Great Customer Service! We worked with Dorine. She was great throughout the experience. She really went beyond her expectations when she met with us after 5 on a weekday and put quotes together for us on the weekend. So amazing! From start to finish this experience could not have been better! We randomly went to this shop after being referred by my friend Madison. We were just going to get some ideas! Dorine was super helpful and so knowledgeable. She not only helped us to figure out what we wanted but helped us stay within our budget. We worked with Dorine to find a remnant piece of granite for our small aging cabin. She has been great through the process - and very responsive to my many questions via email. The job was done quickly and efficiently with extra help leveling our counter at the time of installation. A very positive experience.

Good customer service by David to define a solution to our needs, explain the process and get on contract. Scheduled work to meet our schedule and the installers (Elisio and Tyler) showed up as scheduled and did the work without any hassle. Workmanship excellent, pleasant to have around, and cleaned up when done. Overall, a great experience.

Customer service cant be beat!! Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Extremely helpful in helping us pick out a new countertop for our renovated kitchen. Many thanks to Dorine for going above and beyond, staying late in order to receive the delivery of our sink so that we could stay on schedule for our install! Install crew was fast and efficient, and what messes they made they cleaned up right away. Also, they made sure to take the time to advise us on the proper way to care for our new granite. We would highly recommend Dave and his staff, and will certainly be using them again in the future for our bathroom remodel!

My wife and I just had bathroom quartz counter tops installed as well as a matching table top on our new dining room cabinet. From the start of this project, the office staff (Nikki) and the installation crew were top notch. I was called to keep us up to date and scheduling the measure and installation date was so easy to accomplish. Glad we went with this company to purchase our quartz!

They did an amazing job. We got matching book end slabs (left and right meeting in the middle) for a perfect match on both sides of my kitchen. Nobody I got a bid from did such a meticulous job matching up both sides of my kitchen. It was flawless, the guy really aim to please and Phyllis really knows what she is doing. She actually let me go out to the slab and lay the pattern on the slab the way it was to be cut out so I got to keep the really interesting parts of the granite. Nobody else I talked to does anything like that. My kitchen is gorgeous and has about a 1 1/2 inch seam at the sink. Thats all for the entire kitchen and even though I know where it is I cant find it without really searching for it. Those guys who put it in are true craftsmen. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

We had Whittington Tile and Stone do the counter tops in our kitchen remodel. The entire staff was great to work with - responsive, responsible, good ideas, listened to what I wanted, good pricing. The owner Dave was terrific,honest, very fun to work with and had good ideas about layout and minor changes that added functionality to our new kitchen. His wife Phyllis also had good design ideas and offered numerous options to help me achieve what I wanted. I, without a doubt, would go back to them for any counter tops or tile work and will be referring friends and acquaintances to them, absolutely!

From the beginning to the end I had a pleasant experience. I primarily worked with Nikki but I also worked with Doreen. Both were so patient, helpful and willing to go out of their way for me. The only negative experience was getting my countertop rescheduled due to an issue but it was only by one day. Thankfully my schedule allowed for this. Plus, I rescheduled them the week prior AND changed countertops without them blinking an eye. The installers were also very friendly and obviously skilled. I am SO happy with my counters...I can’t wait for my kitchen remodel to be done so I can use it!!!

Once I found this hidden gem, I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. It is definitely worth the effort to go there. My countertops are beautiful! Having had granite countertops in my former home, I was concerned when I saw where the seams of my new countertops were placed. Now, if I didn’t know where they were, I don’t think I could find them. They are invisible! Everyone was helpful and friendly and I appreciated that they were forthright on pricing as well as the pros/cons of different materials. Customer service par excellence. I’ll be back!

There was no pressure and they were the only company that took our dimensions and on the spot gave us a quote that was far better than any other. The installation crew was professional and excellent, plus they did a quality install. There was a minor hiccup with the tile backsplash installation where the installer ran out of tile, but it only took one extra day.Lastly, any time weve had questions they have quickly responded to our emails and phone calls. Well look forward to working with them on our bathroom remodel.

I had David Whittington Tile & Stone install new quartz countertops for us. It was a pleasure working with Doreen throughout the process. She was very accommodating working through the process as the wife and I went back and forth on granite or quartz and color choices. Alecio and the install crew made the tear out (tile countertops) look easy. And they did a great job with the install. I will recommend David Whittington and his team for any future work that I know of.

We had Whittington Tile & Stone install the countertops for our kitchen remodel and I tell you what, their installers REALLY know what they are doing. We picked our pattern, they ordered it, then we met them at the warehouse to personally pick out the slabs. When they showed up, they went right to work and wasted no time at all. We have two seams and one of them you would not know was there unless I pointed it out. The other was entirely unavoidable due to the pattern we chose, but blends in so well that its only noticeable by the pattern, not the actual seam. They were really friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them for any stone work that would be needed.

Phyllis and her crew were very helpful in getting us the granite countertops we wantedat a good price. Had some problems fitting the sinks that we had ordered ourselves,but they worked with us to resolve them. Install was completed in one day....verysatisfied. We are now working with them to select backsplash tile. Good to dobusiness with an experienced locally owned company.

Whittington put in amazing new countertops and sinks in the kitchen and master bath. The install team was efficient, professional, and a pleasure to have in our home. Getting to install day was slightly less smooth. Our experience was impacted by staff changes in the show room and, until we landed with Phyllis, we were looking around for another company to do the job. Phyllis was enthusiastic and very willing to explain the process to us. She not only helped us with finding the stone we wanted, she helped us find high quality faucets that fit our budget. Our only challenges were miscommunications, such as update phone calls that didn’t happen. We were nervous when we came in to choose what sections of the slab we wanted as key parts of the counter, only to learn it was actively being cut as we spoke. Thankfully, the layout was beautiful. I would absolutely recommend Whittington to anyone looking for quality countertops. The only thing I would suggest is being proactive in your communication- clarify what you heard to ensure everyone is on the same page, and pick up the phone yourself. With this little tweak, our experience would have been flawless… just like our beautiful new counters!

Our experience with Whittington Tile and Stone was simple and positive. It all started with Kitsap Custom Tile putting us in touch with Dave, the owner of Whittington Tile. He came out to our house at no cost to us the next day and proceeded to educate us about granite. We visited his shop and to our surprise they had just received four new slabs of a stone by the name of Blanco Grabiella which my wife and I both liked. Through all the very helpful staff at Whittington we got immediate information and advice on what we could and could not do with this stone. Dave soon came out to measure out a template along with offering ideas. As soon as our cast iron sink was delivered, our installation was scheduled. The installers were polite, courteous and informational while operating in a clean fashion.We have no regrets about our Whittington experience to the extent that now we have been back to check out their tile for the next phase of our kitchen remodeling which is installing tile.At every level, everyone at Whittington was cooperative and helpful to us in every step of the way giving us a feeling of got it done.
