I have not yet rented from James, but as prospective tenants moving from Indiana next month. He has been very responsive and understanding. And answered all of our questions late into the evening. It has been a great experience working with him!!

Found a house for rent on facebook. Contacted James about viewing the property, when I spoke to him he was very condescending right from the beginning. Despite his attitude i decided to make arrangements to see the house anyways. he asked me to give him a call the fallowing day to work out a time to view the house. When I tried to contact him at the time he asked, he ignored all my phone calls, and texts... I canceled important things I had going on just to go look at the house. but if this is the way he runs his business It’s probably for the best. I would never want to deal with this unprofessional customer service long term. Thanks for waisting my time James.

James and his team are responsive, good communicators and attend to your needs. They put your interests above their own and are a great resource for anything real estate. I highly recommend them and are great at leasing and management too!

James as a landlord was easy to deal with. His pricing was fair. We rented from him for a little over 2 years in the same property. The property was in good conditions when moving in. Anytime there were any issues and I advised of them, they were fixed within a timely manner and with notice. I would recommend him to others.
