I’ve only had insurance one time before switching to Allstate. So it was kind of still new to me. I called this location for a couple questions and concerns I had about my policy. A young lady named Ashleah was more than just “help” to me. She even told me about things I didn’t even know about! She was calm, helpful and very patient. Ashleah answered every question I had even when I thought it was a silly question. She reassured me and also made me feel even better about switching to Allstate. Other insurance companies need more people like her. I won’t be leaving Allstate anytime soon!

This place is a dump!! I put in my time and hard work as a sales producer and they stole my commissions check upon resignation. They play games with the clients of the community they claim to serve and have too many compliance issues. If youre looking for a professional agency, this is NOT the place. The office manager needs intensive human resources training as she may be the main cause for why the staff retention is so poor. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Needed help with my policy after an accident and Ashlin Ventura, an Allstate associate went above and beyond to resolve all of my issues. She was extremely knowledgeable and patient explaining everything to me. She made me feel confident in my decisions. Ashlin has exceptional customer service skills. Her professionalism and rapport are exemplary. If only every insurance agent could be like her. This location is lucky to have her! Also, Gil Torres, another Allstate associate from this office is very helpful in answering any questions that you may have. This location has an exceptional team!
