We used Brea Mortuary for my Mother, they came in the middle of the night & picked her up, kept her for while. Crystal was assigned to help me in the process & answered all of my questions (& I had alot!) She was very communicable via email & phone since I lived out of state. But when I finally got into town we met twice to speak/set up the funeral arrangements. We used the chapel & they provided a Decan to do the service. Everything was beautiful & clean, they even transferred her to her final resting place - which was another cemetery.
I am from Eastern Canada but grew up in Brea. My grandparents, father, and other relatives are all buried here and it had been 10 years since I was last out to California pay my respects. I phoned a week in advance to request the flower pots be dislodged so I could leave flowers. When my wife and I arrived, not only were the flower pots free and clear but they had polished and cleaned all the grave stones. My wife and I were so astonished Memory Gardens went so above and beyond! What ever ground maintenance worker did this blessed us beyond understanding! Thank you so much!
Ok,, unfortunately I have to give this place a 2 star for been insensitive one of the most sensitive times of our life’s, we choose Memory gardens Brea for my parents, the day we had to barrier my daddy they didn’t have the grave dug( hole not dug)so all 14 grandkids, mom and 4 of his kids had to watch them do it, we had enough pain and that add more sadness to it, and no body had the decency to take responsibility for it, they just forgot,, so sad!! You have to be more caring to peoples feelings and moments of pain,,,,
Well I have been going since 1978 when my dad passed and my mom 2005 also have Aunts Uncle there and friendsThis Mothers Day it was closed could only park on street and walk in over chainsI called the office and I was told it was ordered by Orange County. Well I checked and 60% of the Orange County Cemeteries were open yes open! So I don’t believe my answerMy mother’s flower urn was completely buried and covered with grass and my dads was not covered but supper hard to remove !!I have been very happy with this cemetery but not after this experience closing for such a special day ! For families
My mother and father purchased burial plots at Memory Garden Memorial Park back in 2003. This last year, both my parents passed away. The people at the mortuary coordinated everything beautifully. They provided every detail: flowers, pamphlets, music, chapel, lawn service and Pastor Tim Walton. I am so happy my parents chose this place years ago.
I love this place its a very beautiful cemetery my mother is buried here and this is where I would like to be buried one day
While mourning the loss of our Mothers 1 year anniversary an old guy in a golf cart rode to us and started to yell at our group. Threatening to kick us out if no masks were worn. Some of our family members have asthma and can not wear a mask. No one was around us at all! We were the only group in the area around my mothers plot. This was unprofessional and in my opinion unethical for an employee to be yelling at a customer. We paid for this, and should not have been treated this way. I wish we would have chosen another cemetery for my Mother.
My Parents, both sets of grandparents and my brother are buried there. I called today to purchase property there and the woman who takes care of the selling of plots was so unprofessional and rude. She has made me rethink about purchasing any more plots there. I can only imagine that her sarcastic and rude remarks have turned a lot of people off. Not a good image Memory Garden.
They were very professional and caring with our family every time we were there. My father passed away 14 years ago and Todd helped us. My brother passed away 2 years ago and Denise helped us. Now, my uncle has passed away and Chase is helping us. I love Memory Garden. We are like family there. My family is there. They are the best.
Since 1958 Memory Garden Memorial Park and Mortuary has served dually the communities in both Orange County and Los Angeles. This location in Brea is a full service providing Funeral, Cremation and Burial. They are family owned and operated and are open 7 days a week from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Visitation is allowed until dusk. Park ispeaceful and kept with loving care. Thanks for the kind service, presence and for serving our communities in both counties. Local to Brea and providing on-site service as to reduce stress/care for families in their time of need.
Mr McKinley l was here on August 6th and I was very disappointed with the way your business is being ran. I showed up to the front door, knocked several times and received no response because the door was locked. Luckily the church was open so I was able to walk through and eventually find my own way through. When I showed up to the reception area no one was available. After knocking on the door inside the reception area for EMPLOYEES ONLY Noel Vega came out where she told us our confirmed appointment was not on there board and she would be unable to help us. Needless to say a very small issue of someone forgetting to put an appointment on the board became a very large one after Noel Vega had a very poor attitude moving forward clearly making evident that we were causing an inconvenience to her day after a small scheduling error on the office administrations behalf. I was there to sign for my moms final resting place and I left feeling terrible!! If my mom wasn’t being taken care of while she was alive, what makes me think that your staff can take care of her when she is dead?
Beautiful place to say last goodbye to love ones.
Compassionate caretakers. The grounds are neat & tidy. A nice place to put a loved one to rest.
1st time we loose a member of my family everyone very helpful answering questions and very nice at all times
We had a very difficult out of state situation with relatives who passed away in Fullerton. Danielle and the rest of the staff at Memory Garden helped us navigate through California requirements and paperwork to accomplish the cremation and shipment of ashes to another state. There is no way to describe how much time and effort was spent by Danielle to get this done. Thank you all so much!
The people here are good at what they do. Accommodating, compassionate, friendly.
Great place. The staff are friendly and helpful during the service and made it a great way to remember the person we lost.
They are easy to work with, very compassionate and willing to go above and beyond to make this very difficult time as pain free as possible.
Such a beautiful and serene garden for a loved ones resting place
They did a nice job on my mom’s late husbands funeral.
I wouldnt go back there, not even with one of my family members, if these so called security guards are going to be abusive and lazy. Being on the phone texting while on watch. That is not a very good role model for society.
Very pleasant, Caleb was very helpful.
Very helpful and understanding.

I received an attention and above all I turned around and Im not ready for this thanks to all the workers of ahy, especially Rigo
