Office Manager Brenda Franklin was a pleasure to work with. While doing my Taxes she was very efficient and so informative. This was my first time at the office as a walk in. Been going to this location for 3 going on 4 years now. Brenda is amazing. Very thorough. Shes the sweetest person, so patient and professional. I have been going to the same Jackson Hewitt office 19700 for 3 years. The preparer Brenda has been a godsend for 2 of the 3 yrs. She is well mannered and explains everything she is doing while walking us through our returns. If there are points for being good at what they do well she deserves a 10 or better. This place is rundown and gross. Had a 1:00 appointment and sat there for 45 minutes listening to the person giving the previous customer a course on tax law rather than speak to us. My wife and I will never use this company ever again.

I stopped by to complete my taxes here and I was assisted by Brenda she was helpful and knowledgeable and ready to answer or explain any questions that I had. Definitely a great experience.

I came to this Office not knowing what to expect. I found Brenda who has fourteen years experience doing tax returns and twenty years experience with the U S Navy. Brenda was polite professional and explained everything she was doing. She did a very good job and waited until my Wife could arrive to sign the return. A very helpful and professional Lady. Hmmmm...... These people are LIARS ! Thieves and a SCAM !We went in here and was MISINFORMED information for our taxes .....They tell you if you pay $ 323.00 you can qualify for the quick advance money on your tax return within 3 to 4 hours and that the sum you get 1st depends on how big your return is ......NEVER ONCE !!!!!!!Was we informed that you ONLY qualify depending on your credit score ..This is their way of scamming people of 300.00 something dollars instead of just the 58.00 tax preparation ...Be very aware people !!Unless you have perfect credit dont use these people .
