Besides no cameras in the parking lot being an issue this is a lovely place to live. Maintenance is quick to fix things. Anytime I needed help or had questions the staff was always willing to help out.

Would not recommend. Lots of bugs, the new management sucks. AvoidThere are some newly renovated apartment homes across the street from this place which I would recommend if you must live in the area.

This place is so nice been here since 2004. Awesome staff and maintenance crew! And close to my work! Wish they had a rate for seniors! But every year it keeps going up! It be nice to have a set price for awhile!

The apartment itself looks great and is really accessible, except for the lack of general parking towards the rear of the property. My issue is solely with both managers stationed in the front office. I repeatedly visited the front office requesting that the lock on my mailbox be changed, and was assured every time that it I would be able to access it after a couple days. After showing up at the front office to address the same issue for the fifth time over a time span of 4 months, I was given the master key to access my mailbox. This key was also ineffective. The lock was eventually changed between the forth and fifth month of me being a resident at this apartment complex. Allowing me access to the fifty-plus parcels of mail that were forcibly stuffed into the mailbox over the past five months. Unfortunately this wasnt the only issue encountered through this management. I also asked for my pin access code to the pool and fitness facility. I was assured that they would reset the code to a sequence of my choosing. This too proved to be an issue too bothersome to be addressed. I find it completely unprofessional to repeatedly promise resolve to customers and not follow through. This management has proven to be grossly incompetent when addressing daily concerns of residents.

We live at platte view landing apartments. Our truck was broken into a month ago right in front of our apartment and then stolen this morning. They refuse to put cameras up in the parking lots, yet repaint the garage doors and the parking lot. Very disappointing hoping to move soon.

When I moved into this complex 3-1/2 years ago, it was very reasonably priced. In the time since, not only has the base rent risen quite a bit, but theyve raised prices for carports (the only way to secure a parking spot anymore) and pet rent. Every month my statement shows a miscellaneous fee for $7.00 - no explanation as to what this related to.With more and more new apartment options popping up around Brighton, Platte View Landing needs to address their pricing if they want to keep good tenants who pay rent on time month in and month out.

I lived here for 13 months just moved out and i would have to say this place is a joke they rip you off the amount you pay for an apartment that is not remodeled or anything special plus not having anywhere to park ever if you show up to the apartment complex after 5 your pretty spring much parking on the street maintenance is slow and Im not sure that they all know or qualified to do some of the tasks that theyre asked to perform the walls are like paper thin you can hear your neighbors talking all in all this place is just a joke please dont waste your money there are so many other nice apartment complex is out there better for the same price or cheaper and theres just a lot nicer

This place is an amazing spot to live. Its quiet in the apartments, meaning you can hear people from outside the apartments but as far as hearing neighbors through the walls it doesnt happen. The kitchen is big, my fiancé and I can cook together with out running into each other. Washer and Dryer in the unit! My only concern is the parking lot fills up rather fast otherwise its an amazing spot to live. The covered patios are nice too. A+

The Parking Situation absolutely sucks, There is two Cars that have Not moved in 5 months that Ive asked to be taken care of to provide two more spaces for people to park and nothing has been done. So I guess its a place for broken down cars to just be dropped off and parked while people who actually drive their vehicles are parking on the street. As soon as my lease is up we are gone!

Havent been here long but so far is a nicer place then Ive had in many years.

Staff is helpful, no problem there... My problem is the fact that in order to guarantee a parking space any where at this facility is by having to pay for a car port. Because im already stretched for money, i have no way of paying for a second car port. So basically by the time i get back from work, i have to park my truck in the bank next to us, or in the street. I thought that each unit at this place was supposed to have no more than 2 vehicles per unit... Every night i drive around and around to find a spot and i see company work trucks, work vans, company flat bed trucks... I can bet my life on this that there are renters here that own way more than 2 vehicles... AND its getting worse.. Ive only been here 5 months and its pathetic i have to pay to park at a place i pay to live at!!

If I could give a negative star I would. I’ve been trying to reach the main office for over a month now to set up a showing and possibly lease an apartment. Every time I call I’m sent to voicemail, and guess what? No one has EVER returned my call. To be honest... after reading these reviews I’m SOOO happy I didnt sign a lease. Do your research people. If they are under 3 stars there is a reason! They suck!!

26 months living here, it is extremely overpriced. The upkeep is nice and never had staff issues. But paying almost 1300 for a one bedroom, no parking, A.C only worked in the living room it was broken in the bedroom and we were told there was nothing they could do. The parking lot is always full and therefore we have to park in the street and carry our groceries all the way to the back of the apartment. There was no regulating on cars, there were 4 spots taken up outside my building by junk cars that didnt run or ever moved from their spot. Pool space is always taken up by a white trash family of at least 10 EVERY NIGHT past curfew, they take all the chairs and pool space. Nobody picks up after their dogs and everyone throws cigarette buds over the balcony. Complaints are never taken care of and owners obviously dont care. All the responses on the 1 star ratings are just copied and pasted to each one.

Im so tired of the parking, and we can never reach anybody at the office. Ive given up if we have a problem. If you want a decent spot to park you have to pay 30+ for it.. not worth the money!

I dont know why Google maps says Ive been here. I must have driven by it on the way to someplace. It keeps pestering me to leave a review even though I mark it as Ive not been here.

There is not enough parking I had to drive around the lot for 30 min before I found a spot to park in just to visit a family member

Loved this place! The management company is becoming more and more discriminatory which is unfortunate.

This is the worst place I have EVER lived at. I pay over 1300 for a 1 bedroom and a small garage, now this would be fine if the apartment didnt look like a super 8 motel room. Everything is out of date from appliances to the interior. Parking is another huge issue, you would think for the apocalyptic amount of money this complex charges they would maybe have a parking system set up where you at least get your own outdoor spot. Now, you can purchase an outdoor spot that has a roof for 40 extra per month, or you can really bite the bullet and drop an extra 60 per month on a garage (the garages are also a complete joke). I purchased a garage a couple months ago and when I first opened it, it looked like someone ran their car through the back wall. Now on to the biggest reason why this place is a joke. I was laid off for about 3 months, I started to run out of money and called the office to let them know that I was going to pay them a little late and told them about my situation. They claim the first 3 days are free if you are late, however on the 4th day your bill goes up 100 dollars, completely gets rid of this grace period they say they give. And then they charge 10 dollars a day for each day after. In April I paid on the 9th, in may I paid on the 7th and somehow my bill was over 100 higher then April and I paid 2 days earlier I got to looking around at the bill and this month they charged me for 8 days of being late, when technically Im only 4 days late (3 day grace period factored in). Also for the copious amount that this complex charges you would think that water and trash would be factored in, its not they bill you for all of that. So the bottom line is please go get a brand new apartment that costs the same or maybe a little cheaper, just avoid this place at all costs. At platte view landing you do NOT get what you pay for, you get completely ripped off.

Lived here for 13 months overly priced with crappy parking and the main office are zero help and after you move out they are spaosta foward your mail for the next month they never do, and when you call while living there they are zero help when there is an issue in the apartment never living here again

We are in the process of moving out and we could not be more glad. The place stinks like weed almost every single day because of the people who live below us and people across from us are bumping their music at 3 in the morning. The staff in the office are not very helpful. Its so disappointing.
