Throughout my life, I have sold and purchased several properties with successful closings. My closing with Anchor Title was and still is a nightmare. Although I have closed on my property, I am still dealing with lien issues. What is the purpose of having a Title Company?The sad part of the whole situation, the person that closed my loan is not trying to resolve the issue. She inform me to call my attorney because she have one too. After that statement, she disconnected our phone call.WOW!!!
