Been a guest here now for a week and to be honest I could live here. The staff is real nice and friendly and with my room being on the upper floors Im not smoking hardly at all. This is a real nice and clean establishment with spacious rooms as well as the bathrooms. My personal favorite there is a safe in the room that you set your own code.

Went here for my sons birthday weekend. Picked the hotel because they had a swimming pool. I get there on Friday its a buy cool so I said wed wait to swim until Sunday when its hot. Saturday I asked the gentleman at the front desk was it open and where was it located. He directed me to the area and assured me it was open. Sunday comes I head down to the pool its closed. I asked the same gentleman at the desk hey whats going in with the pool? He said he doesnt know he thought it was open. Ok so they get the maintenance guy to come out and he says the pump is broken. I was like oh wow so we cant swim our entire stay? Which was 4 days.he calls a manager she comes out and says its closed for the season 🤔. Im thinking now which one is it? SO they say they are crediting me some cash back. The wifi didnt work but the first day. They said they are having issues. No microwave or refrigerator in the room just not worth $200+ per night. Nope!

Positive: Great location, staff, nice there is a restaurant and bar located in hotel. Negative: The exterior doors were unlocked and anyone could access the hotel through stairwells and floors without a room card. I had to go to car took stairs and was able to get outside into parking lot and all stairwell doors coming back were accessible.

The staff was pleasant, however their cleanliness is very questionable. I was unpleasantly surprised by small blood stains on the edge of my blanket after I already laid down after a long flight. I notified housekeeping and went and spoke with management immediately. There is no excuses for blood splatters to be on bedding especially during a pandemic or any other time. My vacation was ruined before it even got started. After further evaluation I also found a sock in the room that did not belong to me. The manager comped my first night but I dont feel that was sufficient especially under the circumstances. Upon checking out the front desk person said the notes stated it was lipstick and not blood but I definitely know the difference between the two. I have pictures of the blood stains and the sock that didnt belong to me. I think the General Manager of the property should be aware his housekeeping staff is DEFINITELY DROPPING THE BALL

An overall comfortable stay. Great shower pressure and temperature in a well cleaned room. Little things were a bit wonky like a loud air conditioner with very sensitive controls and a barely responsive older tv remote. Why was it poor? Because they kicked my reservation to the curb. I booked IN ADVANCE through booking.com. But however they do not honor these bookings if they can otherwise fill up the rooms at a higher rate. And yes I arrived on time at the designated time. Oh when I have my confirmation print off to the clerk at the desk.. the response was “booking.com huh” we don’t have you never heard of you. When I pointed out my confirmation number he stated they didn’t honor that. So if you don’t honor Booking.com or other agencies why do you use them. Such rude bad bad business. But then again it is Marriott. They think they are better than everyone else. So beware because if it is convenient they will ghost you too.

Overpriced for what it is. No one was at the front desk for 5-10 minutes when I arrived. I started looking for Digital check in because it didn’t look like anyone worked there. Terrible coffee. Lackluster service. A sign advertised breakfast sandwiches and there was just one left shoved in a fridge. Most of the supplies at front were running low. All the shower products were picked either by or for men because they all smelled masculine. All of this would be OK if we paid $100, but it was $140+. This was a last minute stop on the way home from Florida so I’m sure we paid surge pricing. PS it’s in an office park, it does have a target within walking distance.

Not at all a good experience. One of the worst actually. First room they put me in smelled like throw up but I had a box trying to kill the older in the room. Second room they put me in had no shampoo conditioner. Just empty bottles. Sink and bathtub didn’t drain. Light switch that I turned on didn’t turn on the light because lights were burn out in my room. And usually I can sleep better sometimes in a hotel room just because of the noise of the air conditioner not this time. It sounded like a bad mower that was out of tune. When I spoke to the hotel staff they wanted to make sure that I knew that they were going to be remodeled but I didn’t help me on this adventure of staying at their hotel. Unfortunately I think this will be my last time saying at this I was home and I do not recommend!!!

I recently stayed at theFour Points by Sheraton Nashville-BrentwoodThis wasThe worst place ever, and I wish I hadn’t wasted my time, money, or energy trying to come out here. The breakfast cost 13 per plate for one, and it tasted like someone took and barffed it up, the beds felt like you were sleeping on a big slab of marble, the keys didn’t let you in the hotel if you choose to be healthy and take the stairs, leaving you having to walk all the way around the hotel. Talking about the stairs, one side of the hotel goes up stairs from the second floor while the other goes down. Fire hazard/trap waiting to happen. I am in my local fire department and honestly don’t have any clue how this even passed. My cousin got locked out of the hotel because their key didn’t work. They also left their medication there, so we were informed we had to go to a website and request them back. They don’t care about anything but money. I honestly will NEVER stay at this hotel EVER again! I want a higher official from the hotel to contact me.

Great customer service and friendly staff. Lobby and elevators felt very new and smelt fresh. Only reason for the four stars was our room. The rooms are pretty outdated and had some issues. Our TV would turn on to the TV logo and then shut off right away, we had a missing lightbulb in one of the ceiling fixtures, the shower light in one of the bathrooms was burnt out, and there was some tape on the wall that wasn’t cleaned off from something prior. Little details, but for an executive suite, you would expect a little better. Granted, we didn’t pay a whole lot for the room so I can’t really complain that much.

The lobby is beautiful, but it would seem they spent money in the wrong places. The contemporary lobby is not reflective of the rooms. My room was clean but the curtains didn’t have full panels, resulting in light to filter in from the parking lot all night making it hard to sleep. The lighting was just ok with no real good spot to get ready in terms of lighting/mirror usage. The bathroom felt completely different from the room. There was sleek tile in a shower with good pressure but the vanity looked cheap and out of place. There was exposed piping underneath with a wide open, empty shelf and the top had scratches and chipped paint. The wallpaper was peeling in the poorly vented room, the lights were yellow and made it hard to get ready in there. The trim was also pieces together making the bathroom just feel forgotten compared to the rest of the hotel.I did love the check in/out offered by the mobile app, but wish it too were a little more seamless like putting the key on my phone or not having to stop at the desk at all. Anything to make it more efficient. The location is great, close to food and easy highway access. I’ll likely stay again if I can get a good rate on the room. I wouldn’t pay full price on the rate for what it is.

We were recently in the Brentwood area for a Christmas party. Not wanting to drive an hour and a half home after indulging with some friends we had decided ahead of time to book at the Four Points. The location and pricing were perfect for what we needed. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted with a welcoming smile and top notch service. Once we went to our room and unloaded our bags we decided to go back down to the lobby restaurant for a drink. Our bartender was wonderful and a great conversationalist. We ended up staying for two drinks and an appetizer. The staff was able to give us additional recommendations for other restaurants in the area as well. I was going to be taking Uber that night and was a little embarrassed that I had never used Uber before and wasn’t sure how to tip the driver. I asked staff member Justin for some advice. He didn’t make me feel foolish for not knowing and gave some sound advice on tipping. All in all this was great service and a very clean and comfortable room!

Its close enough to everything if youre going into Nashville or down to Franklin and its certainly more affordable than Nashville bc everything there is outrageously expensive now. I had everything I needed except the danged doors up and down the hallway slamming from about 9am on. I was extra sensitive to it because I hadnt been sleeping well anyway, and I was out late every night. Its Nashville. People stay out late. The bartenders made sure I was always taken care of and the chef would always come out to make sure the meals were cooked to my satisfaction.I travel alot for work, approx. 200 nights a year and I have to say this is one of the best stays I have ever had. I definitely would rate this hotel as excellent.

If you are looking for a great facility that is clean and modern you have come to the right place. It is conveniently located right off the interstate and has several eating options within minutes. Convenient to both Downtown Nashville and Cool Springs this is great for business travelers or tourist that want to be close but not pay the downtown rates. Also there is plenty of free parking at the hotel.
