I reviewed the bios for the barbers (great feature BTW) & chose the one I wanted.Karina is a great barber with outstanding customer service skills! Great communicator!! It was the best & quickest 30 minute haircut I ever got!!She’s definitely my new, regular barber!!

Michelle was professional and very child friendly with my ten year old grandson, putting him at ease immediately upon introduction. She is a talented barber, able to transform his head of hair (2 years without a professional haircut) into the modern summer cut that I recommended. Bravo to Michelle 👏🏻

Please review before visiting.I had my hair cut yesterday and everything went fairly smooth. So I thought... Today my family informed me something was off. This really caught my attention. As everything seemed fine leaving, and there in lies the problem.- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -Not only was I never told of what had happened. I was never shown the back either. I was allowed to pay ($45) and tip ($10)... without ever knowing. That is the part that I find most disappointing. I understand mistakes happen. But not taking ownership, is a very big deal for me.Allowing me to pay and tip, knowing the work that had been done, is unforgiveable.- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -Please do not reach out. You cannot mend the trust that was broken.

Excellent local barbershop. With eight (8) Uncle Classic Barbershops in the Nashville area, they have fine-tuned their business impeccably. I was able to book a last minute appointment and my barber was both professional and skilled as a barber.With the pandemic in full-swing, I probably wait a little longer than I should to get my hair cut. But masks were required for the appointment, and temperatures were taken at the door. Everything about my visit was exceptional⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

She worked with me and talked me through cutting my hair making a great suggestion for me. I’ve struggled because of my hair being thin and having multiple cowlicks. Beware! I used the online appointment system and got confused about the day I had booked. They REFUSED to reschedule and keep my $40.I had been a costumer for a while and really liked the place. Be careful about giving your credit card to them in advance... they will charge it.

She is always on her A-game and always makes you feel at home when youre sitting in her chair. Great place to get a haircut. They do a great job and take their time. I love the appointment system. They dont really take walk-ins which is nice because when you make an appointment, you dont have to wait as long.

Ive been coming here for a few years now after having tried other locations closer to home. There are plenty of barbers on staff here which allow you to find someone that is consistent and understands your style. The barbers are friendly and the shop is kept clean. Online appointments are recommended but they will take walk-ins if there is availability.I bring my boys here as well to get haircuts because the budget places are inconsistent.

Ive been getting my hair cut by Taryn for more than a year now. She does an excellent job and is easy to talk to. Ive already recommended her to several folks. I even went ahead and paid for a bunch of haircuts in advance! I dont plan to go anywhere else. And seriously - spring for the wash which is really a scalp massage in disguise.

I received an awful haircut, there where actual patches of hair left long and the cut is uneven and not what I asked for. A basic mens haircut is not that difficult and I will NOT be going back.

50/50 chance of a good cut depending who you get. Look into it. Looked like a chip saw was used In my child’s hair last week. Probably won’t be back.

For the past three years I have been a faithful Uncle client. The shop is always clean and friendly. I started using Michelle Snyder as my go-to barber almost two years ago. The girl is a rockstar. I always leave feeling like a million bucks. If I could give Michelle (and Uncle) more than 5 stars I would. If you haven’t had Michelle cut your hair, give her a chance. You won’t be disappointed.

Visited the shop today for a quick cut. Everything about this place seems nice at least for 1st time visitor.I called initially to see how busy they were. They had an opening so I committed to the appointment. When I arrived I was greeted and offered a drink. The shop is a bit small, but it has enough space for couple of +1 or +2 to sit while you are getting a cut.The cut was uneventful, I am not one to make chatter, but Kara was pleasant.The shop was not busy when I arrived, but few people walked in after I did. (Seemed like all of them had appointments, so I am not sure how the staff deals with a walk-in.) The shop is convenient if you are already in or near the outlet shops or Kroger. I really cannot think of any other concerns a person might have, as the outlets provide plenty of parking.The pricing seems reasonable

I have had some exceptional haircuts at Uncle and a few pretty poor ones. My last experience was not the best. The conversation was fine, even though I prefer to just get my hair cut in silence. The bigger issues were that my neck line wasnt trimmed - I had to get my wife to do it at home - and the barber didnt shave my neck. She seemed to hold the razor flat against my neck and just wipe the shaving cream away without cutting any actual hair. It is frustrating to spend significantly more to get my hair cut at Uncle, only to receive the same service I would get at great clips (something she mentioned more than once as her very recent employer); as well as having to correct the cut at home.

Best barbershop hands down. Go to the one on Franklin Road. Tip them well! They work hard.

My dad had just been released from a long hospitalization and felt terrible because he was looking a bit scraggly. The barber went the extra mile to make sure my father was groomed back to his normally high standard. It went a long way towards making him not feel like he was still a patient.

Made a reservation online on Oct 31st and today (Nov 3) AFTER services had been rendered, was told that because they increased prices on 1st of the month I had to pay the new price, regardless of what the reservation clearly stated. Cut was very good and staff friendly. Update: I was contacted by home office and got the difference refunded. Glad to see them responding in the end, so updated my review accordingly

Can’t speak for adult haircuts, but do not bring your children to have their hair cut here! I brought my two year old and 6 year old in and both cuts were beyond terrible. Random chunks were cut and I literally thought it was some sort of prank lol I had to make an appointment somewhere else the following day to fix their hair.

Once I found Uncles Ive never gone anywhere else. Chrissy is the best, and really knows her clients. The entire staff is friendly and professional.
