Britney is awesome. She is thorough with her knowledge. Friendliness and customer service are her specialties. She was very patient with me. I havent done this in over 20 years. I would recommend her to all my friends and family.
I have lived here 1 year already and was happy to resign the lease. This is a great family neighborhood close by a few parks. Affordable housing. And with a great team (especially Trent and the maintenance team) highly recommended
My heaters motor went out so I submitted a maintenance ticket and he was right on it that same day. He had to go through a lot because if the position of the heater but he got it done. He was very polite and friendly.
The staff here at Riverwalk apartments are wonderful. The area is quiet. The apartments are in very good condition. I am very glad to have found Riverwalk Apartments over 3 years ago, and I am still here and liking it very much.
The people in the office are kind and resolved an outstanding issue in a timely manner. The complex is super quiet and feels like a good place to be! I’m glad I found this place!
Had an appointment to look at a unit that their website said was available. Stopped in the day before to talk to them and found out nothing was open. No phone cal or anything, all they told me was nothing looked like it would be open anytime soon. No Im scrambling.
It’s a Great Place to Live n the Scenic View of the Lake to the R of me is Beautiful. It’s Contemporary n Unique in its own way. Has a couple walkways for exercise, biking or walking animals. The Patios are Super Cool. Very Nice Apartments. 👍🏼
The condition of the parking lot outside of building C is unsafe. Many elderly people live in this apartment, who have already fallen, my mom being one of them. I can not believe management would allow such unsafe conditions. The sad part is that is hasn’t snowed in a week, so these conditions have been like this for awhile. You can easily put some salt down and it will melt on its own. I am even willing to help purchase the salt if needed. I have many pictures if you need them!
As a former resident I moved in in august 2018 hoping that this place was a good place for me to live after my divorce. but it was not latter that summer the apt was flooded,,, the following year my water heater went out, it took them 4 days to replaced it . When I moved out august of 2020 I asked for my rental DEPOSIT and today 12/23/202 have not received it yet

Never answers phones, takes months to respond to work orders, new management Is very helpful until a few weeks in then shady and garbage with all the new rules. We rent the apartment along with the PATIO which we should be able to do with as we please. Take care of your occupants before demanding bs. FINALLY started making the place look good OUTSIDE let’s begin helping everyone INSIDE? SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO ENTER SOMEONES APARTMENT WHENEVER YOU FEEL IS NECESSARY!
Reasonable rent and alot of square foot for what you pay but alot of car theft due to dark parking lot at night. I would recommend it you just need to watch your car

I love living here, it’s so peaceful and I have a beautiful view of the lake. The people in the office are so friendly and have helped out a lot since I moved in. Neighbors are friendly and it’s just a great community to live in, I am very comfortable here.
It was rough when I moved in 2 years ago. The management didn’t change carpet and it smelled like cat pee. I had to fight to get it changed and they only did 2 rooms so one still has a slight smell (after $400 worth of carpet cleaning). The old manager didn’t care and I had to call corporate 13 times in 2 months and never even got a call back so don’t waste your time with that if it ever happens.I love this community. The manager is so nice and the grounds are taken care of. They changed landscapers and there was a lapse but when I talked to manager (for an unrelated reason) she was very apologetic even though I didn’t mention it at all. You can tell she really cares and takes pride in her job. Maintenance is really awesome as well. The 2 bedroom is just our size and the 2nd bathroom is pretty big. It’s an apartment so there are people that are scumbags. You should know that when moving into anywhere. There isn’t a dog poop problem near my building so that’s nice.They just have a little room for improvement.The pool closes at 5 which is very unfortunate.The traffic circle could use a speed bump because people speed and go the wrong way.The building entrances can use security cams but they are doing better at security upgrades as it is.This is a nice place. Mind your business, lock your car and enjoy the quiet neighborhood.
I’m very upset! My apartment had the same leak twice in less than a year in my bathroom. The first time the leak was fixed with some flex tape, which in reality I consider to be just a bandaid, not an actual fix. It took maintenance more than two weeks to fix the leak and the hole they created to “fix” the leak. I understand that maintenance only has one person available for such large property and because there’s not enough people it took way longer than it needed to and in my opinion I think thats ridiculous. Less that a year later the same leak reappeared, and once again it was “fixed” with some more flex tape; only to discover the leak continued, I had to place a complaint that I didn’t not want the leak to be fixed with tape, and that I wanted this to be fixed properly. Once again because there is not enough maintenance personnel, I was unable to use my bathroom space for nearly 24 days. As a paying renter, all I received was”sorry this” and “sorry that” and it still took a very long time because once again one maintenance person is not enough!!! I was not even offered a credit of some sort even though I have paid my rent every month on time for the past 4+ years.
I am moving out in 3 days and I have been trying to contact them to figure out what to do when leaving. I have tried emailing, calling, sending letters under the door and no one will call me or answer their phones. When I left a letter they claimed they never got the letter. Very very frustrating. I understand with the virus going on and things are different but this is unacceptable.
My boyfriend and I were inquiring about a apartment there and we spoke to a man named Trent and set up a appointment. We show up super excited to see the apartment, knock and we get no response. We decided to wait and keep knocking since we did have an appointment and a woman by the name of Rachel came out screaming “What do you want?!” “We’re in a meeting.” Flat out rude, aggressive and unprofessional towards us WHEN WE HAD AN APPOINTMENT. That just showed me how unprofessional and unorganized the staff is and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I dont know anyone else, but I lived here for more than 5 years (its 2015 now) and its been a good experience. Relatively quiet. Well maintained. Ive never been broken in to. Reasonable rent. Seems like the staff is always changing but, again, Ive had no problems. Its not a luxury hotel, but its a solid place.
Its been okay so far, my apt was not very clean upon move in, so I was not very happy. My apt was not what I saw on the internet. I told them about carpets, and nothing was done.
Grass hasnt been mowed in 2 weeks, they close the pool at 5 PM. Office and pool are supposed to open at 10 am, here it is 10:30 & neither are open.Here it is July 13th 2019, 95 degrees outside and the pools closed because they didnt want to come open it. Wife has been to the office numerous times doesno good.Since they have changed management it is much better. I think they are short staffed for all the work they have to do.
We have been living here for several months, waiting for our new house to be built. Riverwalk is a nice, quiet place. The office staff is friendly and helpful, maintenance people are quickly available. I have no complaints whatsoever.
Management went out of their way to refund my money order deposit. Most places would have told me to kick rocks since the documentation warns that deposits will be lost if more than one applicant has applied for a property.I received my refund in the mail which was a relief to me. I appreciate their helpfulness.

Lived here a little over 3 years never had anything bad to say about this place until new Management. Our sons vehicle was towed & weve been paying for our carport Supposedly we were given notice mutiple times. The sad thing about it is theres quite a few of us tenants who went through this & keep in mind were ALL PAYING FOR OUR PARKING SPOTS, were not just parking there without paying our monthly dues. Now we had to pay our towing fees, totally ridiculous.

The washroom washers smell like mold and maybe post something that says put your trash in the trash can not on the floor please keep our laundry room clean.
Invasive! They are constantly forewarning for inspections and then let themselves into the apartment even when the door is locked. And even though its a space we rent, we arent allowed to use the patio for grilling or charge you for having a bike there. Bikes have been stolen and cars broken into and they dont care. Im not one to leave reviews but, after they walked into my apartment while I was in the shower and my daughter ran screaming to me because strange people are coming into her home Im at the end of my rope. I plan to look elsewhere for housing.

They are great and the grounds are clean and for once its a place that the breeze ways and halls and laundry areas are kept clean and well maintained. Office staff is great anyone who says different is just bitter and most likely just a crummy Tennant.

I have been here for almost 4 years and never had an issue before the new management came in. Just got a carport not even a month ago I signed a lease for it, and my car got towed. Talked to staff they told me that they posted up papers on doors saying we had to get new tags. I never recieved anything and they refused to help me out. Ended up paying $225. Even after the guy that towed my car was super rude to me and unprofessional because I had called him and explained my situation. The guy called them and told another story.Another thing is that I was told they were gonna wash the outside of the apartments this summer and summer its almost over and the apartments and stairs are super filthy I have bird poop all over my stair rails, always a hassle for me to come upstairs and downstairs with my two kids because I have to watch out they dont grab on the rails. Again this place used to be great before new management and It would be such a sad loss to loose all the great tenants.
Terrible wasp problem at the pool. They have improved the pool hours which I appreciate.

There was mouse pest problem in this apartment. They didnt do anything about it. I had to solve the problem by myself with traps. The laundry facility was very dirty. They gave me a key for this but its 24 hours of laundry. However, somebody managed to break the laundry room and the key was useless. There were strange people in the laundry room, they tried to stalk me to my apartment. When I walk around with my son and his stroller, some people try to steal my toddler sons stroller. Kids run without any parents around. Nobody checks them.I almost started hate to see missionaries knock my door every day. I hated from trespassing.The pool is very small and anybody opens the pool for everybody and many people use the pool even they arent resident.I could only 50% recommend this place.Good thing they changed my broken dishwasher when I moved. It was broken. Maintenance guys are coming when you call them for maintenance at least.
Nice Apartments but went through 3 different owners
This place is absolutely horrible!! They charge way to high for the quality of the apartment. We moved in the water was yellow, the toilet didnt work and then light fixtures werent on. The management sits in the office all day long and doesnt do anything for the property. Kids rule the whole land. You cannot enjoy the pool it has dogs swimming in the pool and the management doesnt do anything but write a note to doors. The grounds are gross and nasty and smell of cat urine and human urine. I have kids of my own but these children here have no regard for anyone. We moved out one month later it was horrible!
Tammy Curry is the apartment manager this women needs to go get training for management. Shes unprofessional and very disrespectful. I would never recommend these apartments to anyone. Facility is disgusting!
If i could give zero stars i would. I have been a resident here for 3 years, always pay my rent on time. Never make a big fuss about anything even when emergency maintenance is no where to be found & line is disconnected on a hot summer day when my apartment is 90 degrees no A/C for a whole weekend when ive got 2 kids. Also i called a month ago because i saw 2 available 3 bedroom apartments on their website and wanted to transfer as i have 2 growing boys who need their own rooms. Was told as of january 2018 they will no longer be doing transfers & that those 2units had applications on them already & One of the ladies assured me she would put me on a waiting list for the next available 3 bdr unit. I check website again and also called today because no one ever calls me back and was told their was an available 3 bedroom as of right now & their would be one available coming december, When let them know i was a current resident who had inquired a month ago about this i was told that they wont allow me to make a transfer under any circumstances. This place never falls through on anything they say & doesnt keep their word let alone even know how to reset a loyal renters password so they can pay their rent online because they arent open on weekends nor do they have a drop box to accept rent for those who cant get their to pay rent until after 5 when they are close! Im infurriated with this complex and the staff who work their & they could care less about working with me on solving my issue.
