Horrible listing agent. RUN! As a buyer in the current housing market it has been extremely difficult to find a home to meet all of my needs. I found the one listed about and submitted a full ask offer within the hour. My Broker and Agent both tried to get in touch with Mary at the time we were expecting to hear back about my offer. One of them was able to get ahold of the listing agent and unfortunately she was incoherent and unable to have any semblance of a conversation.The next day they both tried to follow up but were getting constant busy signals. Turns out the listing agent had both of them blocked!! It took my broker calling from a landline to get through to this lady. After buying and selling 4 homes I can say with full confidence this is the worst agent I’ve ever come into contact with. Even if she was selling the home of my dreams I would never attempt to work with her again. RUN!!!

Kathy Kemp is hands down the best realtor I’ve ever had. She was there for us every single day, helped us through every single step of the way. There is no doubt that this is who you should use.

Irresponsible people. Have to be on their ass to do their job, they say theyre going to call you back and never do. Its my 4th day sleeping in °90 heat because they wont send anyone to fix the AC. Do better.

Mike Fortini an agent with this company called our company Dunham Well Drilling to do a service call on a property they had listed. We go out there to do the service call because we understood it was an urgent matter, we get out there and he says we dont need you now and doesnt want to pay us for our trip and says he didnt confirm yet he called us for service. He was very unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend using this company at all.

Mary, the owner, is unethical, deceptive and is intentionally dishonest. Beware! Run from this agency.*** Get everything in writing and expect her to withhold specific details and documents. Additionally, you can expect her to leverage any monies or deposit you have provided to force you into terms that were never disclosed beforehand. ***
