This office is just trash. If you dont mind horrible customer service and disrespectful employees who give you attitude because they cant say, sorry I made a mistake then come here its your place to be. I was told I could pick up my escrow check. Two and a half hours later I get told your check isnt ready because another document needs to be signed. I asked why wasnt I notified when I called two and a half hours ago. I get told I misunderstood her. What is there to misunderstand?? I did 8 yrs in the Marine Corps what did I misunderstand, was it that you excluded the fact I needed to sign another document? hmmm maybe if I wouldve known about another document that needed a signature 1 week after cancellation of escrow I wouldve had it signed, thats just common sense to people who like their money back. P.S. if my mom didnt physically pick up my check, they were going to mail it to the wrong address. Good job guys

HORRIBLE experience with them. The whole office (minus the receptionist) are very impersonal, so if you like to be able to talk to someone about whats going on, dont come here. We were also given the wrong instructions for our closing costs (as in the office told us we didnt need to provide them at our signing). When I told her I worked in loan signings before, and we always had borrowers provide them, she said you would never give that to the notary, you can pay them after closing. Obviously this was not true, and meant that I then had to take unpaid time off work and drive around getting their check and delivering it to them so that we could still close by the promised date.When I went back to collect our documents, there was paperwork to sign that they just handed to me and never explained, when I tried to sign them they told me only my husband could sign. When I asked why, the receptionist walked 10 ft away and asked another employee. That employee couldnt even be bothered to talk to me or look at me, and told the receptionist it just wouldnt work but he could sign and again I could come back during business hours and deliver to them.If I could go back and choose an entirely different company all together, I would!

While I have had issues with some of the Escrow Officers here, it certainly does not deserve the 1-star reviews. Do yourself a favor, use Clarice Wessman as your escrow officer. She and the customer service representative Kristin Vistalli are 5 Stars.

I had very bad service with North American Title Company, I had Tamara Brennan as our Escrow Officer, we were buying an investment property, and this lady had not a faint idea how to coordinate the whole process, after 30 days we had to change the title company because we werent moving a bit.Tamara was asking for some unnecessary documents even the lender was getting upset with her incompetent approach. The worst part is that she was going for vacation and she didnt let anybody know about that and didnt transition her replacement in to the process. Her manager Kelly Lisa is not better. So my advice if you want a smooth transaction and dont want to pay extra use other office, or at least other officers.
