We were blessed to have Corey from Hansen towing come to our rescue. Our family (2 adults, 2 kids, and a puppy) was starting day two of our drive to Idaho. The spark plug blew and we were stranded. And as if it couldn’t get worse, it started to rain. Corey pulled up and was so friendly & attentive. He towed our van to the next city and even stopped by the dealership to see if they could help us. Then he took us to the next place and helped us get situated. We were so lucky to have Corey’s help and would recommend his services a million times over…. Thank you Corey!

They were quick responding and sending a truck, but it was all the little, unrequired, thoughtful things the driver did that made it a truly outstanding experience. Corey was amazing! Yes, he was very capable (got us on the tow truck in a full and busy parking lot), but he was also polite, friendly, always aware of our safety, offered us water in the 100 degree heat wed been sweltering in, made sure the A/C was getting to where I was sitting in his truck, asked what wed like to listen to on the ride. Corey was absolutely first rate. Highly recommend!

Zach and Kirk were very friendly, helpful and willing to do what they could to help us with our situation. This is the first time we’ve had to use a towing service and we had some concerns about how things would work out. They made us feel comfortable, were interested in doing what they could to help us with our vehicle and made the experience as pleasant as it could be. My car lost power on I 15 and I ended up on the shoulder on a really hot day. Corey was sent out by AAA and he was fantastic. Very reassuring, knew his stuff, got there quick, and was fun to talk to on the drive to my shop. He was very mindful of my safety throughout. Great guy, great company. Made a lousy situation not nearly so bad.

My truck was stuck in reverse and had got stuck under the trailer hitch. We thought the transmission was gone because it wouldn’t shift. Called Hansen’s and they were there within half an hour. The service man realized it was not the transmission an crawled under the truck to manually put it into neutral so he could get it on the truck without ruining anything. He was friendly, knowledgable and awesome! Would wholeheartedly recommend them with 5+ stars!

Hansen Towing is GREAT! We were on road trip vacation heading from California to Glacier National Park when our Porsche Cayenne had a complete loss of coolant outside of Tremonton, UT. We needed to get towed to the dealership in Salt Lake City… on a rainy Sunday evening. Hansen Towing arrived and saved the day. They made sure we were safe and we got into the cab of the tow truck. Jesse and his assistant (I am SO sorry I don’t recall his name) were both very nice and very helpful. They got the vehicle onto the flatbed and drove us an hour back to SLC. It was a surprisingly pleasant ride considering we were dealing with a “dead” vehicle and were hundreds of miles from home in a different state. Jesse and his assistant kept the mood light and the drive went very quickly. They dropped us and the vehicle at our hastily arranged hotel because we weren’t able to drop the vehicle at the closed dealership on a Sunday evening. Jesse made sure we were OK at the hotel before leaving. Hansen Towing, and their spectacular employees, made a stressful situation much easier to bear. I can recommend Hansen Towing without hesitation.

I called them in the middle of the night freaking out. they told me they would be on there way I was figuring around and an hour, but no they came out 20 minutes later got right to work friendly good people understanding and good to work with.

Car broke down late on a Friday night on the 4th of July weekend. Called Hansen Motor directly (after long holds with State Farm and failing to get service through them) and their tow truck arrived within 35 minutes! Corey our tech was amazing, friendly, and super helpful. Hansen towing took care of everything! They loaded our car, drove it to our destination, took care of filling out the drop form, and texted us when it was all done. Even after hours and at weekend rates a 52 mile hour long drive cost $350, expensive of course, but cheaper than what State Farm quoted and worth it for the level of service after a long stressful evening. Highly recommend Hansen towing!

Let me introduce you to Hansen Towing we were having a terrible day and they stepped in and saved it! Roy was Quick and courteous to respond to our call with over the top service.Roy called the Highway patrol and Zack our tow truck driver confirmed that the officer had arrived and was watching over us he was in constant contact informing us of his location and an estimated time of arrival . He got us to a warm spot in the tow truck ( which I was happy for my Dad is 84 and we were all cold .) then quickly got the Pilot loaded, we were in our way . I used Hansen Motor Co Towing to tow my 1972 Chevrolet Blazer from a storage unit in Brigham City to my new house in Plain City. I believe the guy that helped me on the phone was Roy and the guy that towed my Blazer was Jesse. These guys made it so easy and it was totally worth the money I spent. My blazer didnt have any brakes, drive-lines, engine, etc. due to it being an ongoing restoration project. Jesse was able to get the Blazer up on the tow truck and took care not to scratch the newly painted axles. He also took highway 89 from Brigham City to Plain City which also helped ease my stress. When he got to my newly built house, Jesse was able to back the tow truck right up to the garage and unload the Blazer right into place in the garage. I was worried the tow truck bed would scratch or damage the concrete driveway, but again Jesse took care and everything went perfect. This Blazer was my dads before he passed so it also has great sentimental value. Again, I cannot recommend Hansen Motor Co Towing enough. Great guys! Quality service! I would definitely use them again without hesitation. No headache. They made my life so much easier and stress free. Jesse and Roy are both studs and deserve a raise!!!

The gentleman who came to tow my car was nice and explained everything he was doing. He did his best to try to not damage the rims with both tires on the passenger side being flat.

Today I called AAA for help. I was told by the lady that it would be approximate 60 minutes before there would be someone there to help. 10 minutes after I hung up Jesse from Hansen’s was there to help. This young man that I had never met before was friendly, very pleasant and went right to work. He obviously knew exactly how to take care of the problem. We had quite a day coming back from the salmon river with a trailer loaded with two whitewater rafts. We blew a bearing toward the end of the day and they were willing to send a driver out to pick it up and take it to a safe place. Kirk was friendly and professional and extremely quick at loading and unloading the trailer even when he was supposed to have headed home already. Cannot thank these guys enough for helping us out!
