I could not be more happy with this UPS location. I needed help with a rather large order and called 4 local stores before getting the advice and hep I needed from Vicki at this store. She was patient, understanding, and helpful. Easily the best experience I’ve had with a shipping company, thank you!

Scheduled notary 3 days in advance, got a reminder, and showed up to find out a sign said no notary services. If you aren’t doing it, stop allowing appointments or call to cancel. It’s RUDE to make someone drive in for it to see a sign and it takes 5 minutes to call someone. This is the second store that’s done this lately.

The hours state that the store closes at 3. We had to return an Amazon package and this wouldn’t have even taken 2 minutes. We arrived at 02:53 and were told it was 3 and the store was closed.

Today gone to this store to send a parcel, unfortunately the servers were down on this store.. UPS store just pasted a notice on the door and locked the door from inside... Waited for almost 20 mins, lot of people came to store with big boxes and returned back with the same boxes.. There should be a process to handle this kind of situations, like manual hand written receipts etc, when the servers are up, it can be uploaded... UPS lost couple of business hours today, it would have gone to other companies..

I came all the way from plant city store after a bad experience with one of their workers and it was worth the drive coming to this store. I am not sure of the wonderful young lady who helped me out but she made me felt at home and service was EXCELLENT ! Thank you guys keep up the great work !

The staff are excellent and I personally have always been amazed at their professionalism and ability to securely send my paperwork or packages to where I need them to go. I especially appreciate this for the repeated packages sent to my college-aged son at his PO Box at school. They have his address in the database which makes it super easy to send things to him.

I guess customer service is out the window in this location . My bf was there around 8am this morning on 07/09 the blonde lady who was working the counter snatched the package from his hand only because he wasn’t wearing his mask ( he had it in his pocket) she rudely told him that if he’s not going to wear a mask he shouldn’t leave his house . He was putting it on when she then rudely snatched the package from him. Totally unacceptable. He told her to have a good day only for her to turn her back on him as a way to dismiss him. This location needs to revaluate who they are hiring .

They have two rude young ladies working at this ups location. Wow! Terrible customer service! I walked in and she was snickering to the other worker. I asked her a question they looked at each other, then burst out laughing.Then started to answer my questions very disrespectfully. When I asked to make copies prior to shipping, they did not respond. I just walked out!

I had great experience at the store. The attendant was very professional, he went out of his way to help me reproducing my document, and even when the printer/fax machine didnt send the message he went out of his way to help. Friendly, courteous and polite. I dont have enough words to describe how I felt... (was printing and sending a legal document that had to be there ASAP). It was time to close and he went out of his way to help me. Thank You!!!!!

Awesome experience, I walked in and there was a woman All the way in the back office who promptly got up and said she could help me on the last register. She asked what I was in for, told her it was a return she scanned and said have a nice day. Super smooth transaction and would go there again for sure!

I came in this morning (01/09/19) to return two Amazon packages. I forgot to print the return labels prior to coming but was told I’d be able to send the return labels to The UPS Store email & it could be printed there. The lady was so nice & didn’t complain when it took the second label a little longer to come through. She even taped up both packages....The Post Office normally charges for that!I would definitely use this location to ship future packages.

Great customer service, staff is always friendly and fast. Tristan is the manager at this location and his leadership truly shows. The store is always clean and in great shape and if they are busy he will always jump up to help. Besides the fact that I need to ship things and its proximity, management (Tristan) is the reason i choose this location over any other one. Great job guys, Keep it up!

Sent a print job to this store from the website at the beginning of the day and they put a due date of 4:30 pm on it. Show up at the store and they have no idea about this print order and that their system is down or something. They said the only way they could print it is if i emailed them the files. If i wanted to do that i wouldnt have pre ordered the print job. Then they said they couldnt refund my original order because it was paid through the website. Will not be returning to this store

My package was lost and Tiffany, the employee working, was rude, unhelpful, and incompetent. I don’t think I have ever dealt with someone in customer service with such a bad attitude. I called before coming to the store and she hung up on me leaving me no choice but to show up at the store minutes before closing which Tiffany was very upset about and even had the audacity to ask why I was coming minutes before closing. I still have no idea where my package is even though the tracking states it was dropped off at 12:51pm.Update:Went back this morning, my package was there the entire time with my name nice and big on the side and top. I will be making an official complaint.

One of my package was no good when I received it I read on the package that it said no apartment number but my apartment number was on there so they redeliver it today. The item I had inside needs to be refrigerate. So when I open the box everything was wet and my medication was no good because it was Expose to heat the ice package had melted completely. So now I got to call my pharmacy and explain to them that they have to remake it. I’m very upset and now I officially hate UPS. And also the delivery driver never knocked on my door he slammed my items on the ground because I heard it then I went to open the door and my packages was there on the ground he walked away so fast.

Ive been to several UPS stores in the Hillsborough county area and this store is by far the best. The manager there, Sami, went above and beyond with his service. He was polite and patient, even when the store was at peak busy. He was knowledgeable on the shipping services and ensured that I completely understood what I was paying. He also helped my Spanish speaking parents learn how to scan documents on the printer. They were thrilled that he took a minute out of his time to demonstrate the process. This UPS store is a bit out of my way but I will definitely be coming here again!

Location difficult to find. It is in hsn plaza. Between hsn and auto zone. If you get to Parsons youve past it. Store is typical UPS friendly and efficien .

After reading the review for all the UPS stores i was expecting a hassle when I went to drop off some rather heavy boxes. However the guy there was nothing but pleasant to everyone there, he greeted every customer. He was extremely helpful despite the fact that he was very very busy - its a Saturday and the place was packed with people. I went in ready for a fight and came out with a smile. The kids name was Dusty and despite all the reviews of the ALL the UPS stores- this is by far the one to go to - I do hope his boss appreciates him cause he does a great job.

I came here to return a borrowed textbook to the sender and my book literally disappeared. I walked into the store, handed the employee my textbook, received my receipt and went on my way. They looked like they were in a rush. I was then notified by the textbook company days later that they did not receive the shipment. I called the UPS store and thankfully I still had my receipt, however the receipt the guy handed me wasnt even correct. I am so frustrated, because I have called numerous times, even spoke to the employee who remembers me coming in and yet, due to negligence, I will be stuck paying $150 for this textbook that I know darn well that I handed over to this UPS store, and trusted them to deliver.

CAN I JUST SAY HOW FANTASTIC THE LADY HERE IS!!!! Like she deserves a whole raise and is an outstanding human being. I had to ship a package with a due date and I was so nervous because I procrastinated and it was detrimental that I shipped it by today. I had previously went to Post office and was SCARRED, after I simply requested to print my return label and in return had been yelled at by a grown woman. Keep in mind I’m only 15! I ended up in tears because I didn’t know what to do because she had told me that none of the stores will print out a return label for me, so I called UPS and then my Guardian Angel appeared. She had me email her my return label and had it printed and was so kind and comforting. I was an emotional mess and she took care of my package and made sure it was delivered to right place completely free of charge which honestly is commend her for.

Horrible experience with this UPS and just UPS all together. So my husband and mother-in-law went to this store on the 27th of July before my husband flew out here in Arizona with me. They packed the tv themselves in a DOUBLE-WALLED tv shipping box from U-HAUL that you can buy if you don’t have the original box. Estimated delivery date was the 2nd or 3rd of August. Got delivered on Saturday the 3rd. We noticed the box looked questionable so we were already worried. Open the box and my husbands 50” TV was shattered. Completely ruined. I’ve used the U-HAUL tv shipping boxes 2 times before with no issues. They come with foam corner inserts and my husband packed extra bubble wrap in the box also. Started our claim and then we get in contact with this store and we were told so many different things. My husband paid $252.66 to get his tv shipped and be destroyed. They also purchased the $400 insurance since they packed it themselves. They were never told “you’re responsible for the tv since you packed it yourself” and never offered to repack it so it would be covered. Ultimately we got no money back for the $400-$500 50” tv that’s UPS ruined. Even if they didn’t add bubble wrap this tv should not have arrived in the condition it was in. The box looked like it was thrown around with NO CARE. Says all over the box TV SHIPPING BOX, HANDLE WITH CARE, and FRAGILE. No care whatsoever was put into our shipment. No money back. No help at all even from Customer service. I waited 27 min on hold to hear from the Damage Group which still was very confusing. Apparently they can come to your residence and pickup the damaged item but I didn’t ask for that so there was miscommunication there. Then I ended up calling again and was able to send about 7 pictures showing the tv, the box, and the packing. Stayed in touch with THIS store #3691 and they were told it was a single wall box that had paper packed in it??? The clerk there also told my husband, “I’m going to be 100% honest with you, since you packed it yourself you’re most likely not going to get refunded.” Which my husband was NEVER told when paying for it. No paper in my pictures also and I never said they packed it with paper. Again they told us multiple different things about the tv. Never shipping with UPS again and please be careful dealing with this store.

Stay Away! Very rude and unprofessional location. I have used UPS Ground for several items over the years. Mostly because I felt safe that they offered $100 coverage standard on each shipment. Unfortunately, I found out first hand that the $100 coverage means nothing when they know every trick in the book to not pay for damage that was clearly done by UPS in delivery. Dont be fooled... you are not covered and they will not pay for the damage UPS clearly did!

I arrived at 4:00 to pick up my Daughters computer after receiving a notification on my door. I gave my name to the young guy at the counter to pick up my package. He walks over to a piece of paper looks at it and immediately says, your package isnt here and walks away. I have my husband text me a picture of the slip that was left on my door by the UPS Driver, I then show the picture to Desiree who identified herself as the Manager. She tells me the Tracking number does not mean anything to her, they are a Franchise, not UPS. She looked for my package for less that 30 seconds, says she cannot help me it is not there. I ask for a phone number of someone to call. After numerous calls to UPS I find out that Desiree the Manager who could not help me signed for my package at 1:10 pm today. She was very short and was bothered by me and had No desire to help me, just to get me out of her store. Most importantly I still do not have my Daughters Computer. Whoever Desirees Manager is need to provide her with Customer Service Training or Desiree needs to not work in Customer Service as she definitely has no interest in Helping Customers!

I went to this location today and the African American male that works there had absolutely horrible customer service skills. I was in line because I needed a receipt since I was dropping off packages with expensive phones. After the guy in front of me was done the male employee receives a call so I was going to wait until he was done with the customer on the phone to go up to the counter. But he proceeds to wave me over so rudely to the point which made me feel uncomfortable. He scans my packages while on the phone and then finishes the call with the customer. After he hangs up, he doesn’t even say “hi” or “how are you”. He then hands me my receipt without saying anything at all. So this guy said nothing to me throughout the whole transaction. I’m going to tell my phone carrier that I am not willingly to trade in my phone if I have to go to this ghetto store again.

The girl behind the desk didnt acknowledge me until she was done typing on her phone. Then when she brought my box up, she sat it down on a scale on her side of the counter near herself without saying a word. I had no clue what she was doing, so I waited before grabbing the box. Rude, rude, rude personnel. On Friday, 08/26/26, we missed a UPS delivery. The slip said the goods would be at the store on Monday, but we called, left a message and decided to stop by just to see if by chance our package was at the store. Walked in on Saturday, and the clerk was sitting in the back, watching something on the TV/Computer. She finally got up and asked if she could help. We asked about our package, she took the slip from us and put stars by the blurb that says at store on the next weekday. Said come back Monday. When asked about answering the phone after we had called several times or returning phone calls with messages, she replied We cant answer the phone, we are busy with customers. No customer service at all!

Website says open until 7pm. Rushed to Brandon traffic to get here and the door was locked at 6:50pm. I knocked and the girl unlocked the door and said they close at 6:30- this was a week before Christmas. I inquired about the website, said I was rushing, and got no, no, no, no. I will not go back here and still cant believe during their busy season they will turn down customers when their website says they are open later than they are.
