. When I got home and looked at my car, there was a massive piece of metal hanging to the ground in between my two rear tires. According to those who know a bit more about cars than I do, this was the heat shield. The heat shield had been hanging on the ground for hundreds of miles, most likely sending up sparks that could have easily lit my engine or anything around me on fire as well. This was potentially life threatening and not to be taken lightly.I called Crowley to notify them of what I discovered and Michael called me back the very next day. Although I appreciated his prompt response, I did not appreciate how I was spoken to over the phone. I was very upset over the dangerous position I was put in due to the negligence of his employees, and I expressed this to him. His response was “I think you’re trying to place blame here and I don’t know what I can do for you.” He said “you don’t even know what you’re talking about,” and was extremely condescending, raising his voice at me. I had explained that I felt the loose heat shield had something to do with either a) my service appointment and them not tightening it back up after it was removed, or b) the negligence of those in his service department who inspected my car. How could you not notice a loose heat shield, if that truly was the case from the very beginning?Michael told me that his employees “don’t have time to do that thorough of an inspection”. If that really is the case, then why would I want to bring my car to be serviced somewhere where the mechanics don’t even notice a loose heat shield that was hanging on the ground? Shouldn’t it be obvious if it truly was hanging that low to begin with? He insisted it was just a coincidence that my heat shield loosened up immediately after my service appointment, but the coincidence means his employees were THAT negligent to even notice it was loose to begin with.Needless to say, Michael was of absolutely NO help and offered zero assistance with the matter, yelling at me to send him a picture. He insisted he had video proof showing they never removed the heat shield and said he would send this video, but I am still waiting to receive it (not that it matters much at this point). I will never be returning back to this service department and will never deal with a Crowley dealership EVER again. Do yourself a favor and do the same.

Had a small issue with intermittent brake grinding. Called and was given an appointment with in 3 days due to scheduling. Once there instead of bringing me home and coming back to get me. There were very quick and said that I had some oxidized rust build up and they resolved that issue. Also said brakes were still practically brand new. Was in and out within 35 minutes.
Ted made everything seamless and James did a wonderful job of preparing the truck for delivery. Immediately set up appointment to get one item that needed service done. Kate Crowley was amazingly fast with all of the paperwork. Well worth the hour drive from Norwich CT to purchase my 2017 Ram truck! Was below market value which made the decision to buy extremely easy. Would highly recommend for next vehicle purchase!!

We drove from New Hampshire to see a used ram Laramie that I saw on car gurus I had an appointment with Donnie. When we arrived Donnie was busy with other customers so we were shown the vehicle by another gentleman. We inspected the vehicle thoroughly and took it for a test drive and were very impressed. When we return Donnie was still not available so we were seated at a table in as to wait for him. We sat there for over half an hour with no help. Finally we were frustrated left our number and headed back to New Hampshire. Donnie never called us back. I had to call him on Monday and finally was able to get in touch. We went over the vehicle, negotiated back-and-forth a bit and came to agreement on price on Wednesday. I asked for a purchase and sales agreement.. On Thursday we were trying to work through a few details as far as getting the vehicle registered in Hampshire. On Friday I called to see about the purchase and sales agreement and got no response. Just that he was still trying to work out the details of registering the vehicle and finalizing the paperwork . On Saturday I received a text saying the vehicle had been sold to someone else. It is apparent to me that when the dealer found out that I have my own financing and was not trading a vehicle they had no interest in selling the vehicle to me. They would have definitely made more money off of someone else. I called the general manager and left a message to voice my displeasure and asked him to return my call before I wrote a review on Google. I am not surprised that he never bothered to return my call. If good customer service is what you want I would suggest shopping elsewhere.

Overall I felt like I was given excuse after excuse with the sales rep. While they honored the price of the car, that apparently was listed on-line as a mistake, I felt every other aspect of the experience was a disappointment. Will not be going back Crowley.

We have purchased 2 vehicles in the past at Crowley, since then the dealership has gone downhill. Came in several times and staff was rude and not helpful. Wanted to purchase a 2021 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and they basically ignored us. I guess they didnt need our business. I ended up purchasing the vehicle from Papss Jeep and they were wonderful. I had to contact Crowley about canceling the extended warranty on our trade that we purchased from Crowley and left several messages and no one ever got back to us. Finally was able to speak to a sales manager and again was rude, I was frustrated and raised my voice and he hung up on me. I was finally able to get the info needed to cancel the warranty. Oh and Ken Crowley really doesnt want to know about it when your not happy, hes impossible to get in contact with.

The purchase of my vehicle couldn’t have gone any smoother or faster. Picked my vehicle online, immediately received email confirming it, called them to discuss further, put down deposit, went to dealership & picked it up! All were very knowledgeable, friendly & made sure I was happy with the vehicle from the sales rep to the business manager to Nick who showed me everything about the the interior workings of the vehicle. I couldn’t be happier!!

My vehicle has a very unique and difficult color paint to match. Crowley Autobody has repaired and repainted this car several times, each time the car came back better than I imagined. Perfect paint match and body panel alignment. Top Notch!!! I will never go somewhere else, they are the best.
After purchasing my Jeep Renegade from Crowley three years ago, I have returned there for service appointments. I love this place! Those who work there are friendly, helpful and efficient in performing the required service on my car. In this pandemic era, all COVID requirements are met. I felt safe as I waited for my vehicle. This is my go-to car dealer!
I called and set up an appointment for a recall test for my oil (received a letter from Jeep). Well on the phone I mention I needed an oil change too. Lady tells me that when doing the test that would be determined then. So I going with what the lady in the service department is telling me. I show up for my appointment and everything is fine until I meet the service advisor (he has a miserable / I hate my job look). Howie asks if I needed anything else well Im here, I say yes just to check. I need an oil change and was told it depends on the oil test for the warranty recall. Glad I asked because the lady was WRONG. The oil change had nothing to do with the test, so I would have had to come back. If I didnt mention it due to their services departments ladys info was WRONG. Howie replies with so you need an oil change. Yes, sir I do. Still unsure at this point even what exactly this test is, does etcetera. I get a text my car is ready, I can come pick it and pay now. I pay online, assuming when I get to the shop someone will go over everything. Well I was wrong. They left the new guy with no answers just paperwork. Once he gets help to verify I have paid, I ask questions about my car and he is unsure. So he pages Howie. He has that miserable look on and bothered that he was paged. I ask him so what happened, like what are the next steps? He looks at me like I should know the answer to all these questions and he seems very bothered that I have to talk to him. I get bring your car back at XXXX amount of miles and it depends from there. So then I ask where my car was and that was such a back breaking thing for him to do ( like im suppose to know where THEY parked my car. I do not work there or for cars. I felt very uncomfortable and did not like how this service went. I do not recommend this service department. The only reason they even get a 2 is because they did provide a ride and Steve was the only nice person / smiling face.

Terrible - good example of getting too large with so many calls and various staff including an answering service during normal operations no one can keep track of simple service requests. Too many times they drop the ball - you’re better off finding a smaller place that can give authentic customer care & service. I’m moving on.
Looking for a new vehicle.. Sent a bunch of requests to various dealers with a simple question - what is MY price out the door?Andy {Anwar Khan} from Crowley was the only one who responded with the information I wanted - and responded in a timely manner...A few hours later I went down to test drive a vehicle - not quite right - Ken {Sales associate} thought of another [similar] vehicle (V-6, w/ a few more options).Test drove the second vehicle - sat down with Andy on pricing - came to terms...Picked up the NEXT DAY - and I had them install a factory hitch receiver - all done efficiently and cost effectively.Great transaction.I am hoping I get the same response from the service department when I head in for an oil change in 7,500 miles.Thanks Andy and Ken!
Good experience. Got my dream Jeep.Update: dropping this down to a two star. Not even 6 mths, 3500 miles on it, there is an oil leak. When I had it looked at I was told it was the rear main seal. Then they called me to tell me it was ready and that it was only the oil cooler and there was a service bulletin that they received to replace a ring on these. I was assured it was corrected. I drove my Jeep a day after getting it back and there was still an oil leak. I was told, not the first time someone from there told me this “ maybe it’s remnants “ that’s unacceptable even if it was. But clearly it’s not seeing they picked my Jeep up Sat and I haven’t heard from them yet.I have it a two because they have driven the rental out to me and picked my broken Jeep up. But I’m not happy and still without my very expensive Jeep. Still not happy. I bought a Grand Cherokee Overland and after I complained about the Cherokee rental, they gave me a Loredo. Better but not close to mine.
