I was referred to Accord by my mother who used their cremation services for my grandfather just two months prior. I was relieved that they were so affordable. Ryan helped me and was very personable. I was able to complete the required paperwork by fax since I live in Northern CA. I felt confident that everything would go smoothly and I would have my fathers cremains on time for his service and they did not let me down. I ordered several personalized urns and keepsakes. All of them were beautiful and everything arrived as expected. I would not hesitate to use their services for your loved one.

We had an excellent experience with Accord burial and cremation. My husband’s mother was on hospice a short time before she passed but made it clear that she wanted “simple”. My husband had the time to research and make burial arrangements prior to her death. Initially, he was appalled at the costs charged by most mortuaries and their associated burial fees. He was pleasantly surprised to find that Accord offered the same services, the same options, the same support as high cost mortuaries but with much more reasonable costs. Although everyone was aware of my husband’s mother’s impending death, everything was still highly emotionally charged when she passed. Ryan helped immensely by taking charge. Ryan made all arrangements for the family from the beginning to the end for with kindness, compassion and consideration. He took the time to explain all the details with great patience and empathy. Ryan is a total professional and helped during a stressful time. My husband felt very comfortable entrusting all the details of his mother’s burial with Ryan. Ryan made a huge impression on all who attended the graveside service with his professional presence and concern that everything went according to the wishes of the family. Accord is a great company and we highly recommend them.

I know a lot about mortuaries and chose Accord for my Mom because we wanted a no-frills cremation and Accord has the best local price. The business owner helped me with the paperwork by fax and by mail; his son helped me to arrange the disposition of the remains. The gentlemen with the pick-up service Accord used were professional and respectful of my Moms remains. Everything went exactly the way it should.

Paid for policy in full in advance. it has been five months since I have paid them. They dont call back and their excuse is that they are extremely busy. Now that all paperwork is complete, they are only waiting for a policy number (3 weeks ago). Just hope that you dont die before you can get your policy number from them.

This was one of the single most horrible, unprofessional and worst experiences I have ever had with a. We dealt with Luis, the preparations were fairly easy, but after that getting my loved one cremated took OVER a month. I would offer help to move the process along. The family and I would never get any calls back after leaving messages or if Luis did happen to answer the main line I would constantly be told it’s in the works. When asking how long the process would take we were always brushed off call next week or we are busy with the holidays or “it’s in the works” or “we have to follow up by fax, we don’t make calls”. We were even told as far as the cremation we have 30 people here its first come first serve and to remember we are low cost facility”. So my loved one sat in a freezer for 30+ days. Once he did get released to the crematorium I asked how long it would take, Luis answer I dont know, depends how busy they are. I asked in his experience how long again “I don’t know and “call back tomorrow.” We never even knew what day he was actually cremated. Such disrespect for someone who has passed and these worthless and unprofessional comments I received EVERYTIME I called. I did check around after and cremation runs $600 around everywhere, I wish we had gone to a facility of people that cared and were knowledgeable.

He is very kind and compassinate in helping decide the details. Ted in Brea was very helpfull in accomodating the service times and arrangements for burial.THANK YOU!! for all you did for your family!! This is a very cost effective alternative to Mortuary services.

You get what you pay for and with this company especially. After many blunders I barely got my moms remains for her memorial which was almost two weeks after she passed. Rude, Tacky and I hope you have more money to go with someone else.
