The assistant manager there named Travis was so supper awesome. He communicated well and helped me get the most out of my budget. Even offering me a little discount so I could get what I really needed. He walked me through the online submitting processes. He called me back. Showed me how everything worked. He is the man. I will be back.
This center used to be so good a few years back. Try to avoid Shelly if you can when you are here. She is not the brightest and shows her frustration upfront. Also, if you dont have a familiar name, she will snap at you, lol. Feel sorry for her though, not only is she old, but imagine growning old and being that ignorant.

I have things that say delivered in my email but I havent received my packages!!! both items I reordered and it is still not coming to my address ! My Address is correct that I entered why arent my packages coming to me? Ive currently been standing in line for nearly 20 minutes and all I need to do is drop off a package with a receipt. This story really needs a better system for customers to drop off items.That kind of wait is just unacceptable.

Its in a good location for me but every time I go in its super busy which is great for them but not for me. They could be a little friendlier and That would help with the wait. But I waited in no line at the counter for shipping where no employee was to be found and then when a lady finally came over she wasnt friendly at all. The employees were friendly with each other but thats about it. Customer service would go a long way at this location. But anyways be prepared to wait a while if you go here for anything.
Ive been to this location multiple times to drop off packages or pick up print items and Ive been very pleased! The self-print has always worked and been easy to use. Pre-labeled package drop off is a breeze. And Ive had several large print jobs (100+ sheets, laminated, front and back, etc.) and theyve been ready on time, done right, and the employees make sure Im happy with it before I leave. Will definitely continue to use this location if I need access to Fedex!

Always seem to not have enough employees to keep the lines efficiently to a minimum. Also, the slow software has you go to multiples registers if yu need to purchase anything other than just sending out a package. Always seems to be at least a 20 minute wait in line!
I regularly request orders from FedEx. I highly recommend that you request JUSTIN for assistance. He is professional, kind, and hardworking. He has always produced quality work. If he is not a manager already, then he should be the STORE MANAGER for this location!!

Just wanted to take a moment to commend the amazing customer service I received on my visit last week. I believe the womans name was Michelle.
Dont call with questions, god forbid anyone is trying to locate their package. Was routed to this store after calling the 1-800 number, figured we would just pick up our package since its in Tampa yet they continue to push out the ship date (has happened 3 times now, we just want our package). The woman was super nasty about me calling them and asked if I called the 1-800 number. Yes maam, they said my package might be here. She said well its not and then just transferred me back to the 1-800 number where its impossible to get a live person for help. Cool. I never had an attitude with her so not sure why she couldnt just take the 30 seconds to look up which facility our package is at. Never using Fedex if I have a choice.
Store hours clearly states open at 9am on Sat...its 9:45 and the employees are just wondering the store looking confused..Plus a the pasty heavy set White lady with black hair and glasses (Shelly?) is rude with an attitude on top and CONSTANTLY give us issues about our packaging(others have reviewed about her too)...though we have been shipping the same way for over 10 years with FedEx. This one location makes me want to stop my decade business with FedEx and go to UPS
This location is always backed up. I rarely get out under 20 min. Today was extremely bad. I had an already prepared package for ground. Waited in a line for 40 min, for a transaction that literally was five seconds. Im just going to drive to the one twenty minutes away in Tampa from now on.Whoever manages or owns this location is horrible at planning. That or they just dont care.

I’ve been going to this FedEx for over 8 years and it’s my preferred location because other locations have incredibly rude employees that barely do their jobs. I usually go late at night (after 6) and have never had an issue. The employees here are always courteous and get things done quickly.
I was informed by a clerk today that they are no longer allowing customers to drop off packages that already have labels without waiting in their excessively long lines. I will never be returning to this location.

Ridiculously slow, every time. Whether they have 2 days notice or 4 hours notice, the print jobs are never ready at the time Fedex specifies. Call before you arrive to ensure your order is ready. Then, youll still have to wait 30 min in-line to get to the counter.
Just left this location and wanted to share my experience. I needed to overnight a package so I Googled FedEx and found this store. I was greeted by Scott the manager when I walked in and after exchanging pleasantries, Scott got me over to a representative to send my package. I forget the girls name but she was professional, courteous and knew exactly what she was doing. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. This is my new FedEx spot and overall a very good experience.

Ive been one of the lucky ones to have had good experience with this store. I have used this store many times, even at odd hours which was perfect for me to ship at my convenience and I have had nothing but good experiences. I am sorry that some of the reviews reflect otherwise. I am glad that there is one store open in the Brandon area that is open 24 hours.

Called & spoke with a cheerful person over the phone name Michelle, I asked a simple question and she gave me a quick simple answer. 20mins later I went inside the store to have some documents printed and faxed, a gentleman name Shane did it all & I didnt even ask him to! So sweet! Got the job done in 5mins or less. Gave my confirmation receipt, took payment and sealed everything in a bag and I was on my way! I went on a Thursday around 5pm.

Sheniqwah was a great help to me today. I was having trouble faxing income verification for food stamp benefits due to my paystubs being light blue instead of white. They had previously been faxed at a different location and were received, but came through to DCF too dark and illegible. She knew just what to do, and faxed them behind the front counter, making sure they would come through legible. It was the very last day to get the papers work in, and if I hadnt been able to send them, I would have had a very difficult time the coming months making all my bills. Sometimes a little help goes a long way. Please let Sheniqwah know that she was a huge help to me.
Those reviews that state they are understaffed is clearly an understatement. You cannot have one associate serving customers. There is a line leading out of the door with 30-60 minute wait times. I’ve run many businesses before and I can spot a failed model, and this is it. Their only bright spot is 24-hour availability, beyond that, nothing. Personnel are overwhelmed and it’s clearly visible that there is high turnover. They will either need to change or become the Circuit City of the self-service copy business.
The staff is rude to each other and to customers. The culture in this office is not good. I only go here if it is an utter emergency and even then I will just use the computers because they have better better customer service skills than the employees.This is the first FedEx center I have experienced such a negative culture. They need a change FAST!

Walked in... waited...waited...waited, while noticing all the negative things said in almost 60 reviews here take place over FOUR years.Left and went to King Printing, where things were done quickly, professionally and with great customer service.What is worse than the reviews is, the owners have NEVER responded, apologized or acknowledged any of the customer complaints here.This tells you the lack of service and negativity starts from the top.
I brought in a computer monitor and had it shipped to my little brother as a Christmas present. When we opened the box we found that they hadnt wrapped the screen fully in bubble wrap. The screen was cracked at the top where they didnt use any bubble wrap. The monitor wont turn on anymore. My little brother was pretty upset about it.
Horrible apathetic service; ONE line for everything even just to drop off a ready to go ground package. I was at the 11381 Causeway Blvd, Brandon, FL Location May 29, 2019 at 9:15pm ET. 3 staff were behind the counter. One line to the door (see pic) and everyone mad except the laid back slow employees. They were totally chill. The employee with the beatles tattooed on his knuckles stood a few feet away printing photo orders, staring at the line without caring or offering to help us. It took the other guy 5+ mins to take a simple ready to go envelope order. The 3rd employee disappeared right after we came in. This was not the A, B, or C team. 15+ Mins to TO DROP A BOXED, LABELED GROUND PACKAGE. 15+ Mins and one line. Wake up and ask for dropoff or shipping only! Or offer to allow drops without a receipt. This is a 1-2 min process normally. I even asked about why not a dropoff or shipping only line and got zero response. This store is not always this bad. Im hoping this is not the new norm here or Ill find another Kinkos/FedEx.
This place is awesome from Susan who help me with my mothers memorial program to Evin, who acted cool under much pressure, made the creation of my program extremely smooth!!!! Professional, creative, sympathetic.. The entire staff awesome!!!
Waited 30 minutes to ship a box with 1 person ahead of us. The lady (Tara) did not seem to care or acknowledge us. Another employee ended up helping us which took 15 seconds. Go elsewhere for your shipping needs, unbelievably bad service.
I have never have been given so much Grief over and address in my life.I was mailing a package from the FEDEX Kinko Store on Causeway Blvd.I have been using a Post Office Box since 2004.The Young Lady at the Counter was to the point of demanding my Physical Address before I could mail the package.The USPS will take FEDEX and USPS Packages and she flat refused my PO. I do this for my safety and well being due to my Profession.I guarantee I will never go to that place again. She stated I could call her Supervisor about my complaint, but she isnt going to do anything about it. That I can just go to the Post Office or USPS. That is right, the only reason I went there is because I was in a hurry. But I wil never go back and I will spread the word .
I have been going to this location for work related shipping for several years and Id have to agree with most of the negative reviews here. There is almost always a wait and its not always due to the location being busy but rather how slow the service usually is. (Most) of the staff seem disgruntled and very less than eager to assist you. You often feel like you are bothering or interrupting them by being there.Perhaps they need a change in management or for the higher ups to take a closer look at this location?

Ive come to this location numerous times to mail off samples for work via Express. The employees here are unfriendly, lazy, and act like they dont know a damn thing. God forbid you have to ask them a question, theyll try to make you feel stupid and then finally answer with an attitude. I always use the padded envelopes for the Express, which are NEVER stocked so they make me wait in line to give me one and then roll their eyes when I tell them their out. Keep it up and your jobs will be replaced by machines and computers too some day! The only reason you get 2 stars is because your facility is clean, close to my home and you have 1 pleasant guy working there.... I wish I knew his name.

I ship via FedEx on a regular basis. This store is horrible. The wait times are absolutely ridiculousAnd others that mention the workers treat you like an inconvenience are absolutely right.Upped it to two stars because they finally got rid of the two girls who obviously hated people. Wait times are still terrible... However service is better without those two girls
This place has TERRIBLE service! I’m an independent artist and I came in to get prints made of some of my artwork and the lady with black hair and glasses named Shelley told me in a snarky way that normally they would need to take an order for the 20 copies I needed ( which doesn’t really seem like that big of an order). Then she proceeded to tell me it would take quite a while to do it in between customers. She finally comes over after about 10-15 minutes with 10 copies on paper that looked very flimsy and said it was on the house and didnt charge me. While this was a nice gesture I didn’t get what I came in there to get so I had my boyfriend go in there today without me because that woman’s unnecessary confrontational attitude made me very anxious. She treated him the same way today by stating when she saw them “didn’t I just do those the other day?!”.Regardless of if she did print them the other day it doesn’t matter, it’s her job, I could come in every day and ask for the same copy of something if I wanted to because I’m a paying customer. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

3times a charm. Every time Ive gone in there someone offers to help me after 20 mins then disappears for another 20mins and I end up walking out. Sorry but taking that much of my time is like stealing my money. My time is valuable and I dont have all day cause people are lazy or werent trained correctly. Never again!
This is the slowest FedEx store Ive ever been to. When I entered the store I was the 5th person in line and waited 35 minutes just to be told my posters will not be finished until the next day. I told the lady I just got one printed early in the week at a different kinkos and it took them 15 minutes to get it done. She said yeah well we have 5 jobs in front of yours and we are behind. Very rude.There were only 2 ladies actually helping customers. Now there were 2 other ladies that kept coming from the back a few times during my wait but they never once helped a customer.There was 12 people in line by the time I left, I cant imagine how long they will have to wait to not to get their job done today.Awful customer service and I will not be back to this Kinkos again. Make the extra drive up Adamo and try that store.

I am not sure where or how I could get a review specifically to my FedEx driver, so I thought I would write one here. I live in Riverview and order items a lot online. Whomever is delivering to my house in Riverview does an EXCELLENT job, He takes the time to walk the package to the back door when we arent home (which is almost always since we work days). Last package I received was a rare and fragile tea set, he even took the time to put a huge plastic bag over it in case it rained. During the holidays, I ordered a Black Friday T.V. deal and he delivered but we werent home....he came back after 5 because he didnt want to just leave it on the door step. I Love FedEx and the care taken on packages. THANK YOU!
Their best quality is being open 24 hours. Otherwise, they are slow to provide service and not very pleasant. They act like you are an inconvenience.
I have been to this kinkos on several occasions and machines are always out of order. This time my card didnt work in the copy machine so I opted to get a Fed Ex card & was then told I need cash to put on the card. Meanwhile, I was here this summer and I used my debit to pay for money on the FedEx card. So of course I was cashless so no prints for me. On another occasion I decided I would use the computers to print. I went to teacherspayteachers to print a pdf and the store would not allow the opening of this document. Im not really sure what one can do here. But as an educator looking to spend her own money to be prepared for students its frustrating that they do not operate better. I will have to take my money elsewhere.
Went to the store was assisted by Wilmarie gotta say it was really good customer service. I had actually gone the night prior and received attitude from the girls working the desk I was standing there for about 10-15 min eithwit them aknowleding that I was there. I had to ask where they wanted me to put my item in order for them to say something. Today I walked in prepared for the same but got just the oposite. When I walked in Wilmarie automatically said hi how can I help you, she then proceeded to help me as much as she could for me to get what I needed at a lower cost. She even set me up for a frequent shipping account. Basically I came in to ship a cylinder head and she assisted me with no complaints. That I what I call a hell of customer service. She should be training them other girls that had no manners whatsoever.
Shane laminated and took the time to prepare my short reflection paper nicely inside the folder I bought. 5 star, cheap and fast too !

I went @ 7pm on a Wed. night to self- fax documents so I didnt need any help, but I observed 4 other customers come in and were each helped politely by the 2 FedEx workers at the counters. One worker was in the back working on other things. Stark contrast from the other recent negative reviews..

FedEx sucks, I buy something on December 28th and it says it will be here on the 2nd, well the 2nd turned into the 4th meanwhile as soon as it hit Orlando they gave it to USPS and in the app it said in tranzit to my local USPS at 7am, its currently 2:59pm and the mail just ran with no package, Id recommend some other mail provider pave cause Fedex cant ever get it right smh

The staff here is so rude its *almost* comical. Ive been stuck with Sue twice for shipping, and I will never ever ever go here again. She has glared at me, snapped at me, and generally treated me like an idiot. My husband has had the same experience on a separate trip, so it would seem that this is just her personality. Its really disappointing.

I have never encountered a more petulant and unfriendly FedEx team in the past 15 years. Barking at customers, cutting in before you get a chance to finish your questions, and very dismissive. On top of this, the had a broken printer and were rudely acting as if customer should have known this. If it werent for previous experience with FedEx and ONE get rep (well call her W.), I would never step foot in a FedEx print center again!
Conveniently located and open 24/7 but the staff always appears to be bothered by questions. They just point to self-help kiosks and tell you the instructions are on them.
Shipment happened after cancelling. I couldnt understand how in the fedex world they would send if the shipment is cancelled. I dont recommend to use this branch at all. Its upto you if you want to lose the shipments.
This place is so busy all the time. Hire more people.
