I cannot say enough good things about J&S! Nine years ago we had Joe re-glaze a cast iron tub & tile wall surround in a rental property we own. Even with 4 different sets of tenants in that time, it held up so well! When the wall tile glazing finally needed to be redone, Joe came out and cleaned it all up for us, and did a bonus re-glaze on the tub interior while he was at it. Joe is a cheerful personality, professional and diligent. He left the place neat and tidy and thoroughly explained how to care for the glaze to make it last another 9 years. Highly recommended!

Our bathtubs were in very bad condition with several chips and rust around the drain and overflows. Due to the condition of the tubs we figured we would need to replace them. Joe arrived fifteen minutes early (very much appreciated). He was extremely polite, personable, and easy to work with. This was a repaint job which meant he had to strip the old paint off first. He did a marvelous job. The tub looks new. The caulking he did was absolutely perfect. Excellent workmanship!!!!

J&S Tub & Tile Refinishing helped us with a condo rental we are preparing to put up for sale in Walnut Creek. The tenants were there for a very long time and the bathtub fixtures were in bad condition. For both bathrooms their process was two days. They removed the old shower doors for us, cleaned, repaired the holes from the tracks and refinished both units. The finish on the units made a huge difference. They did an amazing job! They showed up 10 minutes early for the job on a Saturday morning in downtown SF.The original tub and sink were from 1906Standard cast iron tub - that’s prolly been through hundreds of tennants before I finally decided it was time for a serious restoration.
