I going to switch my agent Bella. She always has a passive attitude and shes unprofessional. I just bought a car and tried to get full coverage and she was trying to have me pay almost $700 for my first lump some and then told me that she wouldnt even be able to tell me how much it would be per month moving forward. I was disgusted at how much she was trying to charge me just to give herself a bigger commission. Keep in mind, Ive never had any violations or tickets yet she was trying everything she could to hike up my car insurance rate. Even the dealership guy said she has an attitude for no reason and made us both feel uncomfortable. I had to call progressive myself to get a better rate and they only charged half what she was trying to squeeze out of me for herself. Please be CAREFUL choosing this agency and if you do choose this agency and end up with Bella on the phone, RUN 🏃‍♀️💨!!
