Stopped over night and we were Pleasantly surprised with our room. Our patio door opened up to the pool and the living room and double bed room were separated. It was the kind of place you would stay over night or weekend so your young kids can swim. The hotel also has a small Cafe that has wine by the glass or individual bottle with snacks to order. Star Bucks for the coffee lover. The beds and couch were very comfortable. Will return if ever that way again

Updates need to be done. The walk to the room was kinda scary. Being it was in Brentwood and Marriott, I expected a bit more.There was maybe a baseball team staying there and they was having a tailgate party. Not a big issue but when there are no parks and they are taking some up to play games. The walk to the front from the room was a Total Maze it has to be a better way.

I was there for something other than being a guest so I cant give my opinion on their room or their service. However, I can make these observations:- the lobby was very nice but was EXTREMELY HOT!- the meeting / conference rooms were nice size but was EXTREMELY HOT!Are you seeing a pattern here? 🤔The fact this place is in Brentwood, TN, Im sure their rates are way high so, for me, it wouldnt be worth it. I mean, if they let it stay this hot now, I can only imagine what it would be like in the summer.Hot enough to make sure my heart is right! (Think about that for awhile. If you dont understand it, ask a true Christian Pastor)

This hotel has great potential! I would have rated higher but our room was not very clean. When we got to our room there was a used rag in the shower and crumbs on the floor.

Good: Its quiet, clean, and the staff are great. Bad: Its under renovation. Ugly: Lots of things are inoperative - exterior doors card readers dont work, only one ice machine of 4 works, TVs in rooms need finagling to make work, rooms show significant signs of needing renovations.

VERY dated inside and run down. There is a really nice one in Franklin. Outside doors broken. ceiling tiles missing, duck tap on fire alarm in the room, and the list goes on.

Great Staff, Clean, needs update. The room was clean and well stocked. The bed was fine, but there was no mattress pad, so I could feel the mattress tags on my feet through the sheets. The sink in my room had a crack and someone had tried to refinish it poorly. The side entry doors near my room worked intermittently which was frustrating.

Positive: The Location. Negative: Old & in ill repair. No restaurant. Key cards worked poorly, if at all. ( had to exchange twice) All guests crammed into 1 long wing, along with a hockey team. Only elevator was not near lobby, but at the far corner of the property.

Super comfortable bed. wow. I had a great nights sleep. softest mattress and bedding. Body Shop shampoo is so refreshing. I like that they didnt have the mini shampoos. Instead they had handy larger bottles in the shower that were so easy to use. the foyer is very relaxing. the gentlemen at check in at 2am was super polite. I highly recommend this location!

Its a comfort when traveling to have consistency. When coming to a Courtyard I expect the hotel to have certain amenities and a comfortable room designed with modernity. The Nashville/Brentwood hotel did not disappoint. It followed the layout and decor of most of the Courtyard hotels. It was clean, well-prepped, and a little home away from home.And, by the way, my wife adored the shower! The pressure and the shower head relaxed her, and the tea-tree products were an added bonus.By the end of the year, we will be in more Courtyards...what fun!

This unacceptable I stay here and one my family members was try reach me call from desk and they say where not available to transfer phone call to room .. this not acceptable specifically for much money that you pay to stay this place ... would don’t be back ...

It was easy to locate

When I checked in Luella was just so warm and welcoming. I requested a specific room type and she worked to find me one and checked me in. When I arrived in my room, she had accidently put me in the room next door. I called right down to see if there was a mistake and got Marleesia who immediately corrected the room assignment and told me she would be right up with the new key. Moments later she appeared with the new key and an offer of some points for my trouble which to me was a nice touch but it wasnt a big deal at all. Shortly after I got settled in my room, Luella called to apologize. Of course, I was not put out at all by the simple error but really appreciated the effort of both of them. They were so kind, professional, and attentive. I am a CEO and they are the types of people we look for because they own their job and the success of the hotel and take their roles very seriously. I later had a question about my account and Chris assisted me, also very professionally and provided me with Marlessias name. I do hope I spelled it correctly.

Property is in a great spot in Brentwood. Older hotel but rooms are clean. Have trouble getting hot water in the bathroom quickly; takes about 8 minutes of letting the water run to get even warm. Food options are limited but what they have is fairly good.

Staff made mistakes that cost me time and money yet refused to listen. Never been around a more childish group of adults. Rooms are old w old furniture and carpet. Bathrooms dirty w years of dirt and hair in corners and hard to reach places. Wouldnt stay here again if I had to decide between here and a bridge.

Very spacious rooms... great front desk on both,, 2nd and 3rd shifts.. very helpful and kind.. have never in a long time not had a microwave in the room.. nor an exhaust fan in the bathroom.. very nice housekeeper working the 3rd shift..very helpful!!! thanks so much for a really relaxing stay. Ill be back.. 👍

Excellent hotel, 20 min outside of the city in nice upscale neighborhood. You might even run into a celebrity at the grocery store! The staff is friendly, the hotel is clean, well-maintained, and priced competitively!

Best: The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was nice. The person checking us in was extremely helpful and courteous. Worse: We received no communication from the staff, during or after, when the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. When I was checking out the staff was not friendly. The outlets in the room were almost unusable, as my plugs kept falling out. The entrance to the building was constantly filled with large housekeeping carts.Okay: The room and the building seem outdated. Parking was adequate.

A really wonderful hotel stay. Very clean and good service. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. The pool and courtyard was really nice to sit by in the evening. The only negative was getting breakfast and/or coffee in the lobby was SLOW, so add a few extra minutes if you plan on picking something up before going out.

Excellent and very safe location. Easy and free parking. Older building that has been remodeled.The Bistro is consistent with other Courtyard Bistros. Andrew in the evenings was great and Mareal in the mornings was a day of sunshine and she brought me my eggs everyday. Great staff with great service attitudes.

Older property but okay

Service and Staff were wonderful and welcoming! The check-in and out process was easy and fast! I am still getting adjusted to the new mobile app, from Marriott Bon Voy. Now specific to the Brentwood Courtyard Building/Interiors: The interiors and feel of the hotel, needs a lot of work and a major hotel refresh. Interiors are very out-dated, and hold a past-smoke/musk odor in the rooms.

Our stay was a simple overnight. The rooms were very nice, clean and smelled fresh. Bathrooms were extremely clean even the corners of the floor. Front desk professional and quick for us tired travellers. We will be book marking this location the next time we are through the area.

Great, clean and friendly. Its just a stone throw from Nashville, with a more relaxing atmosphere. I was surprised to see live entertainment in the lobby and had a great margarita! ...okay, a few of them!Seriously, this is a great spot to put up your heels and relax. As usual, the Tennessee staff are so accommodating and welcoming, you will feel at home. I think I am falling in love with Tennessee and people.

My mother and I were in Tennessee for my God-sisters funeral service. The staff at Brentwood could not have been kinder and everyone was so helpful. Coming back to a nice clean hotel room with nice staff made the trip so much easier.

We spent 7 nights at the Courtyard in Brentwood and were pleased with our stay. It was clean and comfortable. The people were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. It was a plus having good restaurants, grocery stores and other shopping in such close proximity. We will definitely stay there again!

Although an older hotel, the Courtyard by Marriott Nashville Brentwood has clean rooms, hallways and lobby; has friendly and helpful customer service on the phone and in person; and is close to Interstate 65. Various restaurants, shopping and entertainment are located in the immediate area of the hotel. Downtown Nashville is not far north; Cool Springs Mall is not far south; and Green Hills Mall is not far east of the hotel. The queen beds are very comfortable and the double room has all of the necessities expected in this type of room. All at a great price! I have no complaints and I will recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The staff was very nice and professional and accommodating. The room was clean and tidy as expected. My only complaint was the pull out couch was a bit old and not the best to sleep on, but it was still good and I had a pretty decent night sleep on it. Overall it was great. My complaint is a real first world problem and Im overall pretty satisfied

Staff was kind and cheerful. First floor room was loud from other guests conversations. It took about 2 minutes for shower water to warm up. The smart TV was a nice feature.

Couldnt ask for better staff. Beds/pillows very comfortable. If on first floor make sure your sliding glass door will properly lock. You should do this at any facility for your own safety anyhow. Location is great for doing business in Nashville as you can jump right onto I65 or drive Old Hickory Blvd which runs parallel to I65. Nice to have that choice depending on traffic. Absolutely fantastic home cooking restaurant next door called Vittles. Very reasonable prices too. This is a very clean and safe area. Will definitely stay here next trip. Room rates very good especially if you have group rate such as gov employee.

You have to be better with your coffee cups. Not good at all when making coffee. It does not hold well with coffee. Not having free breakfasts is not good also, especially no free coffee.

Great customer service and clean.

This was a great hotel for basic needs. The room was very quiet, internet worked, bed was comfortable. Great location, near restaurants. Easy to get to downtown Nashville and Franklin. On the downside, it just was not as nice as other Marriott properties. The sink had rust. Water pressure seemed a bit low. They had a Bistro for snacks and light meals, but no one working the counter. At this price point, I expected more. But a lot of hotels were booked the weekend I was there, so was grateful to fins this hotel.

If youre visiting the Nashville area, this hotel is only about an $18 Uber ride to the main music strip. Its close to the highway and there are many restaurants and adult beverage locations within walking distance. They will take you anywhere you need to go within a three mile radius and the staff is very professional, but fun. The courtyard is clean and has room for small groups to hang out and relax. The gym is open 24 hours and the drinks are reasonably priced considering its a hotel bar. Its in a very quiet part of the metro area and great for business and family.

We stayed 1 night on way home from vacation trip but will keep hotel in mind for future visits to Nashville area. The outdoor pool looked nice and i liked the patio area of room. The food choices were minimal on property but there were many choices in the area. The lobby Starbucks is a nice touch. Our rooms were clean and the hotel was not noisy. Check in/out was an easy process.

Convenient Brentwood location in low-rise office park setting about 15-20 minutes to center. Fine dining nearby, but beware of some of the mediocre chain food around. Rooms are efficient and lounge area is inviting. Pleasant staff is helpful and property is well-maintained. Rooms are contemporary and spacious.

The staff of the “Hotel” was very accommodating to our needs, we enjoyed our short stay.Cannot say the same for the morning Bistro, the cashier has no initiative on providing this type of service.

As a regular guest of Courtyard let me just say the facility is due for a remodel or rebuild. The newer furniture and bistro lobby are fine but the rest of the place really shows some age. The area is nice and the staff is friendly for what it is worth.

Although I didnt use many of the amenities (I usually use the treadmill in the fitness area and eat breakfast in the dining area), it was comforting to know that they were available. Our room was clean, spacious, and well supplied. I did like the refrigerator since I ate out and had left overs to keep cool. This particular location is close to many food choices (within walking distance and ranging in inexpensive dining to luxury dining) which is another positive for this Marriott location. It is centrally located to shopping, restaurants, and places of historical interest.

We had an infestation of bugs probably like 15 of them in our room had to call the front desk twice. Requested a different room and the front desk was less then accommodating. They stated because the bugs were harmless there was nothing they could do.

Having the elevator at the total back of the property was so crazy to me. One at the front, in addition to that one in the back, would be much more convenient for travelers with lots of bags! And there are no microwaves in the rooms, you have to again walk clear to the back of the property with your food, where the ice machine and elevator is, to nuke your food.

We were a wedding party that booked a block of 30 rooms at the Courtyard. They did not put the wedding party rooms together. We arrived back from the wedding at 11 pm and were celebrating in the lobby evevn though the bar was closed. They kicked us out of the lobby for noise and bringing our own alcohol and called the police. We moved the grooms party to my room and within 5 minutes three police officers arrived saying there had been a noise complaint. So the police either arrived and located our room in 5 minutes or they were called before we had arrived at the room. The front desk staff was there with the police.

I had to evacuate due to hurricane Irma! I had to stay at many hotels. By far this was the best stay, from the ease of booking, checking in, and checking out. Rooms were inviting, warm, and bed was super comfy! Best nights sleep Ive had at a hotel! I highly recommend this hotel. The staff is super helpful too.

I had a great stay at the Courtyard in Brentwood, TN. The room was clean, staff was friendly, and the amenities were great. The location made it easy to get where I needed or wanted to be. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at the courtyard. The employees were very polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. As a guest on vacation they made sure I found the best local spots and enjoyed myself. The room was clean and the service was impeccable.

Marriot staff are friendly and efficient. Very personable and attentive and with a focus on customer service, regardless of the time of day, or whether front desk or cafe staff. The bed and linens are very comfortable, and afforded me quality sleep. The rooms are well appointed, and complimentary wi-fi was very appreciated. The cafe had healthy menu items (listed the calorie count) and the choice of newspapers (WSJ or USAT) was a welcome surprise. But, it is the friendly and attentive staff and customer service that is what makes a difference.

I was placed on first floor near a busy highway. I was concerned about noise, but it seems the entire hotel is extremely quiet and comfortable. Near many things of interest and convenience. All amenities were great. Will stay here again and highly recommend!

Friendly and clean atmosphere. The room I stayed in was very clean and had a lot of room to more around. What I enjoyed the most was being able to sit on the couch with the sliding doors open and all I could here was the birds. You dont hear much of the traffic. It was peaceful!

I was in Nashville to watch my nephews run in the Coaches National Cross Country Championships. The hotel was conveniently located. My check in was super fast. The room was clean and comfortable. I found the pillows comfortable as well. I really liked having a frig to put my leftovers in from the evening dinner. The complimentary Wi-fi was great as well. I would highly recommend this hotel!

I stay at this hotel because the location is great, the staff is courteous, and I love the bed. I never have issues getting out and finding my way because this location by-passes most of the morning traffic. Oh yeah, and my favorite part is the balcony.

Not very happy with this hotel. First, the hotel room we were in had a broken shower handle and the heater didn’t work. I also found a dead stink bug in my sheets. Which was... unsettling to say the least. They fixed the heater and all was well. Until my mom and I found two more stink bugs crawling up our curtains. Marriott was super nice about it and quickly had us move rooms. They also restored the points back into my dad’s Marriott rewards account, which I (and my dad) appreciated. The next room we stayed in had no creepy crawlies, a working heater and an in tact shower handle. Had no issues in that room. But when I was unpacking when I came home, I noticed that a couple of stink bugs followed me home, tucked away in one of my shirts. Not completely happy, but they were super nice about it which is why I gave three stars instead of one. They have great customer service and the sweetest staff. An otherwise good stay. That being said, I think it’s fair to say I won’t be coming back. Definitely not what I expected from a Marriott property.

We arrived rather late in the evening after attending a concert in downtown Nashville and it was great knowing that the check-out wasnt until noon the following day, so we would get to sleep in! The room was clean, bed & pillows were comfortable and everything we needed was right there. Check-in was simple and quick and within 10 minutes we were headed to our room. Great service & great stay!

Our family of 5 needed a suite that was roomy enough for 3 teenagers. My husband and I took one bed, our youngest daughter took the other bed. The living area had a pullout sofa for our son, and we had a rollaway bed brought in for our daughter. The two older teens had the living are to themselves with plenty of space and their own tv. There is a restaurant in the lobby where we ordered sandwiches. There are also many nice restaurants and fast food places within walking distance of the hotel. We were within minutes of downtown Nashville.

The Courtyard Nashville Brentwood Marriott is located only a few miles away from the Nashville business district congestion and pricing, yet close enough to easily commute to Nashville. The entire staff is very accommodating and friendly. They seem to enjoy working there. The rooms are newly decorated, clean and reasonable priced. The lobby area is state of the art in terms of décor, layout, business amenities including a restaurant, kiosks, pool access and a fantastic outside patio garden area.

The rooms can be more spacious and need microwave added. Cleanliness is not the best mainly on hallways. The “Room Service” is not really room service but it is charged! when you have to go pickup your order. The room charge changed daily and overcharged for the quality it offers.

This is a decent hotel that keeps things looking nice. The king sized was comfortable, but the pillows were not the most comfortable. I am not sure if the hotel has mold in it, but I had allergy issues while at the hotel that dissipated when we were not there. Our room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the shower was nice, so I would try it again.

Great hotel only 8 miles from downtown at half the price. The most comfortable bed in the world. Those with full size truck/ SUV might find the parking a little tight but still doable. Very friendly staff

Actually we got a very good deal through priceline and the price was so worth it ... The rooms, beds, bathrooms everything was clean . The bistro restaurant was awesome.. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We loved the stay here. Would definitely recommend to others.

This is a decent hotel with very friendly staff. It is in a good location, a short drive away from downtown Nashville, with lots of shopping and dining options close by. The price is reasonable. The rooms are fairly clean, yet a little bit outdated. Sadly, the hotel seems to have water drainage problems. Last year I stayed here I had trouble with my shower drainage, this year it was the toilet.

Only used the conference rooms. They were nice. Not particularly nice, but perfectly suitable. The business center had 2 computers and the printer was open access, which saved my rear. Everything was clean. Nice little cafe in the lobby. Would recommend this place for sure.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and made use of the pool and fitness center. We loved having a room on the first floor facing the courtyard. It was perfect to sit outside in the morning with a cup of tea. It was also a good distance from Nashville. We were able to get out of the city at night and go to a quiet relaxing place.

Nice, low key hotel in excellent location; convenient to major interstates and located in quiet area within walking distance to restaurants, shopping. Easy access to all areas of the Metropolitan Nashville area, whether downtown, Opryland area or the Franklin community, even the thriving and funky East Nashville area.

The staff at this hotel went out of their way to provide great customer service!
