A little over a month ago, I decided to subscribe to his emailing list. BIG MISTAKE. I have unsubscribed to his list over 5 times. Whats even worse, these emails are now coming to my personal account as well. This NEEDS TO BE FIXED - IMMEDIATELY.

I dont feel them as a genuine company. Plus they are saying that tey know all markets(without to be there) thats a big bs. I am a Real Estate Appraiser professional. And I can guaranty that if you are not there to understand block by block you might miss up the value and it will cost you. And i ask if they can give a waranty of the deal, if they weresure...and obviously they couldnt.... I am not familiar with the education product that they sale. But as business they rise enough question marks... Also i talk with the rep ...and he asked me a few real estate knowledge and understanding questions that i found them fine...then they ask to many personal questions like debs... Money that i personally have, amount in banks... Thats too much. Thay are not a fiduciary they cant get to such a level... And the rep was annoyed when i refuse to answer. My opinion... They are plenty of education that then only thing they want is cc ...and works fine... Dean G... Rich Dad... And best one i been Renatus ( i got all 3 educations) with their local Real ... Real estate communities....if anyone have any question i happy to answer.

This nagging ad company is a scam and are virtually unreachable to have removed from their email and phone campaigns.
