Erick is absolutely amazing!!! 😁 I am so happy with my color and cut. He has fantastic ideas and is so helpful with hair tips and tricks. If you are looking for fun color at a very reasonable price, this is your place and Erick is your guy.

When I walked into the shop this morning, I saw two barbers sitting around on their phones and they said the wouldn’t cut my hair because I didn’t have an appointment. This barbershop has gone overboard. They should be called Floyd’s Hair Salon! If you want good customer service, don’t come here.

Terrible. My requests were simple. Mid taper, nothing off the sides. What did i get? A fade with the sides trimmed down. When I asked why the sides were cut i got “oh I had to trim it down so the top could lay over it” what the heck?? Big mistake coming here.

Got a haircut late on a Saturday night, 6pm, but noticed that hair around the ear area is not properly trimmed and nothing was cut where a Covid mask ear loop would be. I specifically asked if she needed me to hold the mask against my face while she cut that area, she declined. I was visiting family and its not worth driving 40 miles back to have them fix it. For $30 for a mens cut, in which my hair in shorter than finger length/slide fade to a #1, it should be done right the first time. I now have to pay another shop to fix it, waste of my time and money. The mark of a good haircut is how it grows out, any one can do simple mens cuts. First time and probably last time going to Floyds 99...

Went in for a shave no appt. waited about 20min. Pablo (barber) left my face with hairs at the bottom of my neck and cut my cheek. According to him i had skin irritation from letting my facial hair grow (see pics) he just put what appeared to be cover up and told me not to touch it till i showered at home. He than told me he couldnt get the hairs at the bottom of my neck because it would cause ingrown hairs or irritation.Well this is what i got . DO NOT GO THERE!!! $31 for a shave and im left like this. I just want my money back and ill get it done right elsewhere.

Needed a haircut on the fly. Walked in without an appointment and was greeted at the front desk as soon as I walked in. A barber, Eric C., was available and we started right away. I was cutting my hair myself (time constraints) and it was a mess. Eric did a FANTASTIC cut. I’ve gotten compliments on it, and as it’s grown out a little, it’s only looking better! He was super chill to talk to too. The place has a high ceiling and was very roomy. The atmosphere was great. And if you like good music playing in the background, this is the place. Love what they did to one of the walls. I highly recommend coming here. Thanks Eric and Floyd’s 99, you’re awesome!!

Went for the first time today and I went with Vince, I gave him almost no guidance on how I wanted my hair and he knocked it out of the park. The parking is always busy there so go early. At the end they give you a back rub and then you feel obligated to give them a back rub and you end up having a massage train going in the middle of the barber shop but it’s a great place definitely recommend it.

Pretty legit place for sure. Normally I prefer to have my cuts done by a man but this chick knew what was up I forgot her name but I know it starts with an r. Atmosphere was great the music was great overall everything was great the only thing I would like to see more of is more detail with the straight razor. When she did my part she just did it with the regular electric razor and in my opinion it just doesnt look as clean. Dont hesitate to check this place out.

I have been coming here since it opened and have never made an appointment. Im a walk-in each time. Sometimes theres a small wait, but its worth it. I have probably had my hair cut from each one of the hairstylists because I walk in randomly and I have never been disappointed. They are all talented to do mens, kids and womens cuts. I have an A- line graduated bob with a tapered nape and each stylist has a No problem/Got this attitude. It can be a complicated cut for some, but I have yet to feel like someone here was challenged by the cut. I get compliments on my cut daily. I refer people to this Floyds for the stylists and the folks at the front desk. The ambience is very cool and whimsical with the Rock n Roll theme on the walls, but still everyone is professional and super friendly. And I love how stylish the stylists are! They all have their own style. It tells me its a creative environment and they have a broader arena to deliver any style I can come up with.The prices have creeped up over time, but thats the price of doing business and its only a few dollars at a time. I used to go to hair salons and pay $40+ for my cut. Folks my hair is short! But this place has the same talentI would highly recommend this place.

As soon as you walk into the place you feel a really chill vibe and the hair stylists really know their way around a mess of hair. I went in with something on my head that another chain barbershop gave me (Ill give you a hint, their name starts with an S and ends with cuts) and after I walked into Floyds 99 they made my hair really well styled and totally exceeded my expectations. 10/10 would get hair cut here again for a long while

Im very sad to report I was highly recommended to go here for my beard and left with an uneven choppy short mess. If youre a beard guy you know were protective of them. The lady who botched my beard was very nice, and I even tipped her due to not knowing how bad the beard was when I left. As soon as I got to my hotel room and brushed through my beard I could see its uneven, shorter on one side more than the other, and generally very messy. This lady is losing you guys business. Its scary your beard barber is a person who does not know how to properly trim a beard. I obviously did not notice the botched beard trim or I would have complained. I will be returning tomorrow and speaking to a manager and will update my review then.

Well managed, operated and great haircuts. I have been going to Floyds for almost a year. Every haicut has been perfect. I even started bringing my son here for his haircuts. My most recent haircut was with Jessica. She is very experienced and professional.

Krista is the reason I keep coming back. I get my haircut bi-monthly and this has been my go to place since they opened. They have a convenient location with friendly staff and no updates. Its very relaxed and friendly.

First time here a few weeks ago to get my sons hair cut. Sara (not sure of spelling) sat down with us before proceeding to find out cut and style. I was sure at the end of our conversation that she new what we wanted but of course ones watching and was on edge. Went way different and cut off almost all his hair. Needless to say we wont be seeing her again. The only positive thing my son had to say was the massage that he received because he got his eye pokes by Sara. Nice atmosphere tho. Would totally go again with a different banner/stylist.
