They didnt put a sticker on my window when my oil change was complete stating what miles would show when I should get my next oil change done again. My engine is leaking oil. Also my steering wheel cover was filthy. I had to take it off my jeep n wash the steering wheel cover by hand. Ill never go back there again!

Our 2005 Toyota Sienna had a leaky radiator and it needed to be replaced prior to driving out of state to pick up our son from college.The shops owner, Elvis, called around to get the best possible price on the replacement radiator that he could and gave me the option of which one to get, as well as offering his advice.After the new part was installed and the car was run for a road test, it was discovered that the new radiator was defective and leaking. He quickly let me know what had happened and that he would have another radiator in his hands as soon as possible.They also did a complete check of all other systems with the car taking care of all fluids, doing an oil change, etc. They found that our brakes were severely in need of being replaced - called me with various options of how to move forward.When I stopped by the shop, he showed me that the front brakes were the ones that needed to be done immediately, but that the rear brakes could go another 3k to 5k before the pads needed to be replaced.Elvis took into account our tight finances and offered suggestions on how to move forward at the same time keeping our safety in mind. Their work is warrantied through TechNet for 24 months/24k miles . . . which certainly added value to the work and services done.Were definitely going back to EZ Automotive.
