I took my car in for a simple oil change and was told it would take 45 minutes to an hour. Instead it took 4 hours. Its not like my car was waiting for a bay either. They took my car back almost immediately and then just let it sit there doing nothing for hours.

Save yourself time - don’t go anywhere else. These guys are amazing. Super polite! And they topped my air off at no cost when my tires were low! My husband is about to get new tires, and this is hands down where he will go!

Friendly staff,got me in pretty quick beings was spare of moment needing a alignment. Was a little wait but was same not and not Monday like other places. This was on a Friday

Had a great experience with Tire Discounters. Valet service allowed me to work from home while a driver came and took my car to get 4 new tires and an oil change. Car came back in a few hours and everything was great. Pricing was very competitive and the full synthetic oil change was only $50 which blew my mind. Highly recommend Tire Discounters!

Set up an appointment over the phone with “Lorne” for an oil change and a specific tire that he recommended after a lengthy phone conversation. He was very polite and informative.When I arrived for my appointment—on a donut—I was told that *not only* did they not have the tire in stock at all, but that it wasn’t even ordered, and unless I had planned to leave the car overnight, they wouldn’t be able to service it. A white-haired gentleman named Tom at the desk proceeded to explain that Lorne had worked in a call center and that the employees there “had no idea what they were talking about.” Further, he told me that this location was staffed with four mechanics out of the recommended 12, and that they couldn’t retain employees for some reason. But they were hiring, if I was interested!So, Tom and I proceeded to make another appointment, because I had plans scheduled for that evening and no secondary ride. Considering I work overnight shifts, he assured me that if I came in from work directly, my car would be quick work.My appointment was at 8:30, so taking Tom at his word, I made a Doctors appointment for 11.My car wasn’t seen until 11:30.But at least they had the tire this time.

Setup appt online and dropped off over night. Received call mid day to pickup. No hassle and easy process. Spent less than 5 mins scheduling and paying for work.

Go somewhere else! Went for a flat tire dropped my wheel off on Saturday. Got it back Monday with it looking the same exact way i brought It to them. called and then took it to another location where they said that by the look of the tire there was no way this location even tried to plug it correctly. was told never to go to this location again.

I wouldnt recommend coming in this place at all. I bought 4 tires from here and they didnt even bother to put the caps back on. They broke one of my tire stims and never said a word, I got in my car the next morning to find I had a flat. On top of all this the staff are a bunch of con artist, The guy I worked with told me I get a free tire alignment through this other shop called The Mechanic, that was a bold faced lie. I dont know what kind of shady deal these two shops have worked out but I would steer clear of both of them. This place is the reason nobody trust business like these. they will say whatever to rip you off.

They are friendly, and always helpful if you have a flat or need air. Appointments are the best way to schedule a service as they are busier than ever.The tires they sell are not always going to make the long haul. The last time I brought our car in there for a rotation the fellow told me that I needed new tires now, based on clearances. They had not gone the duration of the warranty. Keep in mind that we are older and quite easy on tires and wear & tear. I was not particularly happy about this. In addition to the premature wear the car has a rumble to it at certain speeds. This can only be explained by the tires. They are just not that great and ultimately failing in durability.They do everything right there, regardless. I would suggest that you check their pricing on medium and high duty tires before just throwing down a credit card. The more inexpensive tires they offer may not be worth the savings. Spread the love around a little and allow some of the other old-school tire places the opportunity to earn your biz. I will not automatically assume they are the best price on the block for quality tires.

Cant say enough good things about this location. Needed new tires, and got a great price. They pick my car up at my house and brought it back, for communication the entire time. Final price was actually less than what I was originally quoted, so thats always good :-). And when I discovered another little issue with my car that I couldnt place, a clicking sound while driving, they took a look at my car and took care of the problem for free. Everyone was pleasant, life is good. Will definitely be returning.

Took my car with an unexpected tire leak. They got it fixed, but the wait was almost 2.5 hours. Seems the company should consider a non-appointment, one-tire-only bay that doesnt to anything by expedite these situations. I bet alot of customers would like that.

I wish I could give this company negative stars. The issues I’ve had over the last few months with the brand new tires that I purchased is a nightmare that I would not wish on my worst enemy! Not only are they not taking responsibility but wants me to pay more money! This is absurd and ridiculous! They have put my life and my children life at risk. You would think there would be a little more empathy and compassion.

Friendly crew but I dropped my car off at 3:30 for a 4pm appointment. They said come back at 6(when they close). Showed up at 6 and they hadn’t even touched my car yet, still in the same parking spot. I asked if I just needed to come back another day and I was told it would be ready in 30-45 minutes. I didn’t leave until 7:45pm(once again they say they close at 6pm). No apologies, no nothing just acted like they were right on time. Scheduling and communication needs some work

Been to this particular tire discounters a few times and then each instance was ignored and never waited on; even though the person behind the counter was staring right at me. Just saying it would be nice to be acknowledged. Don’t waste your time

The Skip the Shop option (having TD pickup and drop off your vehicle from your house/work) was a good experience. Aaron picked up my truck on time and kept me in the loop on when it would be returned to me.

I have been here a few times and even bought tires here a couple years ago, but here lately service has been terrible. I have went in and called a few times about minor things or to make an appointment for an oil change and everyone I speak with acts like they could care less if they got my business or not. They always seem to be “booked” for the day and don’t even try to make you feel like they can work something else out for you or work you in. I always feel like I’m bothering them when I call or come in even though that’s their job. I called with a situation this morning and it was “sorry can’t help you we are booked and have two lines at the door.” I then called Discount Tire and they immediately were like we are booked but go ahead and come in and I’ll check you in and we can make it happen. They didnt have the exact tire I needed but found one very similar and got me in and out so I could get to work. Was a very easy and friendly experience and will definitely be going to them from now on. Y’all might need to get more people friendly employees working the front desk and answering the phones so the mechanics can focus on what they are doing because it’s not looking like I’m the only one that has dealt with this issue.

Great service when selling $1200 in tires but when needing rotate and balance its always 2-3 hrs and theres only 1-2 people in waiting room. Terrible customer service, always a new manager every time I go there. They must pay for the good reviews. No more, will use Discount Tires next time they get thinks done right.

I took my work truck here to get tires, oil change and alignment. They were under staffed and couldn’t do the alignment the same day which was fine and they let me know that on the front end.When I brought it in I let them know I wanted the brakes looked at because I was hearing grinding. They said the would look at it for me.When they called they didn’t mention the brakes so I asked and they stated they looked at them. They said they were worn but still in good enough shape that I didn’t need to change them.When I picked it up I asked about them again. They pulled the records and said they were rated 5 out of 5 and everything was good.When I drove the truck home I could still hear grinding. I called the next day and advised that I did not think they had been looked at. They said they were looked at and they were fine. When I advised about the grinding I was told that it was normal and it would stop. They did offer to recheck them if I brought it in.So I took the truck to another shop. The back passenger side has a locked up brake caliper that had been damaged more because the rotor ate through the pad and into the caliper causing it to leak brake fluid. The rotor pads and caliper needed to be replaced.They were great about everything else, but my frustration comes from the fact that I told them what the problem was and they ignored me.

If I could give a 0 star I would. Went for tire repair yesterday. Was the a absolute worst Tire Store experience I have ever had. They are not friendly, unorganized and just flat unprofessional. Then I noticed when I got home they left the valve stem cap off. Went back this morning and waited very patiently in line(only 2 people in line with 1 person working) it was my turn and told the gentleman and he pointed to the garage area and said go ask 1 of those guys out there. No apology No nothing. The went to garage and waited for at least 5 min for someone to come over to me. There was 1 car in the garage at the time.

Great staff. I bring all of my vehicles here. I trust these guys to take care of me. Very supportive of the the military.

Came in for an oil change/safety inspection and my bank was having issues so my card wasnt working so they freed it out for me. I called later after the issue was resolved so I could pay them back and the said not to worry about it as long as I keep coming back which I definitely will

Based on other reviews, Im actually at a loss on why my experience has been so bad. A few weeks ago,I used the online tool to request an appointment on a particular day. It said someone would confirm it.. Someone called me from corporate to see if the store had confirmed my appointment. I let them know that no one had. He apologized and said someone would call me that day. Never happened. Not that day, or the next or anytime since. So I chalk it up to Covid. Fast forward to this week. I go online, pick out the tires and set an appointment for valet pick up. Based on the description online, they will come get my car at the specified time and return it once the tires have been replaced. I received an email confirming it and another reminding me of it. Well that time came and went this morning. No one showed. No one called. I called the store and the phone just range and rang. Guess they dont need my business. Id love to know what happened but Im not going to beg a company to let me spend $1,000 with them.

I had a poor experience with an oil change. My bad experience was compounded by the manager’s unwillingness to do anything to offset their mistakes.I don’t believe you should trust this group to do any work beyond tire changes. A car engine is too expensive to risk in the hands of a group that specializes in tires.I asked for contact information for a regional manager and was refused.

Stopped in to get a second opinion about my sliding doors on mini van. They were possessed and would close on my kids and not open or I’d have to push the buttons 5 times to close. Just hoping for a quote to fix that was less than the $711.00 I just got the day before telling me my rollers were damaged. Frustrating bills like this right before Christmas. Tire Discounters were kind and took time, opened the doors, closed the doors. He came out with an oil spray and lubed up the hindges and rollers. Fixed. Seriously, just all fixed just like that. I then asked (since I just saved 711 and knew my tires were questionable.) He’s said my front ones were fine, my back ones he would change. So they fit me in just like that. Amazing. So grateful for honesty and people who care about people not just making a buck. AND they gifted me a free bottle of the oil spray!!!

First warning should’ve been when I called to get a quote on rear drum brakes, the guy quoted me for rotors and drum brakes but drum brakes don’t have rotors. I made an “appointment” and figured I’d sort it out with them then. If I didn’t feel comfortable with their answer I wouldn’t have them do my brakes but I still needed new tires. Didn’t think that’d be too hard.When we got there for my “appointment”, I’m pretty sure it was the same guy but this time he knew drum brakes didn’t come with rotors. Then they didn’t have the tires I asked for in store, though I had been told they did when I had called previously. He said they had the tires at their local warehouse and could get them today. So we decide to drop the car off for drum brakes and tires. All of this did not instill much confidence in me either.When we go to pick up my car, I’m glad I checked it out before going in to pay. First off, the new tires weren’t even on the rims all the way and you can see the glue or adhesive- see picture. Then I noticed the valve caps were missing. I go in and ask the guy to come outside to show him some things. He did not see an issue with it and tried to point out another car’s tires that he said looked like that but they weren’t even close. I asked to speak to one of the guys that worked on my car. Another gentleman comes out, takes a look, says that can happen sometimes. I explain I’m not comfortable with the way they look and ask if they can put my old tires back on. Oh and if I can get my valve caps back on too. He says sure, goes in, comes back with two mechanics and they say it shouldn’t look like that. So they take it in, put my old tires back on and this time they have valve caps but they’re green. Green valve stems means the tires are filled with nitrogen. I thank the guy for putting my old tires back on and go inside. I get the very first guy I’ve been dealing with, I mention the green valve caps and he does not seem to understand or care. I ask for them to be replaced with black ones, I came in with black ones, I expect to leave with black ones, especially if my tires aren’t filled with nitrogen. So one of the mechanics goes out there to change them, my husband goes out there to ask about them and the guy explains that’s what someone else handed him so he put them on. As he was out there I try to check out and pay for the brakes but the guy says he thinks I don’t have to pay for anything. The other gentleman up there is taking care of something, they seem to switch so he can check me out because I guess I do owe something (of course). I pay for the brakes and leave. At no point did they apologize or show any care or concern for the crappy job they did. If they were having an issue getting the tires to fit, they could’ve called and told me about to see what I wanted to do. Or at least check over the work that you do. The tires not fitting correctly is one thing but simply not putting valve caps back on, that’s a careless mistake. Very disappointed, frustrated and now I’m concerned about the quality of job they did on my brakes. Wish these were easier things to do on my own because I would rather just do them myself.

This place seriously sucks. I called yesterday and they told me today at 12:30p was a good time to come in and get new brake pads. I left work 2 hours early and got there at 12:30p. Whoever works that front desk should seriously be let go. They are not qualified whatsoever. I wish he had a name tag on or I had gotten his name but I didn’t. I did not, in fact, have an appointment. He told me it would only be about an hour though, so I waited. I let two hours pass while my car just sat in the parking lot. They never even brought it into the garage! And I was supposed to have had an appointment to begin with!!! Seriously, if you’re reading this and you work at this location or you own it, please understand, people lose money, leave work early, for stuff like this! Now, I have left because I have to get my son from school, and my brakes still need to be worked on!!! I have already emailed TD support and I will not only never return here but I will spread the word to my neighbors and friends to also not go here.

Matt, David, and the rest of the crew there are awesome. Been there multiple times in the past year with tire issues due to construction around my job downtown and they have always made sure I get taken care of. They never try to upsell and they make sure Im informed if they see an issue other than why Im there. Definitely recommend them!

Honest, efficient, fair pricing. Ive used this place for brakes and oil changes, so far. They do good work, and get your car back to you by the promised time. Perhaps Ill try their air conditioning service.

Went in for tire patch, asked if I got the tires from them? I did not he then said it would be about an hour and half. Waited an hour and 45 min later still no update on when they could get to me! Maybe if I bought my tires from them I would have gotten in sooner. If time means anything to you don’t bother with them.

Less than 14k miles on tires and shows bad thread wear. Tires has 50k miles warranty and bought their tire warranty as well. When they installed them they did alignment. Went to the store today 3/21/20 and told me there are nothing they can do about it. 0 customer service and effort given. Always deal with discount tires without hassles like this. Never coming back.

I called before coming in and Tyler was friendly and welcoming on the phone. Nick and Joshua took the time to show me where my oil leak was and even found a power steering leak I was unaware of. I appreciate them looking out for me. I will definitely be back.

Refused to fix flat because they claimed tread measurements were too low. Then tried to hustle a sale of 4 tires. Amazingly, a more reputable store up the street had different measurements. Flat repaired and Ill buy from them when its time to replace.

The guys that my local tire discounters at the corner of Concord Road and Nolensville Road are awesome! They knew I needed my car back quickly you got right on it did an excellent job and even gave me a break on the price. They have earned my business and I will be there every time I need tires for my family’s cars. You guys are great!

Quick, convenient, easy oil change. I made an appointment for 8a and was out within 25 minutes, and was very happy with how affordable it was compared to the quick change places around town. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer!

I’ve tried to give this place my business three times now. Each time was a complete waste of my families time. First, my Wife had to wait over three hours WITH an appointment scheduled a week ahead of time. Then they told her she needed a full brake job. Her dad and I pulled off all the tires at home, inspected the brakes which were fine and have many ten’s of thousands or miles left. It’s good to inspect but a lot of time wasted and would have been a big unneeded expense had she not known better.Next, I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Again, took all day with an appointment but no big deal sometimes you need to wait four plus hours. When I got my car back, they not only didn’t rotate my tires as SPECIFICALLY asked. They also left the caps off the valve stems. Okay, a little aggravating but whatever.Lastly, I attempted to get a tire repaired. Their was a nail right in the center tread. The gentlemen took about a five second look at the tire and said they couldn’t do it because of “dry rot,” on the tire. And that I would need to purchase a new tire. I wasn’t born at night, there was zero dry rot. I took my car and went to two other competitors. One said their was no dry rot and we had a good laugh. The salesman’s was honest with me and said it would be 4-5 hours before they could get to me. I went to one other competitor, again told them about the dry rot and they all laughed. They fixed my tire within an hour, for free and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. It just so happens I am in the market for new tires on another car. I will hit those other two establishments as they were honest and earned my continued business.I’ll Never going back to this place again! Too bad because they are literally a block away. Oh and please don’t call me, I gave you three chances and you failed on all three...

I was a walk-in customer in need of a flat tire fix. The gentleman at the counter was so polite and taken care of my needs very promptly. He was working by himself at the time. Answering the phone, making trips to the bay area and checking out customers that were already there before. He stayed kind and gracious and attentive. Dont know what yall are paying him but its not enough because customer service in almost a thing of the past. Saved $200 on a set of tires compared to Pep Boys. Had some brake problems too & the results were fantastic. 14 year old car & the brakes are as good now as when it was brand new. I now realize how poor the last couple of brake jobs at Firestone were. Will recommend & keep returning.

Ive been here now numerous times after purchasing our tires here. Everyone is always so nice, and they get me in and out quickly, which is a huge help since Im always have my infant daughter with me. I would definitely recommend this place.

Matthew saved the day for me. I was stopping in Nolensville to see family along the way from coastal North Carolina and on my way to California, when my front left brake caliper seized on Nolensville Pike. They were the nearest shop and I arrived with my Ram 2500 looking like there was a bon fire coming from the rotor. Matthew immediately came outside to check on me and after I dropped the trailer, they immediately had the truck in the shop. About 2 hours later I was back on the road to see my family and ultimately continue the drive coast to coast. They took the time to look over other things to make sure my wife, the dogs and I would be safe. New calipers and pads are working great all the way to New Mexico now. Matthews customer service and the crews hard work was outstanding, would reccomend to travelers and locals alike.P.S. Promote that man Tire Discounters!

Staffs are always welcoming. I have used them four times for replacing tires on two of my vehicles and other two times for replacing a wheel. Everytime I used them I had no complaints. Their price is very reasonable and relatively less than the ones around them in my experiences. They were quick and provided great tire services on all my vehicles. Highly recommend!**EDIT** Yes, that was my review from over 2 years ago. They used to be that good but not anymore. Everything changed and went downhills, especially the horrible services from current staffs. I will be bringing all my four vehicles elsewhere from now on.

They have a lot of good deals. Friendly staff, clean environment. Pay close attention in the purchasing process. They will make it sound like its included when its not. Example warranty on the tire, theyll be talking like its included with the standard installation when its a totally separate thing. Spent more money than i wanted because of that. Lesson learned wont happen again.

This location of Tire Discounters is fantastic. We have two vehicles and have had both of them serviced here for many years. Yesterday was another great experience with the staff and their services. Its a little further for us to drive to this location in Brentwood, but the experience is better.

Fast, when I say fast I mean Really FAST! Friendly, extremely knowledgeable. I use Tire Discounters for all my maintenance needs. My vehicle has 90K on it now and by following their recommendations its still in tip top shape.

You can save money by buying same products here instead of paying more at car manufacturer service-centers. Conveniently located in shopping areas where you could buy lunch or get some shopping done while you wait for your car to be serviced. Very nice waiting area with designated places to sit, work on computer, watch tv, let children play at small-scale table with chairs, and have a snack. Very clean facility and kept like a brand new - even in the service bays where you can see cars being serviced. Customer service is offered in timely manner, with a smile. Thorough information at service counter results in best products for the money. People are taken care of quickly. No frustrated, pouting, neglected customers here!

I brought my car in for an oil change on a Saturday and left it. Later in the day I realized I had not heard anything and called to check on it. The store had closed for a holiday weekend and wouldnt open again until Tuesday. Luckily, there was one person left and he was able to take my payment over the phone and left the keys with the car until I could get there. If I would have waited any longer before calling my car would have been stuck for the entire holiday weekend. I was disappointed that they dont have some system in place to ensure all owners of the cars that have been worked on that day have been notified.

Good service, honest about need for work, reasonable pricing. Make appointment several days ahead and if person you speak to says you dont need one, go ahead and ask for appointment. Otherwise you risk finding your self in line for service behind multiple other vehicles.

It took 5 hours and me coming by multiple times, even though I was originally told 45 minutes to an hour. So not only did I miss most of a day of work, the person who was giving me a ride and decided to wait based on their original ETA also missed a lot of work. Peoples time is too valuable to just be wasted, I wouldnt come back here again if the service was free.

My car was overheating as I was getting close to Tire Discounters. I have a 60,000 mile warranty from my dealer. They looked at it, diagnosed it and did what I needed to get going. No charge. They are awesome. Such nice people. I will be back!!

I want to let everyone know how awesome Jonathan was at the Brentwood location along with the other employees. He was filling in for someone on vacation at this location. . He was able to help me with an awesome deal on my new tires and fix a problem with one tire I already had. He was a great representative of Tire Discounter. Samantha helped me decide on a new set of tires. She was very knowledgable about them and was able to give helpful advice to steer me in the right direction. The staff made me feel welcome and comfortable and the waiting area is very nice and stocked with snacks and beverages while you wait.

Their service may be good, but Ill never know. Today I had to waste 5 minutes standing at the front desk before anyone came to the counter to help me. There only seemed to be 3 people working. Eta 2hours to get a tire patched from a nail and $30.00 at that! They should know their biggest competitor does it for free. So I went to them instead.

Came back to have rebalancing of tires because one of the weights fell off in my driveway after a couple of weeks. Was hoping it would be a quick in and out. Not so. Only one person was here when I arrived. It took almost 2 hours. New customers that were soenspen money obviously jumped ahead of me. Poor service will not get my business in the future.

Came in Saturday for my car. My car was in no condition to drive and needed an alignment BAD. I walked right in, got my alignment, AND they also got out a seized lower control arm bolt for me AND installed the coilover for me.I appreciate their quick, hard work, and would definitely come back to this location.

This place is fantastic, oil change and rotation done in under an hour on top of them replacing a side marker light on my roommates car at no charge to him. Ill always make tire discounters my first recommendation.

The General Manager Jonathan refused to honor a warranty exchange on a brand new tire from there, because it would show as a negative on his books for that month even though they are supposed to honor warranty issues and the manufacturer would reimburse them in full (would show as a positive the next month). He cares more about how his books look for 1 month vs taking care of a customer

Both guys at checkin and check out were great! I brought my dad, who is hearing impaired to get new tires on his truck and he’s was so helpful to associate with myself and Dad! Same on our return, to advis us to come back every 3 to 5 thousand to take advantage of the warranty! Your team handled all our family’s tires and auto needs! Thanks!

Have brought 4 different vehicles here. I get each one back in worse condition than when i brought it in. Kept trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. No more. Do not bring your vehicle here. They dont know what they r doing. It sucks because they are so geographically convenient for me but oh well.

Update: I will be more specific in response to the reply below. I have attempted to call the shop to discuss with the manager but have not been successful. Make no mistake, management has changed and it was a change for the worse. ‘Anthony’ whom replied below specifically told me that (1) My tire could not be repaired because the hole was in the sidewall and that (2) A matching tire could not be sourced and that I’d need to buy four new tires. He was extremely presumptuous that I was going to go along with this - mind you the tire wasn’t leaking air to begin with - I brought it in with a plug and wanted a more robust repair.After deciding not to replace a set of tires with over 60% tread, I took the vehicle to NTB and Discount Tire which are literally next door to each other in Cool Springs. Both stated the tire was repairable as the puncture was more than 1” from the shoulder. Both could source the same tire the same day to replace it. If matching the wear was a concern with this being an AWD vehicle, the tire could be shaved by another shop in Nashville to match the diameter. I opted for the simple $10 repair.Had this chain of events not unfolded, I would have likely purchased a new set of tires from this shop within the next couple months for my other car. As it is, I will not return and I would not recommend this shop to anyone until it is under new management.As a final note, when I went to pick up my vehicle I called and asked for ‘Anthony’ and was placed on hold for over 15 minutes. I was able to drive from my home to the shop before anyone picked up the call from hold.My experience is that the current management values revenue over honesty and integrity. It’s your decision as to whether or not this is a place you want to trust.There are other shops in the area that are more reputable. I have had two unfortunate experiences at this location in the past 6-months: (1) Paying for alignment and balance and the shop not balancing all 4 wheels. (2) An attempt to up sell me on a set of tires when one needed repaired.

Everyone was very helpful & kept me well informed of charges, various decisions to be made & worked in a timely manner.

Ive been to this location a few times and the staff is always incredibly nice, the mechanics always do great work, theyre fast and have great prices.

The store manager always takes care of me and my autos. Always a great job. Even being short handed, I got in and out. Thanks!!
