Tiffany had inaccurate design plans, questionable design choices, poor communication and has not followed-up on cabinet warranty issues after over 3 months. Attached are some photos of Merit cabinetry fronts pulling away from the doors. She measured incorrectly for the appliance dimensions she was sent and I had to buy a much more expensive stove and lose the cost of our vent hood. Tiffany offered no apology or cash back. Tiffany had our contractor install crown molding that was significantly narrower and a different style than our existing crown in the same room (photo attached). She made me pay the contractor an additional $1800 to have it taken out and replaced. She installed some odd looking recessed boxes under my cabinets with curved trim that didnt match my straight-lined shaker cabinets (photo attached). She never received approval and they werent on the plans. Now I do not have under cabinet lighting and holes in the bottoms of my cabinets. The list goes on and on and on. I dont want this to happen to anyone else!

Tiffany did my kitchen remodel about 15 years ago. It has held up great and I still love it.When it was time to remodel my bathrooms, I was pleased to find that Tiffany was still working and had a lot of experience with bathrooms as well as kitchens. She designed the remodels of both my guest and master bathrooms which were basically untouched since 1964. We did the guest bath first and when that was done and fully operational, we moved onto the master. Although they are both quite small, she was able to maximize the functionality and make them feel spacious and welcoming.I love them both. The guest bath is very modern with a walk-in shower and beautiful tile work. The master is also modern, but has a more traditional vanity that blends well with the master bedroom decor.

We had a positive experience with Kitchens Unlimited. They understood our style and and helped us create a kitchen layout that was much more usable with a good flow and all the finishes we wanted. We love our kitchen, best room in the house!

First of all this is more than a review. I want to give my deepest appreciation to Tiffany. I randomly looked up for help at Houzz.com for design/color/picking out items for my kitchen remodel. As the quality and then huge issues with my contractor emerged (eventually letting them go), Tiffany came in and went above and beyond. She recommended another contractor at the last minute and came to assist in the transition of contractors. She was very responsive as I emailed her with questions/advice. She came to my house to double check/personally deliver items. When there was an issue with a cabinet or two with the company I ordered from, she helped with that as well. She helped me narrow down the plethora of choices from wall paint to fixtures. With all the beautiful ideas on the web its hard to actually make a final choice and then commit to the items. It was an awful experience to be displaced during construction and to have to deal with big contractor issues. Tiffany went above and beyond. I think we all need a Tiffany in our projects and in our lives! Thank you again for stepping in and doing so above and beyond!

I called Kitchens Unlimited for my kitchen remodel. Tiffany was my consultant and my main contact person. She was able to get my thoughts and ideas come true and even better than I dreamed of. She was very knowledgeable about whole process and walked us step by step. She kept us posted at all times. She always returned all my texts, emails and calls. It is my absolute pleasure to write a review for Tiffany at Kitchens Unlimited. She is an amazing designer who did a wonderful job, designing my kitchen and guest bathroom. I had some general idea of what I wanted done. She listened to my thoughts and ideas and came up with the most functional and beautiful plan. The end result is a stunning kitchen that is user friendly and puts a smile on my face every day. The small bathroom is also quite pleasant and efficient, at the same time.Her vision and great sense of design and color is impeccable. She helped me choose material, color and she accompanied me many times to look at different options. Her choices were spot on. She helped me choose the most beautiful quartzite piece of stone for the angled kitchen island (that she designed) and suggested that I use a piece of that stone as a backsplash behind the stove. She worked with the stone fabricator and picked the pieces to use for the island and the backsplash. The result is breathtaking. My kitchen is now the gathering spot for my family.She converted my 50 year old guest bathroom into a slick and modern bathroom. She found the perfect shower door (Low Iron Starphire glass) which does not have the green tint, passes the light through but completely hides the shower.Her positive attitude, patience, and attention to detail is invaluable. She is very resourceful and has a long list of referrals for different remodeling tasks, if you need them. Her collaboration with my contractor made the whole process go smoothly and efficiently. They were a great team.I highly recommend Tiffany and Kitchens Unlimited and will work with them again in a heartbeat.
