The woman working the counter was very rude. She refused to help me with my issue in a very transparent attempt to upsell and charge more money. While I was waiting I heard her loudly complaining about her coworkers and observed other customers unhappy with the service. One other person stands out. She apparently was called in after being told her car is ready only to find it not ready.The gentlemen working in the back were polite and helpful.

I was on vacation and the place I booked to get my truck detailed canceled on me, but I took my truck here and they did a fabulous job. They were professional and helpful. There wasn’t a single person I interacted with that being wasn’t going above and beyond for me. I’d happily go here again and I appreciate the service I got here!

Ron and his guys do an amazing job always! Minor is always looking out for us as well!These guys are extremely detail oriented also visit Jose and have your oil change these guys always notify me if they see something else and they’ll take care of that as well nice to have a business that Cares that is local. A lot of guys working on the car but missed a lot of spots. I got the works but dont see the tires as any different from when I went in. Overall I would go back but wont be getting the higher priced services. Adjusting down to 1 star. Just looked at car again. The nose of the car looks like it was never washed. Extremely disappointed at this point. Not going back again after spending $27 for a lousy job. UPDATE: I went back. They were apologetic. I asked for a re-wash which they gave me. They paid much closer attention this time. I am satisfied.

They have TOO MANY employees to have such poor service. My car looks as if it was NEVER even vacuumed!! My front rubber mats were the only ones “washed” which is really just dipped in FILTHY water!! My hubcap came off during the wash. The center console was never even wiped down. I own a pet so I wasn’t expecting to get all hair removed but they didn’t even try. Because I left and went to a self service and got it up with NO PROBLEM!! Never again!!

It was all around an okay experience. I got the extreme works service. The exterior polish was pretty good, but there are tons of hand/fingerprints all over the exterior of the car. The inside was cleaned a little bit and the vacuuming job got about 60% of the sand/dirt on the floor/trunk. Ill probably try somewhere else first next time, but it was okay enough for a winter wash to just get the salt off. $30 was a bit expensive for me to have to go home and clean off fingerprints, get streaks off of the windshield and finish vacuuming though.

I have a nice sports car I went there with one purpose to get the bugs off... I specifically said please get the bugs off the hood and my car comes out with bugs still on the hood... they take no attention to detail or quality of wash. I will never go back

The manager, Minor, explained to me how it couldn’t have happened at the car wash, different color mark than any equipment they used there, but still buffed it out for me anyway. This was my first time here. If I could give no stars, I would. I did not enjoy being rushed out of my car when I was in the process of asking a question about the service I’m receiving. I did not appreciate being told “get out” multiple times. Also, the person who responds to these, doesn’t seem too concerned about lost business or customer concerns. The response is just “sorry for the inconvenience” or blames the customer and says “well you should have done this or asked for that instead“ Do better.

They do not do a thorough job cleaning and the owner is very disrespectful to his clients.

Dash was covered in water spots after my visit here, and the windows were terribly streaked and only wiped down 3/4 of the the entire window. Only sprayed down the passenger side tires, which stands out when comparing both sides... Mediocre experience at best. Got the extreme works, expected a bit more for what was advertised for the price.

This is our only express option in town but with that being said they do not do a thorough job on the inside even for an express place. We’ve had our car fully detailed here and that was excellent but the rush job leaves a lot to be desired. The guys are nice and will always go back in and re-wipe the areas that they missed but a bummer to have to ask.

I was going to get a car wash. I asked the guy about pricing on a regular exterior wash and he was annoyed about me Asking him the cost. Very rude and told me if im not willing to pay $20 plus tax for a basic car wash that everyone else charges $10 for that theres the exit and i can leave. Pretty much telling me me to get out the line. He was very unprofessional and arrogant. I didnt do anything to him just asked him a simple question how much is the cost.

Not my favorite they dont wipe off the water so theres always watermarks on your car but they are nice and the only car wash in town

This place is by far the best carwash I have been to and I have been to at least 4 others in and around the east haven/ new Haven area. Their pricing is competitive....service is top notch. They get you in and get you out while doing an amazing job. Would highly recommend their monthly wash plans.

They always forget to clean or shine something like tires they are always rushing you out. and they dont tell you to get the free air freshener.

I have been getting my car wash and very happy with the results and service so I decided try them for an oil change. It was a Saturday afternoon. I pulled into a spot for lube parking, waited and waited watching technicians looking at me and talking away like I wasnt there, finally one technician came to the back of the car he was working on and I said, Hello I need an oil change, rudely he said WHAT! I repeated and asked how long. There was one car sitting waiting parked next to me and two in the bay. He said Hour to an hour and a half, I said there is only one car waiting, with that he said rudely he had a bunch of cars waiting in the back lot. Walked away and laughed. I then left upset for the way I was treated and not believing a word he said. I decided to call, spoke to a women and told her what just happened, her response was who told you that? I describe who it was, with that she said there hasnt been an hour and a half wait for two hours, he told you wrong. With that I asked to talked to an owner, Jose got on the phone and I explained what just took place. He defended his worker and told me his staff was not rude and really had no answer for me. It just showed me why his staff was rude and why I was best taking my business elsewhere.

The interior is never done how Id like it. They miss places, but maybe you have to pay the big bucks for every surface inside to be wiped and cleaned. I dont go often enough to remember to ask this!

Just had my wifes car cleaned and there were still spots on the counsel, scrap paper in the door armrest, and dirt still on the glove box door. I asked for the Full Service and at $25 I will not go back. Been a customer of this place for twenty years and lately with the new management its not the same, sorry guys. This was their second try at getting it right for me.

People there are lovely. However, after spending $82 for oil change, my car was deposited to front of store facing Route 1. Impossible to exit RT 1 and get in line (out to street) on 12/22/19. Maybe have a preferred line whereupon customers having oil change can merge from oil bays and then enter their vehicle??? Just a vey busy day but left me wondering why not???

Get all my oil changes done here. Quick and inexpensive and you get a great car wash included. They check all the fluids and do a routine inspection as well to make sure there is nothing dire before you leave. Thanks to the entire team

Sooo DISAPPOINTED. Asked for the best wash and paid $28.70 plus $5.00 tip. My car wasnt even vacuumed, and I have a photo to prove it. There was still coffee on the door panel and dirt on the gear shifter and center console.Dont waste your money, do it your self.

CUSTOMER SERVICE ALERT!!! Take a pass on this place and go to a nother quick lube and car wash in the area on Route 1. I could not sit down fast enough and write this review. IF I COULD GIVE THIS BUSINESS A 1/2 star, I would!!! I just finished with a car wash which began with a car with NO mechanical problems. This was my 2nd visit here and my last.After my car came through THE CAR WASH, following a quick lube, I noticed it was being rolled out of the car wash and it wouldnt start ???? As Im watching my car and wondering what happened, an employee walks by me with a jumpstart kit??? When I asked him what was wrong he instantly took a tone and an attitude with me and said, I dont know lady...the car doesnt start. This is an older model car but in perfect working condition, with no mechanical problems, a strong battery and has been well taken care. When I asked how the car which just got an oil change and started up very easily, then was driven up to the car wash where I got out of it while it was running....I simply wanted some answers as to how in the matter of 3 minutes, the car was no longer running and DEAD??? With no explanation, I was asked to find the battery...Meanwhile, I was standing with 4 people from a garage that COULD NOT find a battery in my car. Its a European car .... so to curtail confusion, I went and got the user manual. No one could figure out how to solve a problem which started WITH THEM. NOW EXTREMELY ANGRY due to no explanation and a really bad attitude from 2/4 employees ....I then asked to speak to the manager. AGAIN, without an explanation they said to me, Lady, I dont know why your car wont start maybe its your car. One of them then laughed at me when I called them out on their behavior. Both of the arrogant and defensive problematic employees then walked away completely and told me to, Go find the manager yourself ... AND that it wasnt their problem... YET, IT WAS THEY collectively who were the ones who had possession of my car when this debacle started. By the time somebody located the manager, I had already waited 5 minutes for my battery to get located, my car to get jumped and a BASIC explanation. I started out professional and it went to a rather unprofessional exchange when I had to ask the manager, Jose, to deal with both of his employees who mocked me, laughed at me AND threw their hands up and walked away leaving my car AT THE EXIT LINE of the business. This manager said HE would deal with HIS employees. On the contrary, I explained that all of it should have never happened in the 1st place if he was managing and handling his employees.... none of their attitudes, their nasty exchange with a local customer, nor a failed battery would have occurred in the 1st place if this business and incident were managed correctly. There are plenty a car washes and oil lube centers to go to in Branford and East Haven. DO NOT MAKE THIS YOUR STOP. I drove away WITH NO EXPLANATION being told instead that I needed a new battery which IS NOT THE CASE. Even if they offered me a lifetime a free car washes for the inconvenience and nasty customer service, I wouldnt take it. IT SEEMS LIKE THE INMATES ARE RUNNING THE ASYLUM THERE....not the management... Which is probably why it happened to begin with! Not a nice thing to happen to a local customer who gave a car wash and oil lube center $200 or more in 6 months. AVOID THIS BUSINESS AND GO ELSEWHERE!!!

Seriously SOOO amazing! I called to ask what time they closed (it wasn’t showing on google) they said 6 and I said oh okay never mind, they asked me where I was so I told them how I was maybe 5 minutes away. I pulled in thinking they wouldn’t remember me or just close because it was literally 6 as I pulled in and they were all literally waiting for me!! They were so quick to help me and get my car cleaned out I appreciate them so much for it & their customer service!!!!

I usually come here all the time and have a pretty good wash. This time the cup holders were not even done. Besides the point not a huge deal. I go to leave my house for the gym a little later on and realize my Apple AirPod headphones were stolen from my center console.. went back so they could “help me look” they were no where to be found obviously and it’s their “policy” that none of the workers go in the center console.... took my name and phone number and that was it. My Apple AirPod headphones stolen over $100 with a distinct protective case over them. He’d let me know if they ever came about... I will never go back and I don’t suggest anyone else does!!

Very impressed with the service here. Perhaps a little spartan in the waiting room but the job cleaning the car and the fast oil change was awesome. They are my new place for service in Branford.

I have been using Branford car wash on and of for over 25 years I always thought that they were over priced, last week at charge of $22.00 for a full wash inside and out, out side cleaning good floor mats good then it stops there, cup holds, under the floor mats, door jams, dash board a compete mess I remember all of those items were cover plus you receive a lite coating of tire dressing, within the last year the quality has gone below average plus very overpriced, thank but no thanks.

They did a great job inside and out. I will come again!

Outstanding Job!Had a long scrape on the side of my white Lexus. It was uncertain until working on it if the scrape could be buffed/cleaned up...Juan worked a miracle and to my extreme delight..it was completely buffed out. Met the owner & counter staff was friendly & professional. This place was highly recommended to me and I shall pass on the same! A+++++

Horrible service, manipulative bully tactics to force young women to come out of their pockets. But that’s not the end...a bottle of medication vanished. I’m the first to give someone the benefit of doubt, but when we got it back, the seal was broken and that tells us everything. If you want trustworthy guys cleaning your car, DO NOT GO HERE.

They are really pretty bad. They never clean inside the doors and always leave mud. I go there because it is cheap, then I roll up my sleeves and grab a rag to finish the job. They are always ‘surprised’ by the dirt left, but you get what you pay for and move on.

Ive gotten good results at this car wash. Its a little expensive for your basic exterior wash but with a coupon the express wax @ 40 is a decent deal

Terrible car wash. Always have to wipe the card own after. Looks like smears all over Windows. Wheel deal still leaves rims dirty and spots all over the car. Misses areas along the wheel flaps every time. They look at you like Hawks for a tip though.So went back today because I had a gift card and same thing. Missed spots, dirty rims and spots. 3/16/18

I guess this is a you get what you pay for establishment. When I pulled in the owner came up to my window and was rushing me into deciding what I wanted. He explained the basic package and told me to leave the car go pay and wait out front. I went in paid, washed the car in front of mine come out of the wash first, the workers looked like they were panicking to rush through the interior of this womans car. Mine came to the exit, they did a quick wipe of the front and sides, didnt touch my roof and barely did the back. Somehow water got into my brand new car. I live about 4 minutes away, got out of the car only to see dirt spots still all over the front of the car and a nice scratch on the front of my car. Im beyond frustrated and upset. I paid for a service that I didnt get. Absolutely wild to me that they dont at least take the time to make sure the car was washed!

Very disappointed in my experience at this establishment. I live and work in Branford and I believe in supporting Branford businesses, but I CAN NOT support or recommend this business!!! I went into today, and it was not busy at all. I had a few questions and the manger was very rude, so I asked for the owner, who came out and he was EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!! Absolutely no customer service, and proceeded to tell me that they do not clean the interior of cars--Even with a car wash which states interior and exterior cleaning!!! I proceeded to travel a bit out of my way and went to another car wash in East Haven, who gave me wonderful personal touch service!!! Never will go to this establishment again!!!

TERRIBLE! They scratched my car all up, some deep gouges and chipped paint as well. Car was still wet after towel dry. Floor mats had muddy boot prints. Left wax all along the lower part of sides. All this for only $26!!! The scratches were the worst tho. I noticed them immediately, they insisted their machines couldnt have done it. I know every scratch on that car and these were not there before it went through their car wash. They were bright white and rough. The old scratches are faded and smooth. They tried to cover it up with some spray, but that just left a cloudy,streaky mess. They didnt even try to make the situation right in any way. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
