The driver was a true professional while loading me truck, but as soon as we go in the cab, he was really laid back and super fun to talk to. Ive always loved Bretts!!!

I have used Bretts Towing for all my tractor/trailer towing as well as their roadside breakdown service. His team has also loaded some of my tractors onto step deck trailers and his drivers made sure there was no further damage done to the vehicles. I would recommend Bretts Towing no matter what the job involves.

Our car broke down on our way back from a day trip to Salt Lake City (with a 6-week-old infant). It was actually pretty terrifying. The car was accelerating on its own randomly and it was really hard to apply the brake. Pretty nerve-wracking stuff. Anyway, Bretts Towing was about half a mile away from where I managed to stop the car. I got a hold of them and they had a guy out fairly quick. He was quick to understand our situation and was a huge factor in relieving our stress just through his good attitude and helpfulness. After he towed the car to a mechanic, he overheard us talking about getting a taxi to take us a to a hotel. He offered to give us a ride there and we gladly accepted. I was thoroughly impressed with the whole experience.

We had car trouble on the interstate just south of Brigham City in the middle of the night. They were fast, and took us to our hotel after dropping off our car at the shop.

Just called this guy this morning to see how much it would cost and get the job set up. He asked where I was towing from and to...I told him where I lived and was about to tell him where I needed it towed and he cut me off, said it would be $65 and hung up on me....well for $65 I was going to hire him but he didnt even give me the chance. Guess he doesnt want my money and now I dont want to give it to him.

Great customer service and always fast when I need them. Its definetly not your ordinary towing company with run down trucks, their trucks are clean and always looking sharp.

Called at 1:30pm for a tow. They said it would be about 1 hour and they would call 10 mins before coming out. Its now 7:20pm still no call.

Call someone else! Dont use these guys! They told me they would have a truck to me by a certain time. Waited over 45 min and then I decided to cancel. I will never call/use these guys again.
